Sir,
I have booked hotel Harkani Garden resort 4th nov to 7th nov 2013 with travel guru.com on 10th sep 2013 well two months in advance Mt booking id isTGU[protected].I have given payment through my credit card.

Sir when I contacted hotel they said there is no booking like this. so i contacted thrice to customer care of travelguru but their answer was to give them time to arrange booking.
Sir Please do needful regarding this.

    I have booked hotel Sky Blue Resort at Lonavala (on 5-june-13) for one night stay(8-June-2013) through Travelguru.

    I had started my journey from pune at 1.00 pm. While leaving I thought to confirm with sky blue resort about my hotel booking. I have called to sky blue resort, manager have told me they have not received my booking confirmation. They told me call to travelguru and asked them to send confirmation mail to resort.

    while travelling I have called at least 5 to 7 times to travelguru, every time they have told me your booking has confirmed. You can reach resort you will get room. But at the same time hotel manager saying they have not received mail confirmation. I reached sky blue resort at 4 pm, till that time hotel was fully occupied and they have also not received confirmation. Again I have called to Travelguru, now they have transferred called to other department and I have to wait for half an hour on each call. Again I had called at least 4 to 5 times but have not received satisfactory response.

    Finally I got call from escalation team(Jit) and he told me they will give me alternate hotel Ryewood Green. Still I am not aware why I have not received confirmation of Sky Blue Resort hotel.

    I have reached Ryewood Green hotel at 6 pm as suggested by Travelguru. First of all no one is there at reception area, I have asked to waiter about Manager. He told me manager had left for the day. He called to Manager and I have talked with him, manager told me he have not received any mail/phone for room booking.

    This 5 hours are horrible for me, not getting hotel even though paying full amount in advance, rain is not stopping at the same time, daughter and wife was disturbed.

    8-June was my daughter's birthday and we came to Lonavala for enjoyment and refreshment. But due to your irresponsibleness and unsatisfactory answered by your team, we got frustrated and finally we have to cancel our booking.

    I was in impression that Travelguru is one of the largest trusted hotel networks but in actual it was my biggest mistake. Now onwards I will not suggest to anyone to book hotel through Travelguru that is for sure.

      My name is Siva Prasad and I am writing to you about my horrible experience with www.travelguru.com.

      I stay in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh. Me (& my wife) and my friend (& his wife) planned to visit Coorg, Karnataka to spend New Year. After reading lot of reviews about the hotels, we finalized Capitol Village Stay near Madikeri in Coorg for our stay.

      I had booked 2 rooms in Capitol Village Stay, Coorg, Karnatka using Travelguru website on[protected] for my stay from[protected] to[protected]. I received an instant confirmation with booking ID TGU[protected]. I was waiting for a quiet New Year with friends which turned out to be a nightmare.
      We started for Coorg by car on[protected] from Hyderabad. On[protected], just two hours away from my hotel, Travelguru calls me to inform me that the hotel booked by me is not available. I told them it was too late and I am very near to Coorg. They did not budge and confirmed that they cannot get me rooms in the hotel. This happens after 12 hours of driving and I was really tired. I protest that they cannot cancel the booking in the last minute. They inform me that they had tried to reach me on[protected] as well. As I was driving, I could not answer their call. Does calling up customer just one day before the check in date absolves them of their responsibility?

      I was not happy with this. They gave me mobile number of Capitol Village manager. They wanted me to talk to him to arrange for an alternative arrangement. It was their responsibility to arrange this. However, I accepted this making it very clear that if I do not like the accommodation, they need to make alternative arrangements. They promised to look into this. I called up the hotel manager and he informed that he had never confirmed this booking. In fact, Travelguru had confirmed this booking to me without checking with the hotel. The hotel had a wedding on these dates and had been booked full long time ago. I really did not expect this from TravelGuru. The manager gave me another phone number to contact for accommodation. The other person when contacted gave me another number to speak to. The last person gave me the directions of the property which was about 15 km from Madikeri. This could not have gone any worse. But there was more to it!!!

      The property was very bad compared to Capitol Village. They did not even have a kitchen. It was just a house in middle of nowhere. I called up Travelguru and made it clear to them that I am not going to stay here. They informed me that I have no other option but to stay here. This was audacious on their part. I had no other option but to drive back to Hyderabad after they gave me no choice but to cancel the booking.

      TravelGuru has not yet refunded the booking amount. They had confirmed the cancellation and refund to me in a mail on[protected]. It has been more than a week and my follow up revealed that they did not process the refund till[protected].
      My New Year plans were spoiled and I had to spend good money on fuel and hotel stay to reach Coorg.

      I wanted to bring this experience with you so that Travelguru is more responsible with other customers in future. Also, I need your advice to take this forward legally. What are my options?

        I had cancel a hotel booking through Travel guru (ID: TGU[protected]) on 29 Nov. According to their terms and condition they should refund the amount with in 5 working days. But after 5 days they are sending mails that they will take another 3 days, 2 days like that and finally they don't respond. Whenever I called them they keep the call unnecessarily for long time wait and say due to technical problem they are not able to refund or they do false commitment. It happen at least 4-5 times over phone, even they never call back and inform me about the delay in refund. Kindly take some necessary action to refund the amount as well as wasting my valuable time.

          This is with reference to above subject i would like to register a complaint against Travel Guru . I have booked for a room for 13/11/2012 to 17/11/2012 from Travel guru . I Had made the full payment on 03/11/2012 and i have also received a receipt for the same. On the same day i received a mail confirmation from Travel Guru with all the booking confirmation from their side. Now when i called at the hotel on the previous day i was shocked to know that no bookings have been made by travel guru on My Name.

          I would like to request you to kindly help me in resolving the issue.

            I HAVE MADE A BOOKING FOR A HOTEL IN MAHABALESHWAR FROM TRAVELGURU.COM ( FROM 13.11.12 TO 17.11.12 ) . I HAVE RECEIVED A WRITTEN CONFIRMATION FROM THEM FOR THE BOOKINGS ON 02/11/2012 . I HAVE ALSO MADE THE FULL PAYMENTS IN ADVANCE TO THEM ON 03.11.2012 VIA GHARPAY MONEY TRANSFER SERVICES PVT LTD . NOW AS I RE-CHECKED WITH THE HOTEL FOR MY ROOM BOOKINGS I HAVE GOT TO KNOW THAT NO ROOMS HAVE BEEN BOOKED BY TRAVEL-GURU

            I FEEL TRAVELGURU HAS CHEATED ME BY TAKING THE BOOKING AMOUNT AND HAVE MADE NO BOOKINGS . NOW I HAVE NOWHERE TO GO AS THIS IS DIWALI SEASON AND NO ROOMS ARE AVAILABLE ANYWHERE.

            Travel Guru — TRAVEL GURU FAKE BOOKINGS

            A hotel was booked on Travel Guru website www.travelguru.com After charging the money online for Rs 5701/- , on 25 July , 2011 the Hotel refused to Confirm the booking. When contacted at the customer care the representatives said they cannot confirm the booking , However the money is charged.

            Travel Guru — Payment made in advance but hotel booking not done, asked for refund, they are giving false excuses and still not received the refund amount

            Made advance payment to Travel Guru for booking rooms in Hotel Periyar House Thekady. Travel guru gave confirmation with their booking I D etc.But Hotel did not book the rooms ,saying that travel guru didi not paid the money and not forwarded the booking details hence not booked the rooms.
            Asked travel guru to refund the amount to me but since a month they have not sent the cheque to me

              Hi,

              I had made a booking through the Travelguru website. I had chosen Woodville Palace hotel as it was situated close to the Mall Road and is a 4-star hotel. The booking was confirmed and the whole amount was paid on Saturday, 7th July.

              Today I called up the Woodville Palace hotel to confirm the booking and was informed that no booking has been made in my name. Also I was told that on Sunday, 8th July, the hotel management had informed the website through email that the booking cannot be confirmed due to unavailability and the same was informed to the TravelGuru personnel but the inventory was not updated and hence wrong booking has been made.

              My travel to Shimla has been confirmed for 12th July, morning and since as of now I do not have any hotel booking, I am really at a loss. I demand an explanation from them on the above mentioned mistake and suitable compensation through booking in a similar 4-star hotel close to the Mall Road, Shimla.

              I have also lodged a service complaint through the call center and the reference id is: 00025103

                I am Sushil kumar,

                I had made online hotel booking through travelguru on dated 6th June for hotel sunshine, Mumbai.
                My check in date was 7th June 2012 till 8th June 2012. (Booking ID-TGU[protected], amt-2280)

                As per schedule I and my newly wedded wife checked in the hotel by 7:30 pm-8 pm.
                Travelguru executive Ujjwal had told me that the hotel is 3 star level and just 2-3 km away from andheri station but I found it was not worth 3 star but also more than 10 km away from andheri station. But we were so tired due to admission procedure of my wife; we didn’t negotiate these things and checked in the hotel.
                When my wife was taking bath she shouted from the bathroom that somebody was staring her from the window inside the bathroom. I ran to see what happened I found that the house keeping guy who brought us to room was trying to hide behind the AC. I ran out to catch him but he somehow managed to run away. I complaint about the guy and asked them to call all servant and when servants came i recognized the accused, whom my wife slapped. But management neither bothered to punish him nor helped us. These people were arguing that it never happened in their hotel and they will check the CCTV cameras. But when I ask him to check CCTV Footage they refused by saying that they don’t have permission to allow guest to check CCTV camera footage. I called one of my friend police constable Salunke, Mumbai (phone no- [protected]) and told them about the incident and the behavior of the staff. He talked to the manager about their carelessness but still these people were arguing that such incidence never happened in their hotel. From their response we were realized that these people were trying to help and save their servant. We were so scared about the incident and behavior of staff that we didn’t prefer to stay such place where management doesn’t care about the privacy of guest and decided to check out And I asked for my refund. But manager told me that for cancellation of online booking I have to contact TravelGuru.
                I contact to travelguru customer care executive and told her the whole incidence, the lady executive suggest me to check out the hotel as the privacy was an essence. And she gave me assurance that she will take action against hotel management and will refund my money within five working days.
                And we checked out the hotel, we were so tired and have come back to Bangalore next day morning; otherwise i would have complaint to police station about the incident.
                Till 9pm to 12 am. My wife and I were wondering here and there searching for accommodation (with luggage) and somehow managed to get accommodation in Hotel Welcome, CST Mumbai.

                On 18th June I again contact travelguru customer care executive and asked about my refund which was yet to credit in my account. But she (Donna) told me that hotel people told her that I didn’t carried and produced valid identity proof (Though I produced my original PAN Card and my wife’s Pan Card (which is not changed yet as we got married last month) (Both Resident of Nagpur)) and they didn’t found anything in CCTV Camera as I complaint, and she not only refused to refund my money but also refused about their commitment of refund of money also.
                After talking with the executive I found that I have been cheated by not only Hotel Sunshine management but also by travelguru.
                I was so surprised while listening the argument from the travelguru executive that, without solving the issue o[censored]nsatisfied and harassed customer, she was questioning customers (My) credibility and merits (by giving reference of argument given by Hotel sunshine staff (accused)).
                I complained (mail, 22 june,2012) to service and on 23rd june,2012 I got reply that they will solve the issue in three working days but since today I didn’t get any reply even after reminding then on (27th june,2012). Now these people didn’t bother to reply not to solve any querry.
                Travelguru is cheating people by providing fake information about the Hotels and the ratings of hotels given by the traveguru are completely inflated and false. But also they don’t value the customer services and privacy. And don’t bother to betray/cheat customer over their commitments.

                  Travel Guru is a Cheater travelling agent. They have confirm the booking for hotel of higher rate and provide the cheaper hotel

                  Travel-guru booked two rooms at hotel Holiday Resorts & Cottage Manali for 3 night 4 days and charged Rs. 33049.00 for which I agreed and paid the same amount for above mentioned resorts.Travel-guru official confirmed the booking and give me letter for hotel confirmation. However when I reached at manali they have called me and state the above hotel are sold out and not be confirmed for me.

                  After that they have booked Sandhya Resorts for me which is cheaper then Holiday Resort. They are selling 3 night 4 day packaged in only Rs. 13500.00 per room like to this my bill is 27000.00. But I have already paid Rs. 33049.00 hence not have any choice so I forcefully checked in sandhya Resorts.

                  Friends let me know what to do next.
                  BUT I SUGGEST TO ALL PLS DONT DEAL WITH THIS TYPE OF CHEATERS.

                    I had made the booking through Travelguru booking ID TGU[protected] ON 03/06/2012 for Ella hotel Hyderabad from 19 /06/2012 to 23/06/2012 for 3 adult 1 child 9 years old.on 17/06 I call Ella hotel for the conformation they told this room is booked for 2 adults only and they had intimated to travelguru for same. But i was not informed, I call Travelguru and talk to Mr Dharmesh he assured me the problem will be solved by 18/06/2012 don't worry same reply I got on 18/06/2012 till evening and on 19/06/2012 I Was told by Mr Dharmesh you shall be upgraded to executive room where we 4 shall be accommodated I Reached the hotel in evening the problem was not solved I Talk to miss Manshi I was waiting in hotel lobby for 1 and half hour. The room which they had conform their was no place for extra bed the hotel authority told 4 people to adjust on dubble bed which was not possible as travelgur had book this room. After that I had to pay Rs 1000 * 4 nights = Rs 4000 then the executive room was allotted to me.

                    The person from travelguru called me and told he can offer me Rs 1000 voucher for next time I travel through them. the problem is from their side they are giving the excuses that its not their problem they are telling me the age of child I had feed 6 years but I had feed 10 years. Please see in this matter

                      We had booked for Hotel Oriental, Gangtok from Travel Guru online booking service for 23rd and 24th of May, 2012. We had made complete payment for the same. On reaching Hotel Oriental, we were told our booking has been cancelled. When we contacted Travel Guru, they told us our booking has been cancelled and now its difficult to book another hotel in the peak season. No reason was given the for the cancellation!!!.
                      We were 2 adults with 5 kids at and at 8pm we were told they cant do anything about it!! It was mentally torturing n physically difficult for us to go about searching for a hotel at that hour when gangtok closes down early. After lots of arguing and warning Travel Guru that we will take them to consumer court, they told us they will try to book another hotel. It was only at 10.30pm did they give us another hotel - Hotel Rice Valley which was at another end of the city. Our payment was for Hotel Oriental which was centrally located in M.G.Road whereas Hotel Rice Valley was at the far end. We had spend more than Rs.5000/- for travelling to and fro from the hotel to market area in the 3 days we stayed there. The time consumed in travelling and the mental torture was immense considering the trouble the kids had to go through.
                      How can they cancel our booking when full advance payment was made?? And that too without informing us??
                      We want compensation for the same and want the travel guru to know that they cant fool around with the consumers!!

                        I booked hotel for one night of 23.04 2012 and hotel asked me to pay extra
                        over and above the amount that was paid to travel guru.I tried to contact customer service at travel guru by phone but there was no one to reply.I sent them e-mail and they have not replied . and now I am unable even to send them e-mail as it comes back undelivered .It seems DAYLIGHT robbery which seems to happen in India and there does not seem to be any regulatory body or OMBUDSMAN to whom people can complain.

                        Travelguru — Overcharged by Travelguru

                        Dear Sir/Madam,

                        I am a very frequent traveller, around 15 - 20 days in a month I am on the move. For quite some time I am doing my hotel & flight bookings through Travelguru. The most recent one is my Mumbai booking in Hotel Orritel West. The booking ID is TGU[protected]. The amount debited from my credit card for booking in this hotel is Rs 12903/- . However at the time of checking out the hotel staff issued me a invoice of Rs 11,220/- & said that since I have been overcharged by Rs 1683/- ,I could ask Travelguru for the refund or adjustment in future bookings. But the Travelgurus customer care person Mr. Ross said that it is not possible to refund as they have not overcharged.

                        I sincerely do not have the time to fight over this issue as I remain very busy . However , I want to warn people to be careful when dealing with Travelguru. Indeed , I am travelling to Dubai in January 08 for a medical exhibition in which I thought that if the package siuts me then I could also book that package through Travelguru .But now this is not possible.

                        Please refer to my Communication with Sanar Bangla Kolkatta and Puri for My Queries and Also Discuss with Travel Guru Telephone regarding Extra Payment Collected by Hotel Sonar Bangla due to Check out by me on[protected] at 14.30 HRS.

                        As per Travel Guru Massage on My Mobile check in time is 12.00 Noon and as per My Booking for Two Days i.e.[protected].00 Hrs. to[protected].00 Hrs. as paying in Advance Rs.4928/- in Cash

                        My Quetion are extra payment collected by Hotel Staff and No response giving by Travel Guru in this regards.

                        I am giving Hotel Tariif and wrong massage given me for check in time is 12.00 Noon.

                        All place Hotel booking Tariff for 24 Hrs(ONE DAY) as per Check in time as well as differant time 7 to 7 AM, 12 Noon to 12 Noon, 10 AM to 10Am but this is for One day as 24 Hrs.

                        Travelguru Hotel Reservation Of Pride Hotel Chennai — non refund of the cost of stay on cancellation

                        Dear Sir,
                        I had made a hotel reservation for The Pride Hotel chennai through travelguru .com wihch has mentioned a cancellation charge of Rs. 300/- towards cancellation. When i asked them to cancel my reservation they said i was not entitled to any refunds which they are saying is hotel policy not to refund any amount. I have been charged Rs. 7750 for stay from[protected] to 26-7 2010 and I am cancelling well in advance of the stay but they are refusin to do soWhere as the hotel website too mentions full refund if cancellations are made 48hours in advance. I cannot be charged for services i have not availed and they sould be deducting the administrative charges incurred and refund the remaining amount.


                        Kindly let me know how to proceed.

                        Travelguru — Wrong info at site and worst customer service

                        I have used TravelGuru to search for hotels and booked "The Kormangala Residency" hotel for 3 nights. However, after going to the hotel, it is apparant that the hotel is just a rat hole. Even for the basic things you would expect to be part of hotel room is not there. The facilities that TravelGuru website says that they are available, are not there at all (internet, breakfast). I had to find another hotel and move after 1 day. Travelguru refused to reimburse the days I had not stayed in the hotels, on top of this, I had to go through lots of frustration in terms of explaining/follow up with the TravelGuru.

                        Avoid booking through TravelGuru for hotels, unless you know about the hotel yourself, or from your friends. Do not believe in the reviews what is there in the Travelguru site!

                        Travelguru — Travel Guru robbed me

                        We were on three week holiday in Tamil Nadu from the USA, while in Madurai, I logged online to TravelGuru.com to make reservations for the evening of 1 January, 2012 at the Hotel Queen’s Palace in
                        Ramaswaram. When we arrived, they sent us away rudely, saying they didn’t take online reservations, and sent us to a seedy little hotel with a similar name, where there were no workers at all (it seemed abandoned). The first hotel was the place pictured on TravelGuru, so we were obviously victims of a scam. TravelGuru kept our reservation money anyway, and repeated emails are ignored. Fortunately, our driver saw how frightened we were, stranded in an alien town, and found us an adequate replacement hotel, but the experience was terrible, the worst we’ve had traveling in the Internet Age.
                        Avoid TravelGuru and any organization they are associated with.

                        Although they wouldn’t respond to direct emails, they emailed us after I posted this complaint on Mouthshut.com. I’m new to this website, but very impressed. The first email apologized for the inconvenience, promised an investigation and refund, and requested that I remove this complaint, edit the review. We thanked them and promised to amend the review once we got our refund. They replied by insisting that we FIRST remove our critical posting here, as "too many people will read it," before they would be able to take care of our refund! The audacity staggers the imagination! Talk about adding insult to injury, they didn’t just steal my money, now they have made it clear, they think I’m stupid! No, because fool me once, shame on you..., as they say. Don’t let them fool you, TravelGuru is robbery on the Information Superhighway.

                          Hi All,

                          I had made a booking @ Hotel Windsor Castle, SALEM through TravelGuru for 2 nights (26 - 28 Dec 2011) and cancelled that as early as 11 Dec 2011 due to personal reasons. Details of cancellation are given below. Although I received a room cancellation confirmation email from TravelGuru, they have not yet processed my REFUND. They made false excuses initially, like they needed approval from the hotel etc. But even after they said they got the approval, nothing happened and seems it will never happen.

                          1) what are the first night charges including service tax + sales tax etc. .. in the event of cancellation of booking

                          2) If the booking was wrongly done ie.. in terms of dates -- can the amount transferred from bank will be adjusted
                          towards the booking of the required dates ( postponement )

                            Hi, i booked a hotel in Dooarse by Travel guru & on next day only i cancelled the booking whereas my cancellation date was 29th dec,2010 but after repeated mails i am yet to get my money back & everytime they are asking me to wait though their TAT is 12/13 days hence would advise everyone reading this complaint not to avail any service from travel guru as their service is worst.

                              We're tourists from the USA. In Madurai, at the wonderful Gateway Hotel, we made reservations for the next leg of our holiday in Ramesvaram on TravelGuru.com at the Queen's Palace Hotel. We paid by credit card. When we got to Ramesvaram, the hotel says they don't take online reservations, but TravelGuru won't refund our money. In fact there's really no way to contact them. Very shady business, I am quite unhappy at being robbed on the Internet in this fashion.

                                Dear Sir/ Madam,

                                I had booked for hotel accommodation with Hotel Sahyadri in Alibauge using the online booking service of Travel Guru. The booking was done for 31st Dec, 11 through online booking on 22-Oct-11. Travel guru confirmed availability of room and hence I paid the amount of Rs.2,867/- through netpay. Just for confirmation prior to my travel , I contacted the Hotel Sahyadri on 25th Dec for informing them of my arrive time at Hotel. After discussion, I was shocked to know that they had informed Travel guru for regret for hotel booking due to hotel tariff issue and this was never intimated me even after booking was done on 22-Oct’11. Also the officials at Hotel Sahyadri replied that there is no room booked in my name and no vacancy even after Travel guru accept new tariff rate.

                                I checked up with Travel Guru again over phone, and they again confirmed that I need not to worry and inform as my hotel is booked however this compliant is being forwarded to concern person of Travel Guru who looks after Alibaug related booking and he will revert back with 24Hr to resolve this issue.

                                I don’t know now what to do as it seems that entire trip plan has been spoiled due to such nonsense services ? I feel that I have been cheated. I need my booking money back with interest.

                                I wants to rasie this issue with consumer court to ensure that a strict action should be taken for such service based organization to avoid such malfunction in future. I attach herewith the confirmation given by Travel Guru with reference number (Hotel booking ID. TGU[protected] for Alibaug for 31st Dec'11).

                                Had I not checked up with Hotel Sahyadri on 25th Dec, I might have had a horrible tour experience as I might end up packing on the same day or may have to settled for some cheap hotels to stay with my family. This is absolutely ridicules services by Travel Guru and I will ensure that prompt action should be taken so that such cheatings against people should not happen in future.

                                  Travelguru cheat their customer for more or alternate cheaper option to make more money.

                                  I did booking of room in Summer Sand Resort Mangalore through Travelguru online website.
                                  I received email confirmation of same from travel with following details on 22/11/2011

                                  7-8 days after confirmation of booking a person by the name Pranav called me told that the Travelguru can't give same room. He suggested option of Goldfinch, which I refused because I wanted beach property and when check Goldfinch it was available 3200 per night. He also mention that he can confirm the summer sand book if I agree to pay additional Rs.3000. Few days later he again called me again with the option of cottage room in Paradise Isel in Udipi which 50 km form current property, I told him 50 kms appear far, but please send me details of property over email. He promised send me details but never sent me. He also promised that his senior(Prashant) will call me to discuss options. I checked on net about Paradise Isle and spoke to hotel they told me cottage is small and it can't accommodate two adults and two Kids.

                                  After not getting any mail or call from Travelguru . I called them asking to check for superior room in Paradise Isle and asked them to arrange a call from Manager. They never reverted. Finally today I called them confirm booking status, they refused to give summer sand and said they can't provide anything above cottage in Paradise Isle. I told them to refund my money with interest and they have money without booking for almost a month which again they refused and said at best they can refund full amount 10-12 days later.

                                  Now, 15 days after confirmed booking from Travelguru, I don't any option but to search again possible accommodation and may have pay lot more I would have paid earlier for same book, as when I called summer sand today again to check availability they confirmed availability @ Rs. 8700 + Taxes (per night).

                                  I am sorry to say, Online portal like Travelguru cheated me. I recommend not to use Travelguru for any of your booking.

                                      A hotel was booked on Travel Guru website www. travelguru. com After charging the money online for Rs 17830/- on 30th October , 2011 for 2 nights stay on 5th and 6th November the Hotel refused to Confirm the booking. When contacted at the customer care of Travel guru the representatives said they will try to provide accomodation in some additional hotel but said he cannot confirm whether the hotel will be of similar standard., At the time of booking the representative Mithesh naik confirmed the booking and said his name can be quoted for all future references.Now they are saying we can cancel the booking and money will be refunded in 10 working days.But my money will be blocked for almost 15 days from date of booking.Also imagine 15-20 such cases happening.This is complete fraud and cheating of customers

                                        I had booked Hotel at Goa, ref. no TGUA[protected] through Travel Guru site,payment made thru credit card, where information about the Hotel given, 24 hrs H/C water, complimentary break fast at Hotels restaurant, however on reaching the spot there was no water for 3 hrs. no care taker at the hotel and no break fast, and the nearest market is 3 km from the Hotel and there was no means of communication and Madrem from Hotel. Booking date was 7th aug.11 to 10th aug. we spent such a horrible night and we had to leave the hotel due to non fulfillment of the facility given on site.

                                        Immediately I complaint to Travel Guru regarding the same and ask for the balance refund, how ever till the date there is not even a courtesy call extended from Travel Guru, inshort my personal experience with TG is unprofessional.
