Booked an flight with reference number REF[protected]. After 15 min i received a call from your customer support that there was an issue on generating my pnr number and my booking got cancelled. now the concern is i m a student and I m left with no money in my account so kindly reflect my full amount asap i.e 8629 rs into my account .. you already gave me false information regarding the refund you told me that I will receive my money within 3 4 days but after that u told me that I will get my refund within 7 to 10; working days.. still i don't receive my refund it is so disappointing.. I will never use travolook again In my life and I will tell everyone about this experience, firstly u cancel my flight and now u r not giving me my own money ..
I don't have money left in my pockets.. I am a student... It's been 25 days excluding sat sun still i am not receiving refund..what's the matter.. I want My refund by today only...
Everytime when I call you u are telling me that I ll receive refund within 24-48hrs.. it's so frustrating that you r playing with a student that's so shameful . And for trying to get update I even dropped 7 8 mails to you. But still don't get any answers..
Its my request to you plz refund my full amount of 8679rs to my source of payment i.e gpay ( into my account) .. I have no money... Please revert..

I have booked 2 tickets on 9th-July-2022 for travelling Mumbai to Kochi on dated 21.07.2022. But both the tickets get auto cancelled at Travolook's end and their customer support confirmed that the payment will be refunded within 7 days.

Accordingly, i have waited and reconfirmed with their support team for a refund, but i didn't get any satisfactory response nor refunded after completing 25+ days of booking.

We had book tickets for mumbai to Chandigarh on 4th July, while processing the ticket money for deducted, but the tickets were not issues it got cancelled from their side. Please request consumer forum to take action immediately against such fake companies

Now it has been one month they are not refunding money, please take some action against such company

As their head office is in haryana we cannot do anything, they just keep on delaying the refund

It's a fake company do not book any tickets through it

On dates 23 april 2022i book a airplane ticket from travolook website
Delhi to srinagar for 22 July 2022 after amount debit I have a mail from travolook your ticket is cancel Ref no REF[protected] for passengers name RAHUL KASHYAP Delhi to srinagar .
And amount credited in 72 hours but till now no any amount refund and many time i call to customer care every time customer support give me just 3 to 5 days amount reverse in your account. Or next day

I had booked a flight on 10th June, 2022 for Udaipur-Mumbai on 7th August, 2022 and had prepaid Rs.3698. I still haven’t received my money back even after almost 2 months now. All I get are the fake promises. Kindly help and resolve my issue at the earliest.

I had placed an order at Travolook on July 7th. Reference number : REF[protected]

However after the money was deducted, I got a call saying that the booking was cancelled and refund would be initial in 24 hours. It has been 25 days and I am yet to receive any communication regarding the refund.

I have sent over 10 emails and called there customer care service 5 times. Every time the reply I get is that the team is working on it OR that it will be refunded in 5-7 working days, but the refund never comes. Nor are they ready to give any proof that they have initiated a transaction from their side.

On 19th July 2022 i have booked flight ticket from Kolkata to Agartala via travolook.in reference id- REF86011863 and after deducted 2872 rupees from my account their customer care called me and told me that my booking is cancel due to some operational reason when i asked them when my money will be refund they told me it will be refund with in 5-7 days excluding Saturday, Sunday and holiday and they also mail me about that but after 7 days gone my money till not credited and when i call them they told it is process will refund within one or two working day. and after that i mark mail to them and same update replying that their team working on it and they need some days more. but after 11 working days gone my money till now not credited . and when i call them they are not picking my calls. several time i trying to reach them but no one pick my calls. I am student and this money is my hard earning money by taking tuition. this booking for my competitive exam which will held on 14th august at agartala . kindly look into the matter i am help less the amount is not very high but it is very high for me.

I had booked a flight ticket for traveling from Bhubaneswar to Agartala on 11 June 2022.But later Igot an email from travolook that your ticket has been cancelled due to fare expiration and your amount will be regarded to your Account in 7 to 10 working days.But now 51 days completed but still didn't get the amount.Every time whenever I Call they are telling that it is process.

I’ve booked tickets with travolook earlier and they always went through but since June, I’ve made 4 bookings which were canceled after my amount was deducted. It’s going to be 2 months since that incident and every time I call (I’ve called at least 15-20 times), they keep saying it’ll happen in 24-48 hours. EVERY TIME. The amount pending with them is close to 20K. Kindly help.

I booked my flight ticket from Travolook.in from Jaipur to Patna on 05 June 2022, but the booking was cancelled by the Travolook (Booking ref. REF[protected] due to fare expiration reasons by the company.

I immediate called them up to know about my refund details. They told me that refund has been initiated from their end and I will receive the amount within 7 days. However, no refunds were received. I have called them more than 4-5 times. They always give the same explanation that we have initiated refund from our end. Please DO NOT ever book your tickets with travolook.in. Terrible experience.

I tried booking a flight ticket on 18th July 2022 from Travolook (https://www.travolook.in/) but it canceled the ticket saying "Fare Expiration" as a reason. It has been more then 20 days but it has not refunded my amount and has not replied to my emails. I tried calling customer care multiple times but every time they give the same excuse that there is the issue from the merchant side and you will get your amount refund in 5-7 working days...

Due to technical glitch at their end, the Booking was Cancelled by travolook REF[protected] Booking date 4th July '22 for Rs.13, 799

I tried to contact customer care number multiple times for the last 3 weeks and everytime they say that the refund is processed and will be credited by EOD or tomorrow . It has been almost 28 days and today when I called the customer care and asked about the registered office address and MD Name they immediately disconnected the call and not ready to share any of the information. Everytime false statement and multiple followups and the issue is still not resolved. I have sent multiple emails for refund of this amount ( 10 times mail sent) [protected]@travolook.in, but not received a single response from them

I booked a flight ticket from Bangalore to Indore with REF[protected] on 3rd July. The ticket was canceled citing "due to operational issue". It has been more than 25 days since I haven't received my refund yet. Their customer care support has been giving false information and excuses that payment has been initiated and there has been no issue from our end in the last 10 working days. Their mail support has been asking for Undertaking and card details, bank details, and my ID card. There is some fraud going on and they are washing off customers' money by not giving refunds to the customers.

I tried booking a flight ticket on 4th June 2022 from Travolook (https://www.travolook.in/) but it canceled the ticket saying "Fare Expiration" as a reason. It has been two months but it has not refunded my amount. Upon writing to customer care email, they promise to refund within 15 working days. I tried calling customer care multiple times but every time they give the same excuse "technical reason" from the merchant side and you will get your amount refund in 5-7 working days. Till now my money hasn't been refunded. I have attached my booking details and response to my email. I also have a call recording, but unable to attach here.

I want to report a fraud case for amount Rs. 6571, against Travolook company, 836, 2nd floor, Udyog Vihar Phase V, Sector 19, Gurugram, Haryana 122008, Ph no[protected], based out of Gurgaon. I used their website https://www.travolook.in to book flight ticket from Nagpur to Pune on 22nd May (attached screenshots), which got cancelled due to fare expiration and since, there on, I am struggling to get my money refunded for the flight THEY cancelled. Even after multiple calls and mails, no reply has come from their end, and their customer service always ask you to wait for further calls, which never comes. I even pinged them in their Facebook official account and they lied to have called me, and when asked for their official number for me to call them back, no reply came.

The internet is full of such fraud case against this company and many like me, are struggling to get their hard earned money back from them. I beg to all the respected officials to take strict action against them so that no more customer gets doped by them.

I booked a flight on 3rd June for: 13th June, Bangalore to Jaipur. Refund amount: INR 7493.

The amount got deducted, and I received a mail stating that the booking got cancelled. I received a call immediately and the service provider stated that I will get a full refund in the next 7 working days. I waited for 7 days, and when I didn't get the refund, I called the customer service and they aksed me to wait for a couple more days, and gave reason that the amount was transferred to the concerned airlines, and they are taking time to refund the amount. I waited 7 more days and called again, they repeated the same thing for next 1 month whenever I called. After a month, they asked me to provide my bank details and ID proof so that they can process the refund. Now, why didn't they do it before if this is the part of refund procedure? Anyway, I followed their instructions and send that. Then they sent me an undertaking form and bank proof. I sent the required documents. I waited for one week again. When I called after a week, they asked that if I have sent the filled undertaking form, and it will take 3-5 more days. I asked the service provider to transfer the call to a senior, to which he said he is not allowed to do that! I told him if I do not get the refund in the next 5 days, I will file a complaint at the consumer forum, and he assured me that there is no need to do that. It's been 10 days, I called twice, and they are still asking me to wait.
It's mentally torturing to keep calling them and requesting them to refund my own money. I don't understand, how could it take 2 months to refund an amount when you didn't even take 2 minutes to deduct it?
I want the refund ASAP.

I booked two tickets on 23rd June 2022 from srinagar to jammu for Rs 3673.00 each with reference no.REF[protected] and REF[protected].The tickets were canceled by the company immediately after their booking citing the reason that the tickets could not be booked separately. And it was assured that the amount will be refunded with 7-10 Working days. After 12 days I began calling to the company representative on its toll free no. And I was told that due to some technical error it is delayed and will be refunded in a couple of days.there after I kept on calling every two days and every time I'm being told the same thing that it will refund within 2 days.Now it 35 days have passed and I have still not got the refund. Kindly help me on getting the refund and strict action should be taken against this fake airlines company.

But later I got an email from travolook that your ticket has been cancelled due to operational reason and your amount will be refunded to your account in 7 to 10 working days. But now about 1 month has been completed but still didn't get the amount. Every time whenever I call they are telling that it is in process. Please help me. My reference no.is REF[protected].

I have booked a flight on 7th july from mumbai to bangalore using travolook website. But after successful payment, I waited for 4/5 seconds and suddenly the website shows your ticket got cancelled due to PNR not get generated. I called the customer service team at the same time they said we have already processed your amount and you will receive it within 7/10 working days. Till now I have not received my refund. Everyday I call them they inform it is in process. That's all. No further updates. When I checked their Facebook profile, I came to many people has already faced the same issue and haven't received their amount. Looks like it's a scam. Kindly help on this.

I booked a ticket on July 7th REF[protected] From Chennai to Bagdogra. in Travolook., money deducted from the ticket was canceled due to differential fare and I received a call as well telling me that money will be refunded within 10-15 working days. But still now money is not Refunded, kindly refund as early as possible. I always trust your website and ticket, That is why Ibooked the ticket as well. please
