I booked a flight ticket from New York to Pittsburgh on 26th June. The amount deducted was approx 9.5k and the ticket got canceled. Within 5 mins, I got a call from the company stating the site is down due to operational issues and I’ll get the refund within next 7-10 working days.

I thought this is a genuine website and I’ll get the refund so I tried to book the flight again 3 days later through Travolook since I was getting a discount. The ticket again got canceled and my money got deducted. Now, it’s been more than 20 working days and I’m calling them every 3 to 4 days, they are just making fake promises. Please do something.

I booked a ticket from Jaipur to Kochi on 22.06.2022 which got cancelled after completion of payment. The amount was deducted from my account and i got an email from the company that booking is cancelled, later an advisor called and informed that it has been cancelled and will be credited within 6-10 days. But was not credited, i called again and advisor informed me to wait more 7-10 days. I waited and on asking for email confirmation received no email for the refund process. I wrote emails no reply came after the first response. I called again and they said wait more 7 days. It has been nearly a month.

It's been more than 2 months, I have not received my refund amount for my un-confirmed ticket booked on 23-May-2022. Kindly refund my amount immediately without any delay. (Please refer attached screen shot)

I tried booking a flight ticket on 8th July 2022 from Travolook (https://www.travolook.in/) but it canceled the ticket saying "Fare Expiration" as a reason. It has been 12 days but it has not refunded my amount and has not replied to my emails. I tried calling customer care multiple times but every time they give the same excuse that there is the issue from the merchant side and you will get your amount refund in 5-7 working days. My payment amount got deducted though my flight ticket is not booked .Called the support team over . They have been mentioning that the booking got cancelled and I will get the refund which I have never got till today, it has been 15 days and no refund received .

U had booked a ticket from hyderabad to baghdogra on 3rd july 2022 for 7th July.
After making payment the ticket got booked but after few minute I gt another email saying the my booking was cancel due to operational reason I will get my refund withing 10 to 15 days. But it's more then 16 days now n did not receive my refund and they are not responding to my call and email.

I am surprised to see hundreds of consumer complaints about travolook and it looks kind of a fraud company maintaining staff as customer services to dodge customer refunds who call[protected] and their fake website www.travolook.in looting online and there are hundreds of customer complaints on the consumer complaints portal online to trap customers to buy tickets and cancel their tickets blocking refund postponing to different dates and will not send refund transaction details if we ask them. However, no official has restricted this fake website till now. It is still looting many customers as of date lodging consumer complaints till date and anyone can say by typing travolook in google, first it displays 'travolook fraud airline agency' even the call-center no[protected] shows fake on truecaller. To my observation why cyber security is not taking any action in spite of raising many consumer complaints? what more evidence does anyone wants to seize such an agency? Is it only on social media why not on such scammers like www.travolook.in No one to solve 100s of customer refund issues? At least can't they save other future passengers who may get trapped paying for this fake agency? It makes me feel so upset to see this scammer website is still live. My request to please shut down this travolook agency and resolve the refund issue

Our ticket was cancelled after an hour stating that the fares have increased but they received our money. They mentioned that we will get our money back through the same payment mode in a week. Today it has been 4-5 months and we have called their customer care 18-20 times, have sent several Emails, every time they will say they have raised the complaint and you would receive amount in 7 days. They are a fraud company as we have seen many complaints against them recently. They will cut the call when we request them to Refund our money back. We request you to please get the hard-earned money of ours from this fraud company.

I booked a flight ticket that they cancelled, and they refused to refund my amount. They are a fraud website, please help me get my money back.

I have contacted them several time (50+ times), and every time they lie that my money was processed from their side and wait for 7-10 working days. Again when I contact them after 7-10 working days, they say the money got reverted, and they have initiated the transaction again. When I ask them to provide the transaction date and ID, they tell me to wait for their email, which will be sent within 24hrs (which will never arrive). They are wasting my time and money. Please help me get my money back.

Booked ticket on 14May2022 with amount of Rs. 8417 wide reference number REF[protected] thru travolook.in, immediately received a message that ticket got canceled and will refund your money in 7-10 working days to original payment mode. I called several times they keep on saying to wait for 7-10 working days, sent several emails and finally they are asking for docs I sent my voter id, bank canceled cheque, undertaking, travellers aadhaar card on 02Jul2022. again they are asking to wait for another 7-10 working days.
Please take an action against them and close this cheating company to avoid suffering like many.

Description: I booked a Indigo Flight (6E-707) ticket on Travolook.in from Indore to Pune(14 Aug 2022). but I immediately call back that my tickets has been cancelled and refund has been initiated. but after 14 days also I didn't got refund in bank, and after calling customer I got response saying "please wait till Monday, or we will reinitiate the refund", but after 25 day also didn't got refund. I have made a booking on 10th May 2022. It has been canceled due to some technical reason as per travolook with reference number REF[protected]. It's been more than 2 months. I haven't received a refund yet. I am continuously following up them but no satisfactory response.

I used travolook to book an air ticket on 24th June, the money was debited from my account but the ticket was not booked I immediately got a call from travolook that airline had declined the transaction hence the ticket was not booked and I will get the refund in 7 working days. It’s been close to 1 month now the amount is not yet credited and travolook customer support in not replying on emails. The customer support says they have tried refunding the amount but the merchant had denied it, they are not even giving my the refund transaction reference number. They are lying they are using my money and harassing the customer. Till today they have not mentioned when I will be getting my refund.

Incident happened on 3rd July'22 While booking the ticket it suddenly shows got cancelled due to operational glitch. That triggered suspicion as to why because i am a frequent flyer never witnessed this thing. And asking for refund they first said within 24 hrs it will be done which is the norm anyways. But its been more than 15 days now and they are keep saying 10 days more.
No doubt they are a big fraud company. Please take a strict action and get me the refund at the earliest

I have booked a ticket from Travolook on 30th May from Tirupathi to Bangalore. The ticket was cancelled due to a price hike, I have received a call and email from the customer care of Travolook saying that the ticket has been cancelled and said the refund has been initiated and it would be credited in 7 working days. But even after 45 days, I haven't received the refund yet. I tried to reach customer care but I receive the same message saying the refund has been initiated and it would take 15 days. I don't think they are taking any initiative in resolving the concern.

I have book flight ticket in January from this company after book the company mail that with some technical issues your ticket has been canceled after that they said they will refund the amount but not yet refunded it’s almost 6 month’s

Booked a flight on 26th June with amount of Rs 9319 and within few seconds booking got cancelled from travolook by saying sum circustance and told refund will initiate within 10 days.Its almost 19days till today didnt recieve any amount.Call the customer care and everytime they are giving timings like next week or next few days it will refund.Last time when i called they told a query case has been initiated on this matter and amount will credit within this week.But till todays didnt recieve the amount.screenshot of Bookings email are attached for reference.Kindly help me with this problem as I am a student.

I booked a flight ticket through Travolook on 14th July. Minutes after the booking I got a call from their customer care number that the booking is canceled due to fare expiration. I haven't got a mail stating the ETA for a refund.
Also to prove this is fraudulent activity, the fare of the flight ticket is still the same after a day. I saw many such complaints on Twitter and Quora.

Please address this issue asap to get my refund and avoid such future cases
