On Mon, Jun 13, 10:32 AM, i have booked airline ticket thru Travolook for Pune to New Delhi – G8 172 Jun 30, 9:15 PM–11:25 PM with booking reference no REF[protected]. The ticket was auto cancelled on Mon, Jun 13, 10:33 AM mentioning "Your booking is Cancelled due to fare expiration". At the same time i have also received call from travolook that the refund shall be done in next 10-15 days. i have mailed them multiple times on their e mail [protected]@travolook.in but no one is responding. Now its almost 25 days no refund is received nor any response from travolook.

I have booked a flight on Travolook from Lucknow to Bangalore on 24th May 2022 for which the amount was deducted but booking got cancelled and they said that amount will be refunded with in 8-10 working days.
Even after calling them several time and writing many emails I have not gotten my refund yet. So, Kindly take strict action against them so that they refund my amount and also they don't do this kind of fraud with other customers.

On 1st of June 2022 I booked tickets from www.travolook.in from Bangalore to
Guwahati and return for an amount of rupees Rs. 27, 196 /-. I have been trying
to follow up with the customer support for a long time - however their IVR
system is putting me on hold for over 30 minutes and then disconnecting the
call when I am the first one in the queue. Out of the multiple attempts of trying to
reach out to the customer support - one representative answered the call and
mentioned that the flight was cancelled and they will be initiating the refund
process. I went ahead and called Vistara and Indigo customer care and
enquired about the status of the said flights to which they informed me that the
flights were not cancelled. Obviously, the representative seems to be lying. It
has been over 37 days now and NO refund has been done. Additionally, I was
not informed that the tickets were cancelled via email or call, so I went ahead
and made non refundable Hotel reservations in Guwahati. I have suffered a
major financial loss due to this mis-management and fraud. I am expecting the
amount of Rs. 27, 196 /-. refunded to the original payment mode (HDFC
netbanking) ASAP. Travolook office address is mentioned as 836, 2nd floor,
Udyog Vihar Phase V, Sector 19 Gurugram, Haryana 122008. Unfortunately, I
made a delay in my judgement and came across multiple reviews which state
that www.travolook.in is running a scam. Kindly, help me get my money back.

I made a flight booking through Travolook, And it got canceled by travolook team. I got call from travolook and they said I will get my amount refund by 6 days.
But it's been 2 months(60 Days), and I called travolook many times and sent many mails but no proper response i am getting.

Can you please take necessary action on Travolook and help me getting my amount refund.

I booked a ticket for my parents from Bangalore to Patna on 11th june and after 30 mins I received mail that the ticket was cancelled due to operational reasons. Till now I keep on asking for my refund and replying the same will get a refund within 5-7 days. Please do the needful. Thank you

I had booked an air ticket as per the following details through Travolook (details can also be referred to in the email chain)

Bengaluru to New Delhi – UK 802
New Delhi to Bengaluru – UK 813

There was no PNR generated. I only got a booking reference number REF[PROTECTED}

I made the booking and did not get any confirmation of the booking so I called customer care Travolook[protected]

Customer care told me that the booking was cancelled by VISTARA airlines due to operational reasons. But, there was no PNR generated. So, if no PNR was generated how can the booking be cancelled? This is what Vistara customer care also told me when I contacted them. Vistara airlines did not find any PNR number to track any booking made for me for flight UK-802 or UK-813. So, they could not provide any further information.

Also, on contacting customer care of Travolook, on two different occasions - one customer care representative told me that the money will be refunded within 24 hrs, but the other customer care representative told me that the money will be refunded within 7-10 working days.

Adding to all this, there are several videos on youtube (just search travolook fraud) and several complaints on https://www.consumercomplaints.in/ where people have raised their concerns (https://www.consumercomplaints.in/travolook-836-2nd-floor-udyog-vihar-phase-v-s...⇄ and shared their experience while booking tickets with travolook.in . Several people have had the same experience and there money wasnt refunded in the said period and in some cases the money wasn't refunded at all.

Due to all these reasons, I feel that I have been cheated and highly doubt the intentions of www.travolook.in. I am highly doubtful whether my money will be refunded to me or not as the actions of www.travolook.in and its customer care raise doubts. Their track record also raises concerns.

Hence I am forced to take action as I still haven't received my money back. This website is luring customers by showing the cheapest flight rates and then repeating the same process as they did with me.

I request travolook to not take me through the same experience as many people have already faced and refund my amount INR 21138 at the earliest.

Got trapped by this company, like others money got deducted and they mentioned the same reason like others, due to technical reasons tickets are not booked, checked with Indigo airlines they haven't received any transaction for the given date and passenger names.

When I called the customer care, they are not willing to give GSTIN no,
so it clearly shows they have website for cheating, not for fair business.

They have charged me 5393 for a cancelled booking. Neither booking another flight nor returning the money in account

I booked a ticket through Travolook in Septemebr 2021 Chennai - Ahmedabad - Chennai for 3 persons .They immediately cancelled and told that the amount will be refunded within 10 to 15 working days. Till now I have not received the amount . They told use amount through their wallet . The total amount of the ticket was around Rs.30000/- After so many followup the amount has been reflected the in wallet. I used only 6289 Rs. in March after that I am not able to use the wallet they blocked it. Daily I am following it up but they are asking give some more time and the mail will come wait for some more time and your request will be processed with 5 to 7 working days excluding saturday, sunday and national holiday. The travolook site is fraud and cheating the public

I had booked ticket on 9th may for travel from Varanasi to Delhi for 22.5.22 for my father VSM. Palaniappan under Ref No.[protected]. The ticket amount of Rs. 4213 was deducted from my bank account but I got information that due to technical fault ticket is not booked.

I was informed vide email dated 9.5.22 that this amount of Rs. 4213 will be refunded to me. . But I have not received any refund till date.

In between I received information on 15th June from gateway Cashfree that refund of Rs. 2569 will be credited to me as per airline policy within 7 working days. Even this short refund has not been credited to my account.

It is more than 2 months and travolook have not refunded my booking amount of Rs. 4213 to me. Despite repeated phone calls to their customer care, no action has been taken .

I booked a flight ticket from travolook and it got cancelled from their end and I was assured that I'll get back my refund with 10-15 working days, it's been more than 4 months and I haven't received my money back. My ref id is REF[protected].

I had booked my tickets on 7th jun 2022 from delhi to mumbai but they cancelled it and are not providing a refund even after multiple follow ups. Initially they said in 10 days they will provide and they said 15 days and now they say they have initiated but it has been more than a week i have not received my money yet.

I have booked a flight ticket from Varanasi to Mumbai from travlook on 1st June2022 and the ticket amount of ₹8748, the amount got successfully deducted but within 5 min I got a call from customer care that due to a operational reason from airlines ticket couldn't be booked and I will get my refund in 10-15 working days.
It has been more than a month and I haven't received the payment yet. their executives are not even responding properly and they repeatedly saying refund has initiated 3 days back and money will be received after 3 to 4

I had booked a ticket through travolook from trivandrum to pune on 18 May 22 and due to some technical issues the booking couldn't successful. The refund for this booking was not credited to my account till the date. I have made many queries through customer care executive and emails, they are saying that it will take another 7 working days to get my refund. But till date it's not credited to my account m please do the necessary action for creding the amount to my account. The booking details are attached herewith.

I had booked a round trip ticket for two passengers on 27th April 2022 for the Mumbai - Thiruvananthpuram- Mumbai sector on the website www.travolook.in. The Booking Ref No is REF[protected].
Immediately after making the payment for the booking the ticket was cancelled by the company citing reason as " Cancelled due to fare Expiration". The paymnet made by me using my ICICI Credit Card was Rs.18, 879/-. Thereafter I have been contacting this company on their customer support No[protected] for my refund several times. I also emailed to [protected]@travolook.in in this regard.
After repeated attempts on 9th june 2022 I got a mail from my credit card company informing that a merchant credit refund has been received on my card for Rs. 115.16 from WING IN TRAVEL.
I also received a mail from travolook with the subject heading : REFUND SUCCESSFUL" but the mail was totally blank and had no contents.
When I contacted them in this regard on 10th June 2022, I was told that the refund has been divided into two parts and the balance would be credited to my account in two days.
Since then I have contacted them several times and every time I get the same response that the refund will credited in 2-3 days.
Now more than two months has passed since I made the payment and the ticket was cancelled. It seems that the company has no intention of refunding my money for which I am paying interest to ICICI bank credit card company, whereas travolook is using my money free of cost.
After my bitter experience, I did a bit of research on this company and I find that this company is using this same modus operandi with many many customers and in a way using the customers money without having to pay interest.

I request you to kindly look into this matter and help me to recover my refund from this company and also take action against them so that no other customers fall into their prey.

It has been one year.My amount is not credited yet and i was complaining so many time but no response from travelers look.

I have booked a return flight to Bangalore on June 8th 2022 and they have immediately cancelled my tickets after completing the money transaction. They send me an email that booking is cancelled because of fare expiration and money will be refunded.

I called several times following up on refund and every time they say some technical problem and will get my refund in 5-7 days and so far I have not received my refund inspite of several follow ups.

I found out on net that many people are having the similar issue. I really appreciate your help resolving the issue.

They cancel my flight ticket on 17 Jun from Shillong to Imphal and they said my money will refund but today is 4 July i haven't received till date. My ref no. REF[protected]

I booked ticket from pune - lko on 18th June from travolook.in. After 5-10 min got a call/email from their customer care that they are unable to book due to operational reasons. I have been following up for refund since then, but they have not processed it yet. Every time i call/email their customer care they ask me to wait for few more days.
They are misleading customers, there are numerous complaint against them from other customers as well.

I have booked the flight on 18th May 22 from Bangalore to Pune, journey start date was 3rd June, but unfortunately got canceled from Travolook. The reason was 'operational reasons' It has been more than a month and I haven't received the payment yet.
I tried to communicate several times through calls, and emails, whenever we call customer support they say a refund was initiated 3 days back and money will be received after 3 to 4 days. this has been going on since the time of booking. This response is repeated every time we call them and they do not respond to the email which we sent to them.
As of today, 36 days have passed but money has not been received. it appears this is a fake website and cybercriminals are involved.
kindly investigate and take strict action against them and please assist to get my refund back.
