Looks like a scam is going on. Pathetic Service. They cancelled the booking saying that it was cancelled by the airline and said refund will be issued soon. It has been 2.5 months but no refund is issued. I have Sent almost 10 EMails to support Team and Dishant but it seems they are not willing to return my hard earned money. My BookingID is REF[protected].

I m also facing same problem. Every time we reach to customer care they keep on extending the process date.

I had booked three air tickets from Travolook website on 7/7/22. Once i made the payment for the same they call me and said due to fare expiration you can't get the ticket at the same price so either pay extra or cancel the booking. Incase of cancellation full money will be refunded by 8-10 business days. But it has been 18 days they have not refunded my money. Now when i talk to customer care they are asking me to wait for another 5-7 business day but not giving me anything in writing that payment will 100% refunded by so and so date.

SO WITH CONSTANT FOLLOW UP CALLS AND EMAILS AND AT LAST WARNING THEM WITH LEGAL ACTION WOULD BE TAKEN IF REFUND IS NOT RELEASE IMMEDIATELY I GOT MY REFUND ON 23RD DAY.

I booking Jammu to Pune flight ticket date 18th July 2022 ticket amount 7205 rupees ticket cancelled but amount is not refund I am calling working 8 days next 8 days calling give me answer again to again and 1 month 17 days but amount is not received me please refund my amount

I booked a Flight Ticket from Bengaluru to Delhi on 18 th of june. But due to any operational issue from travolook, it was cancelled by them. When I contact from representative they said that your amount will be reflected back within 7 to 10 working days. When i was not recieved any of the payment, I call many times but the representative said that your amount in processing and amount will delivered with in 3 to 4 Working days.. After That i wrote several emails, they asked me to share some bank details and i Shared but after that, I am unable to recieve any of the amount since yet.. I am too much frustated for doing these calls and Emails.. I want my money back with Interest otherwise I going to Higher Authority and this will lead to Great Harm to the Company..

It has been one month but it has not refunded my amount and has not replied to my emails. I tried booking a flight ticket on 17th June 2022 from Travolook (https://www.travolook.in/) but it canceled the ticket saying "Fare Expiration" as a reason. It has been more than one month but it has not refunded my amount and has not replied to my emails. I tried calling customer care multiple times but every time they give the same excuse that there is technical issue from the merchant side and you will get your amount refund in 5-7 working days. After my money deduction i imidiately got a mail saying my Ticket has been cancelled and I will receive my refund within few days. It's been more than 40 days now. I had been enquiring from customer care: they keep giving scripted reply and ask to wait for extra week to get my refund back.

I booked flight on 23rd June 2022 with Ref no REF[protected] of amount Rs 3146/- which was cancelled by Travolook on the same day. I received a call from them mentioning refund would be processed within 7-10 days. It's being 30 days and i haven't received refund yet. I called on their customer service number for more than 6-7 times but every time they were saying to wait for some more days.

I booked flight ticket from Varanasi to Mumbai against ref no REF[protected] dt.21.06.22 travel dt 18.07.22. The ticket got cancelled from Travolook site on the same day and time of the booking of the ticket due to some operational reason. I am waiting for my refund.
As per the company policy refund will be done within 10 to 15 days from the date of cancellation. Now 1 month is over and I am continuously following for my refund but not getting satisfactory answer.
I am sending emails at [protected]@travolook.in but no reply received from their side. Whenever I call Customer care they tell me to wait for 3 to 5 days. In waiting 1 month is over but my refund amount not received.
I want my hard earned money back.

I booked a ticket on 28th June 2022 and I received a call from their team saying that the Fare has expired and I need to pay extra or else they would refund my money, so I denied to pay extra and asked for refund and they assured to refund within 7-10 days and its been 1 month and no refund yet and moreover the fare was same on the website for next few days. So its clearly a matter of FRAUD.

I booked my flight tickets on 31st May 2022 from Travolook and due to fare changes, they cancelled my ticket now it's been more than 45 days since I have not received my refund.

The customer support executives keep telling me the amount has been initiated but I have not received a single penny. There is legit no communication from their side and amid my busy working professional, I've to call them and get no response.

Its high time and I want to raise a complaint against the fraud company, Please help me get my refund and request you to sue them so they don't bother any other citizens in future.

I have booked a flight ticket from travolook.in for Hyderabad to Ahmadabad with the passenger name (lingampally vijay bharath) on 15th june 2022, but till date 22nd july 2022, when I make a call to the customer care or mail the they will just say it has been initiated and will be done with in 5-7 working days and when I call back after 7working days they would repeat the same answer like it takes more 5-7 working days, I want a solution to get back my amount can you please help me with this

I had booked a flight from DELHI-leh via Travolook on 21 July 2022 as a guest user using mobile no [protected] after deduction of fare amount i was being informed by a Travolook agent on call that my ticket PNR was not generated and hence my ticket was not booked, the deducted amount of Rs 3965 shall be refunded via original payment mode, but till today i didn’t get the refund back.
I am attaching the screenshot of message which i got after deduction of fare amount, please find the attachment.

I am really unhappy and unexpected about the services I got from travellook.

I booked two ticket with the amount of ₹6953 and ₹5179 and the booking is Cancelled with travolook.in: REF[protected]. and REF[protected]

unfortunately it's been more than 40 days i did not get my refund back.
I keep on calling to the customer service to know the refund status but not getting any proper response just delaying the process. They are playing with the customer emotionally. How such fraud site are available. please help me to get my money back

Booked 2 Tickets on 13th June 2022 (REF[protected] & 14th June 2022 (REF[protected]from Travolook (https://www.travolook.in/), but the tickets were cancelled saying "Fare Expiration" as a reason. It has been more than a month, I have called many times, every time they said you will get your amount refund in 5-7 working days. Till now my money hasn't been refunded. I have also sent multiple emails to them but i have not received a single reply from them. I have attached my booking details for reference, kindly refund my money for my 2 cancelled tickets as soon as possible .

TIll now no update from travolook. they have not refunded my moeny so far and also they have not uodated with curent sttaus of my complaint.
Kind requets to look into this and refund my money as soon as possible.

Or else i will have to file a case in consumer count against travolook.

I have booked a ticket using travolook website on the 28th may 2022 costing around 10786/- and my ticket got cancelled for no reason and the money deducted is not back to me till date (clear details in the screenshot below).
I have been calling them every day and hearing the same cheat story of them saying that they initiated refund and I have been waiting since two months that my money is still not reverted.

I kindly request you to help me as soon as possible . Also look in to the websites like this cheating on people's money, so that no other people suffer like this .

I wrote emails no reply came after the first response. I called again and they said wait more 7 days. It has been nearly a month.

I booked a flight ticket from New York to Pittsburgh on 26th June. The amount deducted was approx 9.5k and the ticket got canceled. Within 5 mins, I got a call from the company stating the site is down due to operational issues and I’ll get the refund within next 7-10 working days.

I thought this is a genuine website and I’ll get the refund so I tried to book the flight again 3 days later through Travolook since I was getting a discount. The ticket again got canceled and my money got deducted. Now, it’s been more than 20 working days and I’m calling them every 3 to 4 days, they are just making fake promises. Please do something.
