I have booked the flight on 18th May 22 from Bangalore to Pune, journey start date was 3rd June, but unfortunately got canceled from Travolook. The reason was 'operational reasons' It has been more than a month and I haven't received the payment yet.
I tried to communicate several times through calls, and emails, whenever we call customer support they say a refund was initiated 3 days back and money will be received after 3 to 4 days. this has been going on since the time of booking. This response is repeated every time we call them and they do not respond to the email which we sent to them.
As of today, 36 days have passed but money has not been received. it appears this is a fake website and cybercriminals are involved.
kindly investigate and take strict action against them and please assist to get my refund back.

I booked a ticket from Bangalore to Lucknow on 02nd July from travolook and the ticket amount of 5200/-. The amount got successfully deducted but within 5 min I got a call from customer care that due to a technical issue from airlines ticket couldn't be booked and I will get my refund in 10-15 working days.

For the ticket, they asked me to try again and which I did and again, the same issue was repeated. After a continuous follow-up of 2-3 hrs, they came up with the same excuse.

They are fraudster with misleading schemes and just extorting the consumer's money.

Representatives of Travolook pls note stop this malicious activity and refund the money immediately in the source payment mode within 24 hrs.

I booked a ticket from Bangalore to Lucknow to Dubai on 02nd July from travolook and the ticket amount of 5200/-. The amount was deducted immediately and within 5 min I got a call from customer care I will get my refund in 10-15 working days.

And you can do another booking to get the ticket. I did it again and now the same incident is repeated as above.

They are just a fraudster and are just working to extort the consumer's money. They're not providing any timelines for the refund of the 10500/- amount.

One of my biggest mistake is to book flight from TRAVOLOOK such a fraud company.
I've 2 complaints
1. REF[protected] I've booked flight from Hyderabad to Kolkata on 24th May. Right after my booking I've got a call saying booking was cancelled due to some operational issue from TRAVOLOOK end and they have promised to refund the amount with in 7-10 working days. Even after multiple mails and calls no proper response from the customer service every time I get the same response that I'll be getting refund with in 2 days. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE
2. REF[protected] This flight have been rescheduled and cancelled by the Airline side on 17th June and they said they have already processed full refund amount to travel agent. When I reach out to TRAVOLOOK they say it will take 30-35 working days to get my refund as they have not received amount from Airline side.

I booked a flight on may 12th but it is immediately cancelled from travolook side and they said amount will be refunded in 2 days but now after 50 days i haven't received any refund, Their excecutives are not even responding property and they repeatedly saying you will get your refund by next monday.

I was booking a flight ticket on the travolook website on 5th June2022, and done a payment of ₹7129.00 with an PhonePe UPI. But, then, after I received mail (screenshot attached) from travolook that my booking with REFERENCE No. : REF[protected] is canceled due to fare expiration, and my ticket can not be processed and the Amount of ₹7129.00 will be refunded in 7-10 days. After repeatedly calling their Customer Service representative they said to fill bank transfer undertaking for after filling this again they are giving false hope again and again.

On Jun 8, 2022 I have booked a flight from travolook website from mumbai to udaipur after booking within 10 mins i got a email from travolook that your booking is cancelled due to fare expiration & you will get full refund within 8 to 15 days.
I am contioniously following with there customer care in each call they are saying within 48 to 72 hours you will get refund. Also send several mails as well but no action from there side.
Kindly take strict action against them.

TRAVOLOOK.in how ridiculous is this company have to post it again and again about thier ### support system thier employees work from home and have no idea about anything no solution and not providing refund since 2 months, dont know how this company is formed pls BEWARE of TRAVOLOOK as they dont look into the matters and just take money from you.thier support care is just playing cassette o[censored]l get refund in 3- 4 days bt they dont do so i[censored] have faced such issue lets take a step towards this company and share it ahead pls

Please help me with my refund against my flight booking cancellation done on june 9th

I booked my travel ticket from New Delhi to Patna on 18th June 2022 ( Booking Date) . 3 minutes upon the payment was successful, I was notified by sms and an email stating that my ticket is cancelled due to fare expiration (increase in fare price). upon mailing them requesting to process refund immediately, I was notified by an email that the refund will take 10 to 15 working days.

I have been calling them regularly and have mailed them regularly in the respective number and mail id provided in their email and website. So far they have answered one email in generic manner and in 2 calls stating to wait for more than 10 days.

They answered the call second time and the executive kept saying the same things as to wait for another 10 days. I will lodge FIR on local police and report the case to consumer court and Cyber crime if my refund does not get processed.

Please help me resolve this issue as soon as possible.

We have Booked 3 flight tickets in Travelook and none of my amount is refunded.

On June 21st 2022, I tried to book a flight from Kolkata to Pune through Travolook. But as soon as I tried to book the flight, the booking got cancelled stating that the flight amount has increased. But the amount Rs 6767 INR got cut from my account. I immediately called their helpline number and also dropped mail to Travook support mail id([protected]@travolook.in) and also their relationship manager Dishant ([protected]@travolook.in). I got the same reply as my money will be refunded within 7-10 working days. But it has been more than 9 days and there is no sign of return of my money.
Please help me in getting my money back.

Booked Ticket on 26th May 2022 from www.travolook.in. REF[protected]. Amount till not refunded. Ticket was cancelled by the site itself. As I am in Oman I cannot call the Toll Free Number. Sending email to CS bounces back email not valid. Its been over a month. When will be the refund? Trust me I will move to Consumer Court and file a Local Police Complaint.

My sister booked the flight from Travolook on 7th June, 2022 from Delhi to Bombay. After few minutes She got a call from this number [protected] for cancellation. My Cancellation Ref Number is REF[protected]. Simultaneously she got an email for this cancellation whose screenshot is attached.

Today is 28th June, 2022, I am filling this complaint. I called so many times to the customer care Department but they are giving false satisfaction. I am a lawyer as well as company secretary. So I checked from ministry portal that this company is not registered and did all R&D. Hence, it is fake. If company is unable to pay my money back then I will sue them. I will also sue them on behalf of all people who suffer this problem. If company fails to pay then, I will take such a harsh legal action which will be very harmful for this fraud company and cause it wind up within one day.

Money not yet refunded

I was booking a flight ticket on the travolook website on 25th April 2022, and done a payment of ₹7094.00 with an hdfc credit card. But, then, after I received mail (screenshot attached) from travolook that my booking with REFERENCE No. : REF[protected] is canceled due to fare expiration, and my ticket can not be processed and the Amount of ₹7094.00 will be refunded in 5-7 days. After repeatedly calling their Customer Service representative on[protected], only a partial amount of ₹5675.20 (mail screenshot attached with RRN Id) was refunded after 27 days on 22nd May 2022. When I asked their Customer Service Representative, they told me that the remaining amount of ₹1419 will be refunded within 5 days. But, as of today on 28th June, that amount hasn't been refunded and after every call, they increase the stipulated time for this refund. Please resolve this issue and take action against travolook to refund me the remaining amount.

The ticket cancelled due to some error from their side but my refund still not received. Booked on 6th June and 8K been deducted by them. Really looking for the refund but no response over call nor email. The reference number is REF[protected]

I have awaiting my refund from travolook regarding air ticket cancellation since 24th May 2022. Inspite of continuous follow up with customer care there has been no resolution only false promise.

I had booked a ticket on 2nd of June from their website for 13tg of june from kolkata to mumbai. After half an hour also the ticket didnt get confirmed but an amount of Rs. 7186 was deducted immediately while booking. I called the customer care from my end after patiently waiting for 1 hour. Then they are saying me that due to some technical issue my booking has been cancelled and i shall rcv a mail regarding the refund in 24 hrs and the refund in 10 to 12 working days. Since then i hv been calling them every alternate day. Till today neither have i received the mail with the reference transaction number for the refund and neither the refund amount in my account. Being a student it is so sad to see my internship money going to frauds like this. I request the designated authorities to please look into these and stop such fraudsters.
