I had booked a ticket on 2nd of June from their website for 13tg of june from kolkata to mumbai. After half an hour also the ticket didnt get confirmed but an amount of Rs. 7186 was deducted immediately while booking. I called the customer care from my end after patiently waiting for 1 hour. Then they are saying me that due to some technical issue my booking has been cancelled and i shall rcv a mail regarding the refund in 24 hrs and the refund in 10 to 12 working days. Since then i hv been calling them every alternate day. Till today neither have i received the mail with the reference transaction number for the refund and neither the refund amount in my account. Being a student it is so sad to see my internship money going to frauds like this. I request the designated authorities to please look into these and stop such fraudsters. I have made my booking on 7th June and after my money got deducted, I got a call from your customer care informing that my flight booking has been cancelled and I will receive my amount in 7-8 business days.

I have booked the flight ticket on June 6th and they have cancelled the flight ticket saying fare changes issues. I have been told that my refund will be processed in 7-10 working days, but I haven’t received my refund till date I.e 26/06/2022 .

I booked my travel ticket from Kozhikode to Chennai on 27th May, 2022 ( Booking Date) in the Travolook website . 3 minutes upon the payment was successful, I was notified by sms and an email stating that my ticket is cancelled due to fare expiration (increase in fare price). upon mailing them requesting to process refund immediately, I was notified by an email that the refund will take 10 to 15 working days.

I have been calling them regularly and have mailed them regularly in the respective number and mail id[protected], [protected]@travolook.in ) provided in their email and website. So far I have called them 15 times and emailed them 9 times in the last 24. So far they have answered one email in generic manner and in 2 calls stating to wait for more than 10 days.

Today was the second time they answered the call and the executive kept saying the same things as to wait for another 10 days.

Please help me resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Travolook extract money in the name of ticket booking and cancel the ticket saying some reasons like "Fare Expiration". After which they won't refund the money and won't reply to your mail and also for contacting customer care you will be made to wait for 20 minutes. I booked my ticket on 12 June 2022 and my reference ID is REF[protected]. Till now my money hasn't been refunded.

I have booked flights tickets through this website, The amount of INR 13, 203 was deducted on 30th May 2022 and the ticket was cancelled by them suo moto. However i have not received the refund yet. Ticket reference number is REF[protected].

I had tried to book a flight on 30th April. The flght that I booked was from Hyd to Kolkata for one passenger. Upon booking, the site showed message that it would be confirmed within half an hour. Then within that time, I got a call from customer care executive telling me that flight booking cancelled due to operation reasons and they would refund the amount. I waited for a long time. Then after few week, I called customer care, they said that they have initiated the refund from their end and asked me to wait for 5-10 days. Even after that, I did not receive the refund. Then I contacted them again and again I explained everything and again they said the same thing. This time, I asked for transaction id for the refund transaction. They said just drop an email and I should be getting the information in the email. I again waited, I did not receive the transaction id, then again I followed up with them, upon which I was told that from their end its initiated and I should be getting email soon. And fortunately I got an email but the refund amount was Rs40, which should have been Rs6632. Again, I enquired about it, then they told its divided into two parts and I should be receiving the rest of the amount soon. I kept emailing them and asking them for update but every time they keep saying that the refund has been done from their side, and when I ask for the transaction id they ask me drop and email and wait.
I have only been doing this. I call them, email them, but its futile even after several attempts and follow ups So, I am pretty sure they are running a scam here. They just keep repeating the cycle so that the customer gets tired and leave the money. Hence, I am filing complaints now for the refund.

I booked a flight on 5 June but transaction was cancelled through travolook And i was told that my amount would be refunded within 10 to 15 working days but it is not refunded yet.

I had made a booking through Travolook portal. The amount got debited my account and the ticket got cancelled at the same time due to some operational issue. I also received a call from travolook and they told me that the amount will be refunded in 7 working days.

I had made the booking on 25th April, 2022 and till now I haven't received the refund from Travolook. I have been calling on the customer support number constantly and they are giving the same reply again and again that " the amount will be refunded in 7 working days".

After all this, I had mailed to the customer support team regarding the issue and they replied back saying that the amount will be refunded in 7 working days which I haven't received till today. Now they have stopped replying to my emails as well and yet my issue is not solved.

Travolook has cancelled ticket booked 0n 21.08.2021 and has informed by email dt same that Rs 3586 will be refunded to the source ie SBI Card within 5 to 6 days. But unfortunately they have not refunded the money till date despite several requests to their customer care centre. In reply to email they have been informing that the refund amount is kept in the wallet and can be reutilised for another booking, which was neither required by me nor agreed to. I have been pursuing for refund for last several weeks but the company is fraudulent and somehow do not want to my refund money back on one or the other excuse. Pl take my complaint and furnish me with registration number. Kindly take action against this deafaulting company asap. On going thru the internet it's observed that several customers have reported such complaints against this company and it is evident that they are doing such fraudulent activities which needs to be investigated and controlled so that users are not cheated anymore.

I have not been refunded the amount of money due by the above company against cancellation of booked ticket by them . Co vide email dt 21.06.2021 has confirmed that refund against cancellation of flight ticket cancelled by them is Rs 3586 and will be paid back to the source further stating that refund will be credited to my card account by 5 to 6 days. Subsequently when matter was taken up with them due to prolonged non refund, it was informed that they have put the money to my wallet opened by them. It was informed by them the money can be utilised for another booking. But when tried it was found to be not working. They were requested tha I had not requested for any wallet but I want my refund to from it was paid. But despite several request no refund is being . Pl register my complant and help me in getting back my moner soon.

Am booked the flight ticket on 18th Jun 22 from Varansi to Goa. Amount was deducted but ticket was not booked, after some time I called travalook customer care she told me your ticket is cancelled & refund will be processed in 4-5 days. 5 days crossed and no response to the mails. I am called to customer care team, every time the response is will look in to, but understand that they are not processed any refund.

Ticket REF[protected] was booked on TRAVOLOOK website 21st May for journey date 23rd May from Delhi to Belgaum (IXG) and return on 26th May from Belgaum to Delhi. Passenger Name: Eesha Jain. After payment of Rs 20089 was made soonafter received message from travolook that booking cancelled due to fare expiration. Since then we have been regularly calling customer support number and sending Email still after 32 days Money not received.
whenever we call customer support they say refund initiated 3 days back and money will be received after 3 to 4 days. this has been going on since the time of booking. This response is repeated every time we call them and they do not respond to email which we sent to them. As of today 32 days have passed money not received. it appears this is fake website and cyber criminal are involved.
kindly investigate and take strict action against them and please assist to get our refund back.

I tried to book flight from Travolook and amount deducted but booking get cancelled. I also received call from this company that I will receive my refund within 10 to 15 days. I sent many mails and also called but received no response from their side. Its already been a month

The ticket was cancelled on 20/05/2022 and today is 22/06/2022. My payment is still not refunded. I called twice but no response.

Please take necessary action and recover my payment with interest 36% PA.

Booked ticket, after booked got a phone call from Travolook site Indigo side PNR not generate so we will refund this amount within 24 hours . till now no refund from them, more that 10 email i did also more than 10 times i called them, they every time mention you will receive max by 7 days .

I have done my flight booking through Travolook website. i have a confirmed booking from them. The booking was done on 27th Apr for travel from Bangalore to Bhubaneswar and return back to Bangalore. When we tried doing Web checkin for tomorrow's Air India's flight we came to know there is no such PNR JMQSC. When we tried reaching customer care the executive is giving wrong information. We want our money to be refunded
