I booked tickets on Jun 15, 2022, site told me to wait for 30 min for confirmation. But I got a call from Travolook that the tickets has been cancelled as PNR could not be generated. From that time it has been 3 weeks and I still haven't received my refund. Customer care says the same thing every time I call and they are not even replying to the mail. I will highly suggest not to book tickets from here even if they provide discount. This site is not trustworthy at all. It will be great if you can help me get my refund.

I have made total 3 bookings one by one from travolook but due to some problem/Issue travolook has cancelled that bookings. I have talked to their representative 3 times on call but they always said that you will get your refund in next week but after 25 days i still not get any refund yet.

So please help me asap!

I booked a flight from Goa to Delhi and the amount was Rs.4258. I was told that i will receive the refund within 5 to 7 days but i haven't received it. I called them several times and even emailed them the same. But in response i always get answer as refund is initiated from their end and i will get it within 5 to 7 days but there is no further communication.

My Reference number is REF[protected].

Please take strict action against them as they are not providing me with refund and fooling people around

I have booked my flight using travolook on 8th may 2022 and it got cancelled due to fare expiration and till now i.e. 15th June 2022 I didn't got any refund and everytime I am getting same reply you will get your refung on 7-10 days.

I made a flight booking with above agency thru net on 12th Jan 2022 Cok to Bhubaneswar for 16th Jan ref No.[protected]. The amount charged from my debit card and after that they called me saying that the booking got cancelled and refund will be made within 7days.

Several reminders, calls, emails, no refund is made till now.

Please do the necessary.

I tried booking a ticket, money was deducted and i have invoice but No flight ticket was booked. I got no mail no message from their end. I have mailed them invoice and explained the issue over call but nothing is happening.

REF[protected] I have booked flight tickets from Bangalore to Hyderabad on Nov 2nd but tickets were not confirmed by Travolook immediately because they had told that the flight tickets' fare has changed while I was making the payment. Before I could confirm my decision to them, they had disconnected the call and cancelled my tickets. On the same day, I received an email stating that the refund would be processed in the next 5-7 working days but even after multiple follow ups (atleast 15-20 times) and reminder emails to [protected]@travolook.in. It's been more than 7 months and I still have to receive the refund.

I had book flight ticket from guwahati to bhubaneswar on 17/04/2022 & amount of rs 9840.00 paid thgrough bajaj finserve no cost emi, amount processed transaction is successful, but ticket not confirmed.After 10min i received a call from costumer care executive that due to some technical issue from airline side your ticket not confimed & it was cancelled, amount will be refunded within 8 to 10 working days.When i received a message from bajaj finserve about first emi deduction on 30/04/2022, i shocked.I am enquired about the refund amount from travolook.They have refubd amount of rs8856.00 on 01/05/2022.For balance amount rs984.00 follow up from 2nd may'2022 the have told u will get ur money on thursday or friday while i calling on monday, if i call them on friday they said on monday u will get ur money, til date i have not received amount.I need to be refund of amount.Booking reference number-ref[protected].

I tried to book flight from Travolook and amount deducted but booking get cancelled. I also received call from this company that I will receive my refund within 6 days. I sent many mails and also called but received no response from their side. Kindly take strict action against them so that they refund my amount asap. The required details has been attached below.

I Booked flight on 15th march 2022 worth of 8406 INR, unfortunately it got cancelled due to fair issues, and I received a mail that I will receive the refund with in 7 working days.

It's been more than 3 months I didn't get the refund, I am sending following up emails but every time they are saying the same stories you will get refund with in 7 working days from last 3 month.

I have booked an flight ticket (Patna to Bengaluru) on 14th April 2022 from Travolook website.

Then after some time I got an email with subject - Flight booking In-Progress with Booking Ref: REF[protected]

Then again 15 minutes later another email In have got with the subject - Your Booking is cancelled with travolook.in: REF[protected]

I have called their customer support for more than 10 times since then (2 months) and every time they said that we have initiated the refund process and within 7 days I will receive the amount Rs. 5857.00 but it's been two months amount didn't get refunded.

Please do the needful and help me solve this issue to get my refund (Rs. 5857.00) into my account.

I have booked one ticket from mumbai to goa on[protected] and they called and said your ticket is cancelled from our site and you will get your refund with in 7 days. After 15 days i called them that i have not rcvd refund and that time they said you will recv your refund with in 24 hrs but till today[protected] still not revd any refund and they do not rvc call for more than 20 minutes athey just keep you on hold with our any reason just to say that will do something.
And as i see there is many complaint about this i request you to please take strict action against this and let this fraud website close as soon as possible.
