I have not received a refund after 20 days. I have send emails tried calling them several times but every time they have either disconnected the call or have made false promises.
they are not even replying to my emails.
Travolook is cheat and have embezzled my money

I booked a flight ticket on 13 may 2022 from Patna to Hyderabad via Delhi. Booking reference number is REF[protected].
My payment was deducted from my account but due to technical issues the ticket was not booked. After that I contacted the customer executive team and I got a response that my deducted amount will be credited to my account within one working week. I contacted the customer executive many times but now it seems they have blocked my number. They promised I would get my refund within the promised date, now it's been a month.

Travolook Cancelled a flight of mine from RPR to BLR at 13 May 2022.

Haven't received Refund for it till now. It's more than 1 month from the date of Payment.
Issue ask this fraud site to issue Refund ASAP.
Have tried multiple mails/calls with travolook, but they haven't sent back money. Please take legal action against this company as they have been doing this for a long time.

Booked a ticket from Kolkata to Hyderabad but not received the refund after cancelation

Booked a flight from kolkata to Hyderabad on 5/6/22. But didn't get the refund

I have booked the flight ticket from Nagpur to Pune but they cancelled the flight ticket and now the company is not refunding my amount.

I have checked and saw that there are many people who are suffering from same issue.

The company does not reply to the emails.

Please take a strict action against the Travolook company.

Have called and emailed them multiple times. I was told that refund was initiated on 13th May but bank has received no intimation. I have called Travolook 5-6 times post 13th May but everytime they told me give us 3-5 days

I have booked flight ticket on may 10th 2022.due to technical issues in travolook my tickets was cancelled. Till now amount is not refund. I have called many times to travolook customer care, they are telling always next week next week. But already 1 month is completed.

Till now I didn't get refund and support team also responding for the mails.

Please help me, iam suffering lot for money refund. It is around 23000 rupees.

I booked a flight ticket which they cancelled and they are refusing to refund my amount. They are a fraud website please help me get my money back.

I have booked my flight on February 14th 2022, They cancelled my tickets and haven't refunded my amount. Its been 4 months and I have contacted their customer care number 15 times and they always gave me false information or made false promises. Please help.

I booked a ticket through travolook and after payment it was cancelled within 5 mins. Then I did some research and found out many people have faced the same issue and not receiving refund. Please help in getting refund and blacklist this company.

I booked my flight tickets on Travolook Bangalore to Jaipur for Rs 7004 and amount was paid online, it showed booking in process, later I received a call saying fare has been increased, and asked me to pay another Rs 500 if ticket has to be booked, when I said I don't wish to pay, they said they will refund the amount. Later I received a mail that my refund is being processed, but its been 4 months and payment has not been been refunded yet. I have contacted the customer care as well but to no avail.

I booked a ticket on 21 May, 2022 from the site and right after the payment confirmation I got a mail saying booking has been cancelled due to some operational issue at INDIGO airline they cancelled ticket from there side. When I called customer care they are telling will get it in 7-10 days but its been more than 10 days. When I ask customer care they behave rude with you like we took there money. This is my booking ref id REF[protected].
They don't respond to mails, when i calls simply says I am forwarding your ticket. I will not suggest to go with this Travolook. Best to go with other sites.

I was tried to booked my ticket on 21 may but still amount has not refunded and ticket has not booked from this site, and costumer executive has daily telling that it'll refund by today from last 5 days, if i want to talk costumer executive it take 40-50 min time. Now they are not taking my call and i also tried to contact with email but it's also not possible. It just a fake site.

I tried to book flight ticket on May 29 with the Reference id REF[protected] which was cancelled from travolook end after deducting amount 7304 which make no sense for cancellation if seats are not available then why payment was requested? then i called Travolook customer care department for refund which was promised in my wallet within 2-3 hours but that took 4 days.

Finally, I got the amount in my wallet but now i am trying to book my flight from 4 days but not able to book flight it is just clocking without any confirmation. In one browser i an getting an option to pay amount from travlook wallet but after bringing this into travook customer care representative i deleted my browser history and tried another browser but not getting option to use my travolook amount and in other browser i am getting an option but it gets stuck on confirmation window for hours.

I am really pissed of their services they asked me to send an email but there is no acknowledgement or reply on my previous emails and even after mentioning this to the customer care representative they wanted me to send an email if they are not going to respond then why they are fooling people.

Please help me in solving this issue as i am not getting proper response from them

My flight Booking was Cancelled with travolook.in :REF[protected] for which the refund is still pending. The amount of Rs 6388 was debited but booking was cancelled.The booking was made on 20th april. It is already been so delayed. kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible. I have mailed once, still my issue is not resolved. It's more than a month now. So I had again mailed but no response from the company.

I had booked a flight ticket for 15 July from Patna to Bengaluru and my ticket is canceled
by them and my money was deducted and not refunded.

Booking Reference Number - REF[protected]

I made a booking on May 19 (REF[protected]. 30 mins after I made the payment to confirm the booking, it got cancelled due to 'fare expiration' and stated that refund will be processed in 10-15 working days. I wrote a follow-up mail on June 1 but they said that the refund has not yet been processed due to 'operational reason' and that it will take a further 10-15 days. I have called customer support but they have no answers and keep saying it will take 7-10 days. The booking was made via credit card and repayment of the bill will lead to penalties.

I have booked a flight ticket on 18th May 2022, and the amount was deducted from my end.But the ticket was not booked and later received a call saying booking was cancelled due to their technical issue from their and and refund would be done on 7-10 working days.
And I have sent repeated mails requesting for status and unfortunately none of them were answered.
