I book my ticket through travolook on 28 apr 22 but my ticket was not booked due to price hike i receive a call that they will refund my amount with in 7 to 10 days but it almost 20 days i dont get my amout and customer service is also not responding they put my call on hold without resloving problem

We booked 5 AirAsia tickets from Srinagar to Vizag thru Travolook which got cancelled by the airlines. The airlines said they gave a full refund within 3 days and they it's been 3 months but we didn't get our money back. There's no proper response from customer care.

Fraud company I guess u can never connect with them, they don't reply to emails and neither do they respond on phone, always a waiting period and once u connect with then they disconnect, booked tickets, they cancelled it within 30 minutes and I am still awaiting for the refund.while booking tickets we don't get time to pay we have to pay everything upfront but when it's a matter of refund the company takes its own time, I am still.waiting for my refund, don't even know whether this is a genuine or fraud company.Anurag [protected]

I booked my tickets from Mumbai to prayagraj For 16 May 2022. Paid ₹13, 950 and the amount hasn’t been refunded yet. I am really worried after reading so many reviews about passengers not getting their refund. Please get this resolved

I booked 2 tickets through travolook and after payment it was cancelled within 5 mins. Then I did some research and found out many people have faced the same issue and not receiving refund. Please help in getting refund and blacklist this company.

I have booked a ticket from Hyderabad to Visakhapatnam on 28/2/2022 (REF[protected] for which the amount got deducted and after few minutes, got a mail that the ticket has been cancelled and that the amount would be refunded in 7 days and even after repeated reminders, they say that the transaction is initiated and wuld take 7 days more. Its been 3 months now and even now, got the same reply

I booked the flight ticket through the Travolook and the flight was cancelled by your Airlines. Requested for refund long back, more than 40 days and didn't get any recent update from Travolook. Please find the attachments for your reference.

I booked ticket, it got cancelled within minutes. I raised ticket REF[protected]. They say refund within 12 days but going by previous people's experiences, it's a fraud website. Its 1 year and I still did not received my refund.

I have booked 01 tickets on travolook website dated 16 April 2022,

Then immediately received email from travolook, regarding ticket has been cancelled, and they said you will get refund within 10 Working days.

Still date not received refund amount, I’m taking continuous follow-up but they giving very false answer to me, they said refund already initiated from our side.

At the end amount not credit to my account.

I have booked the ticket in travolook on 7th march 2022 traveling date on 8th march 2022 but after five minutes got call and email saying ticket got cancelled and amount would be refunded within 7 working day's.

After 7 day i have called customer care many times but they are not responding properly even refund mount not yet received.

I booked an urgent next day flight through them and they called me saying that the flight booking didn't get confirmed and they still deducted money from my account.
now they're saying refund will take 7-8 days but I have no money left in my account to book another flight. this is like fraud. cheating customers and taking money from them
why did you take money from me if you couldn't book the flights?
this is really bad, i am in a big problem. at least do immediate refund.

My name is Sagar Thakkar I have booked a flight ticket to Mumbai to jodhpur on 26 th of feb 2022, which got cancelled due to fare expiration as you mailed me.but still I have not got the refund confirmation from your side, I have also called customer care they told me that refund will receive in 7 days but it's been in 2 and half month and no refund has been initiated so far .

Booked a flight on travollok.in on 04/03/22.Same was cancelled by the airline due no slots.However the refund has not been initiated by travolook.Every time i call im given false assurances by travolook fraud customer team that it will take just 2-3 days more for the refund.Its more than 2 months.Travolook is a big cheat company.

I had booked a domestic flight ticket from Bhubaneshwar to Bangalore on 17th April (Flight#-6E 6536), however ticket was not confirmed rather got cancelled and i got an email from stating "This is to inform you that your reservation was cancelled due to an operational reason . Please be informed that the refund will be initiated at our end and the amount will reflect back to the same bank account within 10-15 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and Gazetted holiday)." I waited as per the given timelines above but I have not received the refund of RS 4948.00 so far. I made multiple calls to the 'Travolook', every time I was given excuses and my calls were on hold then no response. I am not getting any assurance or genuine promise when i spoke. All of them are just trying to escape but no confirmation or refund related issue was discussed with me. I have attached the cancellation confirmation and their response for the reference. Kindly look into this and help in refunding my money. Earlier i was 10-15 days of time and then 5 days but nothing is credited in my account. Your immediate attention would be really appreciated.

Booked a ticket on March 15th n they cancelled it stating some reason
Now it's more than 55 days and i still haven't received my refund

I had booked a flight ticket REF[protected] on 16th Mar 2022 for travel on 27th Mar 2022 from Kol to Del with Rs5869. The moment amount got debited, I got a call from their side that the ticket did not get booked due to operational issues and the amount will be refunded within 5-7 working days. They also mailed for once that the amount will be credited back soon. However, since then lot of follow ups made, every time they keep on saying that it will be credited in 5-7 working days but nothing happened. They did not respond to written mails at all. This company is a completely fraud company. Is non of our Govt officials aware about such a scam and racket going on and looting people's hard earned money is a shock.

This is umesh I had booked my ticket on March 16th till now travolook teams did not refund my money everytime I call they will tell we have processed and amount will credit into original payment mode within 2days or etc but still now crossed all they assured dates for refund.
Please help me to get money refund
