I have booked flight on 9th of May of date of journey 11th (Chennai to Coimbatore) & 12th of May (Coimbatore to Chennai). The ticket was cancelled due to PNR not generated. Refer the photo attached.
Its been 18 days and have spoken many times with the executives, getting the static reply, your refund is initiated. After this call its been a week and still no response. The executives are rude too. The executives are not giving any solution and abruptly cutting then call. All the time when asked for a superior person their only response is they are not available. The ticket was booked with a credit card and its now over credit limit and having issues there as were middle class family. Please consider and refund the amount immediately.

I've booked flight on 15th may they cancelled the Booking and email me your refund is in progress. They told me it's completed in 7 days. Now it's 9 days. They are not receiving calls and not replying me. I've do many emails on their support mail..

I have booked two numbers of ticket on 16/09/2021. one ticket the flight is cancelled and other the amount was deducted from account but not produce tickets. from September 2021 i am requesting several time to return the amount but till date no amount is return. The reference of ticket are 1) REF[protected]REF[protected]

It is so sad that I have mail more than 150 times, Call to helpline number more than 300 calls and talked to helpline number more than 60 hours (Aprox. 3days) but no response and not return the amount. I have also submitted the bank details several times.

I had been booking tickets from Kolkata to Bangalore which was not successful. A lady called and informed me that the PNR number could not be generated so she has to cancel my booking and the refund will be credited to my account within 7-10 working days.
It's been 100 days and yet the refund has not been processed. A total amount of ₹10, 526/- is stuck with travolook. I request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.

I have been trying to reach out the customer services but getting the same response every time, that the refund will be processed within 7-10 working days. I have almost reached out to them for more than 15 times and every time should wait in a customer queue for 30mins and then the call gets disconnected. Every time they come up with new excuses either server issue or merchant has been changed etc etc.
Last I spoke to an executive, he told me that he had renewed my complaint as it was guided to them by their manager on a meeting help on 27th April that all the complaint should be filed again. All just making up stories.
I even wrote a mail to [protected]@travolook.in but no response. How irresponsible company.. is it our job, are we jobless here sitting back and calling them in the customer care number and waiting for 30mins and then a disconnected call. I recently checked the reviews, and their are so many users facing the same issue. Completely fraud website.

Kindly take the matter seriously, else will be bound to take legal actions.

Please let me know if anything needed from my end.

Look like fake travel agency cheating money from the customer through airticket booking . Once money received you will recieve booking is under process after sometime you will get booking cancel mail . Then journey of getting money back started ...

Initially travolook said it will take 7-10 working but it's almost 3 months are passing I haven't get my refund amount. Please take my request and help me in this issue.

I booked flight ticket through www.travolook.in from Vijayawada(VGA) to Mumbai(BOM) on 25th February with reference no REF[protected], but due to technical reasons. on booking day they said it will take 7-10 working days but I called more than 50 times and they are saying the same story I will get refund amount in 1 week, and its almost 3 Months passed I haven't refund the amount. Please take my request and help me out in this issue.

I have booked flight using Travolook on 27th Apr with passenger name Swati Singh, flight was booked from Delhi to Dehradun which was later cancelled by Travolook and their customer care called and informed me that I will receive refund in 7 to 10 working days, but it's been almost 1 month and my refund is still not processed I am not getting any proper reply on mail and telephone care team disconnect calls without providing any information.
They are not sharing any transaction details about my refund not updating on exact date when I will receive my refund. I request you to help me in getting my money back and take strong action against travolook for this customer harassment,

I have booked flight tickets on the 26th of April 2022 to travel on the 27th of April from Hyderabad to Coimbatore & Back from Coimbatore to Hyderabad.I have purchased the flight tickets at www.travolook.in, shortly after that I get call from customer care that my tickets are cancelled and will refund my amount rupees 12099 in 10 to 15 working days. After repeated calls and emails the company has not refunded my amount. Customer care has said me that the transaction has been initiated as I have asked for the transaction ID they never gave me a transaction ID.I have gone through customer reviews they have been cheated the same way they never refund the amount.Sir/Mam please help me to get my refund.

I have booked a ticket with them and the amount got deducted but ticket did not get book and shown cancelled due to fare expiration. After complaining them one of their senior executive Harshita said that the amount will be refunded within 7-10 days and later after not receiving the amount I have sent a mail to them to which they said it will take 10-15 working days. My booking date was 30/04/2022 to which even now the amount has not refunded and they do not reply to my mails. After giving them a call they say it’s u der process and will take more time. I had booked an airline ticket today through travolook. Immediately I received a call from customer care saying that due to operational issues the ticket has got cancelled and the amount will be refunded with in 10-15 days. But up on asking few more questions the caller hang up. I got suspicious and so googled, I was shocked to see so many complaints in the consumer forum. Hence submitting complaint here. I had booked Flight ticket on 24th April 2022 for the travel on 24th May 2022 from Bangalore to Varanasi (Lal Bahadur Shastri) Airport from "Travolook" site "travolook.in" with Ref no: REF[protected]. Ticket amount Rs. 7619/-
Ticket was cancelled by Travolook on the booking day 24th April 2022 and I got a call with an update that amount will be refunded in 2 to 3 days to the account.
When called to customer support at[protected], they say refund is completed wait for few more days it will get reflected at your account.
But till now I have not recieved by refund, still Travolook support says to wait.. Request to look into this and support to get my amount refunded.

I have booked 3 tickets from Lucknow to Mumbai on 13/02/2022 ref:[protected] for which the amount got deducted and few minutes got a mail that the ticket has been cancelled and that the amount would be refunded in 7 days and even after repeated reminders many times. they say that the transaction is initiated and wold take 7 days more. its been 3 months now and even now theyt givew us same reply .
please do the needful.

I have booked flight ticket( REFERENCE NO.[protected] from Hyderabad to raipur for 13.03.22 but same was canceled due to fare expiration.
I have been informed that amount would be refunded within 07 to 10days . Now it is More than two and half months but I did not get my money back.
I did not get any support from help desk also, I have called 10 to 15 times to get the status but every time help desk is telling that it will be done in next 02 to 03 days .
The service and service support are really very pathetic. It seems that management do not want to return the amount or intentionally holding the amount for a long period .

I book my ticket through travolook on 28 apr 22 but my ticket was not booked due to price hike i receive a call that they will refund my amount with in 7 to 10 days but it almost 20 days i dont get my amout and customer service is also not responding they put my call on hold without resloving problem
