I booked a ticket from Delhi to Bangalore on 02 Dec'21 for 23 Dec'21.
After the payment, I received the information mail that the booking process is under process & and after 10 mins I received the information mail the booking is cancelled due to expiry of the link.
The mail also stated that the refund will be done in 5-6 working days.
So, I waited for the refund for some days but it was not processed as mentioned in the mail. So I contacte3d the customer care & they also mentioned the same thing. I contacted them after 1 week & it went on for 5-6 weeks. In the mean time I also communicated with t their team on mail & they promised to refund the amount in 5-6 days. But it did not happened.

For March & April, I did not took follow-up due to personal reasons & now when I checked online, many people have the same experience.
I wrote a mail today as well but no response.

I am still waiting for the refund. Please support.

I booked a ticket on 1st March, 2022 from the site and just after the payment confirmation I got a mail that booking got cancelled due to fare expiration. After 30 mins the customer representative from the Travolook called and assured that the amount will get refunded within 7 - 10 working days. After mentioned time I checked but still didn't get any refund from the Travolook. I dialed to their customer support number and even mailed to them but the response was "It will be refund within 5 - 6 days in your account". Its been more than 2 months from the date of booking and still getting no positive feedback on the queries from the Travolook. The Booking ref Id is REF[protected].

2 Flight ticket booked on 6th March 2022 with Travolook website and
Payment was done. However received call from customer service stating
that flight charges are increased and hence they have to cancel the booking
and refund will return to original payment mode, within 15 days. However, i
have been following up for last 2 months with customer service where i am
getting standard response, stating that you will get the refund this week,
which never happens. Request for your support.

I booked tickets from Bangalore to Kolkata on 4th Dec, 2021. After booking it was under process and then after 30 minutes they informed by mail that booking had failed. I called customer care asking if they could book and adjust as they had already taken money. They asking me to book again and money of 1st booking attempt would be refunded. 2nd booking also failed and I am still awaiting for refund after 5 months. Every time I call them up they assure to refund in 2 days.

I have booked a total of 6 tickets on 18th January, 2022. Out of six only one got confirmed and the rest were cancelled automatically but the charges for all these six tickets were deducted. I emailed them many times and got a confirmation email that I will get the refund soon within 6 business days. Its been more than a month since I have been waiting for my refund but still I didn't receive any.

I have booked a flight from Bhubaneswar to Ahmedabad on 13th april through travolook website which was later cancelled unknowingly and after it i recieved a call from their side saying that the refund will be back in 2 to 3 days but today is 1st of may and i haven't got my refund yet.
Now when I call the customer care of travolook it got me on hold for more than 10 minutes and no one is responding even after trying alot of calls.

i didnt recive my refund for REF[protected] Feb 2022 SANJAY KUMAR AGARWAL BLR 5509.00 booked on 2nd feb, they didnt generate any ticket, i am calling them every day since 90 days has passed but they always make false promise, today they sent me one email that my payment has been initatied, but they didnt send me RRN no. kindly help me and take strict action against them

I have booked an air ticket on 14th March 2022 and it got cancelled and i dint get my refund yet, travolook.in cancelled my ticket and its been one and half month even now I didn't get refund yet, customer care executives are repeatedly saying another 10 to 15 working days... What's wrong and they are not even allowing us to talk to manager. I need my refund amount immediately

I booked a ticket of 4669 and they never made a booking, instead i just got error that its not booked. Amount is still not refunded after 20days. Cheater company.

I have booked ticket from Travolook on 27 Jan 2022 from Nag to Pune.
Ticket was not booked REF[protected], I have received mail stating that I will get refund within 8-10 working days.
After many call they refund me partial amount but still I have not received full amount, Every time you call they give you some different timeline their standard 8-10 working days and they are facing some issues with money transfer, don't know the reason,
Please check and help me to get refund as soon as possible.

Booking from vadodara to bangalore for 2 members which was never booked and a call came that from travlook that the ticket was not booked due to chage in fare. several follow ups on phone and email was done since the march 12 . The amount is rs 7520 . they only tell it is because of Merchant Error. i have called at least 30 times and every time a new answer comes.

Witch PNR QQ662A and ticket number[protected] due to flight cancel I can't travel for the same and my return ticket booking is 10/01/2022 PNR A2XD89 same canceled by airline and refunded to travel agent travolook but travolook not refunded till date to me.

I Was booked ticket from Mumbai to Hyderabad on 10th Feb, After 5min i got call from travolook, you ticket was cancelled and now you can rebook the deducted amount will be refunded. But still not refunded even after 60days,

Booked Air Ticket from MUM-JP on 27.11.21 for Travel date 20.01.22
Through Net on line by Debit payment from my HDFC Debit Card.
Immediately after Debit amount I received SMS and mail that due to technical reason my booking stand cancelled and my amount will be credit back in my bank within 7-10 days.

After a repeated follow up with Customer care and mail from December till April .22 after a period of 4 to 5 Months my booking amount is not credited in my bank.

Request to look into matter and after talk to them Please expedite my refund I will highly obliged to you.

The company is not refunding my amount for my booking on[protected].

On 3rd of March I had booked 2 flight tickets from Mumbai to Ahmedabad to be departing on 21st March 2022 at 6.35 Am, Flight no. 6E213 Indigo with the tickets fare of Rs. 6866. The booking was done online through the company 'Travolook.in'
After I booked the tickets I received a call from the customer care asking me for additional 2500/- saying that the fare has increased and if I pay her this extra amount then she will confirm my tickets otherwise she will have to cancel it. I denied paying any extra amount so she asked me to pay at least 1500/- so that the tickets could be confirmed. I sensed fraud in her voice and denied paying anything extra and asked her to cancel the ticket. She told me then that the tickets have got cancelled and I will be getting a refund of 6800/- within 7-10 working days. Since then I am continuously following up with their customer care but everytime they are saying that I will get my refund in 7-10 WD. I have written them multiple mails abut their answer remains the same everytime.

I request you to kindly into this matter as it's been around 2 months since I am waiting for my refund. This company ' Travolook.in' is a fraud. I request you to take strict action against them.
