My Travel Booking to Bangalore from Mumbai is Cancelled by travolook.in against :REF[protected]. I have received Booking Cancellation feedback on 9.3.22. However, refund request is not processed against REF[protected] since last 45 days. I have done multiple follow ups with email, phone calls. However, I have not succeeded in getting refund. There is no confirmation from company for refund.

Need intervention to process refund on priority.

I booked an air ticket, It's really heartening that a ticket that was done on 28/01/22 and the amount of Rs.1974/- has not yet been reverted back to my card, till today, whereas Travolook representatives are pressurizing to take in their wallet. It's a matter of trust-building even if a single ticket has not been initiated properly they are expecting me to trust them for the next bookings from that site. Kindly help me to get revert back my amount immediately, I'm struggling with my own money.

I have given enough evidence to revert the amount immediately in my card but the amount is not reverted..

I booked an indigo flight (6E-465) on 3rd March 2022 from bangalore to surat on the website travolook.in, booking ref id: REF[protected]. I made the payment after some time customer care called to to inform that ticket price was increased, pay increased amount for confirmed ticket, so I cancelled the ticket. I'm supposed to get a refund of Rs 7843, which they said will be credited in my source account within 8-10 days.

It's been more than a month and half and I have not yet received the amount. I have called customer care many times so far. They only say that the refund has been initiated and there's some technical problem in refund every time I call them. It's getting frustrating now. I'm attaching screenshot of the cancellation mail received from travolook.in

I had, on 25th Feb'22, purchased a flight ticket from travolook from their site https://www.travolook.in/ . Subsequently, I was informed via mail that the ticket was in processing, and that I must wait for 30 minutes. After that too elapsed, a mail notified me that my reservation was "cancelled due to an operational reason" and that a refund will be provided post "10-15 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and Gazetted holiday)..".

Later they promised that the money will be refunded by 22nd april '22, but till date i am only following up with no response from them.

Later, I found on searching online that thousands of others have been duped by this service, which extracts money in this fashion and refuses or attempts to delay refunding the amount using classical delaying tactics. They harass consumers and siphon a large percentage of the total money off in this way. The trick is to use fake profiles to highlight quick refunds (when that is not the case), alongside making people accept inordinate delays after having set up a customer care system which placates customers with the same empty promises.

I booked an on 5th March 2022 from Pune to Nagpur on the 4/jul/2021
website travolook.in, booking confirmation number : REF[protected]. I made the payment and it said
to wait for 30 mins for confirmation. Later customer care called to to inform that
due to some technical issue it was cancelled from there end. I'm supposed to get a refund
of Rs4408, which they said will be credited in my source account within 8-10 days.

It's been more than a 10 month and I have not yet received the amount.
I have called customer care many times so far as well as send email.
They only say that the refund
has been initiated and there's some technical problem in refund every time I
call them. Now recently i have also shared my different account details as
there was issue for refund on source account.
It's getting frustrating now.
I think they have blocked my number also as after waiting for 15-20 min call
to customer care getting dropped automatically and there is no response to my mail also.

I booked two tickets on Travolook [REF number: REF[protected]] on 25th February (Kochi to Amritsar). At first I got a mail saying that the booking is in progress. Then after about 20mins (they mentioned a wait period of 30min in the first mail), I got another mail that my booking is cancelled due to fare expiration and the refund process will be initiated as per their refund policy which states a period of 15 days for refund. I have not yet received the refund amount till now- 24th April, even after multiple mails and voice calls with their lousy customer care which makes random excuses and gives a new date every time I call them.

I booked a ticket thru travelook but they cancelled the ticket & till now I am getting my refund back, it is more than one month.
Response of management is very worst, not giving the response in a positive way .
I think government will take strick action &

I booked my ticket from NDL to Calicut on Feb, Immedietly i recieved an email and call saying the booking was cancelled due to price fluctuation and the money will be refunded within 14 days.

Still now am calling daily, same response from the customer care lady. And irony is she is the only agent attending the call all the time with same answer.

I am registering a police complaint on this regards in Delhi and will see way forward to trace the company.

Never ever book ticket from travolook as it is fraud site which shows false cheap price for fllights with discount rate to lure and attract customers towards it and once payment is made you will surely get next page showing your ticket is not booked due to fare expiration or bla bla comments, actually their motto is to defraud customer by taking money from them and in the name of refund they earn interest for 20-30 days cheating customer to large extent.Government should book this company and take strict action against travolook.

once again never ever book ticket from travolook and give how much bad reviews you can on all blogging and complaints site.

Hi. I booked my tickets from travolook.in from chandigarh to Mumbai (round trip) for 11000 Rs. after that i got an confirmation email that your ticket is cancelled due to operational reasons and your refund is initiated within 4-5 days you will receive your refund. I called them, mailed them but same reply your refund is initiated and will take time. I mailed them i got same reply. It is literally disturbing when such websites are not banned and consumers have no choice but to suffer and waisting time. I request you to take strict action and help me in get my refund. A flight ticket (with REF[protected] was booked from delhi to gorakhpur on Jan 22 2022 and was cancelled by them within a few minuts. Ever since i am calling their costomer service for refund and every time they are saying to wait for 3 to 5 days. Also calling their customer support is tiresome process as waiting time is more than 40 minuts every time and they say the same thing every time.

So I request you to look in to this matter and help me getting my money back.

Travolook — Ticket Got Cancelled but Money has not been refunded since 2 months.

I have booked a ticket on Mar 8th 2022 from VGA to HYD Indigo 6E-7297 through Travolook Portal .
But unfortunately the Booking got cancelled due to fare expiration automatically, in the mean while the money has got debited as an amount 6409/- INR .

I have been told & got call from the customer care executives that the money will be refunded back to my source account within 7-10 working days period .

On which I have waited for such long day to get back my money refunded back to my original source account but it was a such a waste & frustrated for me that even after waiting for 2 months there was no response & no money has been refunded back.

Request you to kindly take strict disciplinary action against them, with the organization & entire company should learn a lesson for cheating & doing fraud with innocent people's .

Please return back the money soon .

Recently I've made flight ticket booking on travolook website, but unfortunately the ticket was cancelled from their side and i couldn't able to receive the refund, whenever I call them they're saying you'll get refund in 10 working days, but there is no proper response.so, please help me to get the refund.

First time i have booked through this site, i must say i am facing one of my worst experience till now, i had done a booking on 17 March 2022 and the booking was cancelled and i was told il get my refund within 7 to 10 workings days but its been over a month now and i have got no refund yet also whenever i speak to the help line am told the same thing over and again wait for a week and you will receive your refund. Am fedup of calling up daily and getting the same answers over and again, Is there any higher authority who can or maybe look into the matter asap.

REF[protected] but PNR no. is not generated.. i try to call customer care but customer care number is not in service...my amount 6182/- is deduct by my credit card at the time of booking...PNR is not generated till end of the day... so take action on this company... many customers cheat by this company...

please take action as soon as possible...

I booked a flight from Hyderabad to pune on 16th march 2022 from travolook, first the I got a confirmation mail then after few minutes I recieved another mail where it said that my booking was cancelled due to operational issues since then I have been relentlessly trying to get my refund . Every time the customer executive say that the refund will be initiated in 5 days but I still haven't received any.
Furthermore When I called today there was no response from the customer service number given in the website . My call gets put on hold everytime and I haven't yet recieved any reply of my mails
