My booking reference id is[protected], the booking was done on 3rd October 2021. Travel date was 3rd November, but the ticket was cancelled by airline due to operational issue. Airline has refunded the money to travolook immediately, but travolook is not yet paying my refund. I am continuously calling them for refund but still i am not getting any result.
Here with i am attaching the snap of mail in which ticket details are available.

I have booked a ticket on 18 Jan 2022
After 30 min they told that my ticket got cancelled and i will receive my refund by next 10 to 15 working days
But it's 3 month now i didn't get my refund yet

It has been 3 months since airline cancelled my ticket .. still i didnt get my refund from Travolook company from which i boooked my ticket on 4 January 2022..i wasted my 3 months calling their executives .. they keep on giving excuses sir merchant ki dikkat h . Technical issues hn ye hain wo h ..and also they deducted rs1248 and 750 as convenience although flight was cancelled by airlines itself . No company charge this huge amount .and still i do not have any single penny of refund ..i paid rs 5581 for the flight which is my hard earned money . Booked coz i was having an important meeting . But airline go air cancelled due to technical issues . I am frustrated devastated since more than 3 months.

My flight booking was cancelled on 5th March
It's been over a month I am waiting for refund
I have contacted the help line number several times, every time they gave me new date of when the refund would be credited.

Wanted help of getting my refund asap

I booked a ticket on 19/04/2022. They will tell you to wait 30 minutes for processing and then won't confirm your booking. Will tell you they will confirm and you wont get refund and then won't refund the amount also. Fake, Fraud website. Don't fall for it

Dear Sir / Madam,

My reference booking number - REF[protected]. I book my flight ticket through Travolook on 13th February, 2022 from Pune to New Delhi, which got cancelled from their side itself and so i was supposed to receive the refund amount within 7 - 10 working days but still i have not received the amount.
Spoke to Travolook customer care as well couple of times but still not resolved.

Kindly resolve the matter as soon as possible on priority.

Booked flight tickets on 7-2-22 from Kochi to Mumbai for 13-3-22 for Indigo through Travolook. Ater 5 minutes, got call from Ms.Sonali ( Customer Care Staff ) that my tickets have got cancelled and that I will get my refund within 7 working days. Till date not received. Kept doing continuous follow ups with Customer care Officers but of no use. Finally lodging complaint.

I booked an indigo flight (6E 6413) on 5th March 2022 from Nagpur to Mumbai on the website travolook.in, booking ref id: REF[protected]. I made the payment and it said to wait for 30 mins for confirmation. Later customer care called to to inform that ticket price was increased, so I cancelled the ticket. I'm supposed to get a refund of Rs 7651, which they said will be credited in my source account within 8-10 days.

It's been more than a month and half and I have not yet received the amount. I have called customer care many times so far. They only say that the refund has been initiated and there's some technical problem in refund every time I call them. It's getting frustrating now. Need help for the refund.

I am facing the same issue. Not getting my refund back since long. Just keep getting the answer that it would be in my account by next Monday, and its more than 2 months since then.
Kindly help me out in getting the amount back.

I have booked my flight ticket today and it's showing its cancelled with in minutes and i need he refund

I have booked a flight from Bhubaneswar to Ahmedabad on 13th april through travolook website which was later cancelled unknowingly and after it i recieved a call from their side saying that the refund will be back in 2 to 3 days but today is 18th of april and i haven't got my refund yet.
Now when I call the customer care of travolook it got me on hold for more than 10 minutes and no one is responding even after trying alot of calls.

I have booked air ticket from travolook unfortunately on 6th of Jan 2022, and it got cancelled from there end showing some technical reasons and my funds got deducted. I got a call from them within an hour saying that my ticket got cancelled I will receive my fund back within 6-7 days. Days past and I had not received my refund back after two weeks I called them they said they are facing some issue at vendors end I will get credit within a week, after a week I called them again and they said the same thing again and again and now it's April 18 2022 and I haven't heard anything from them yet they don't even bother to reply appropriately through mail as well. Request a strict action against them to resolve this issue. This is the first ever I have experienced such a horrible response from an online platform. If this will not get resolved then I will go to higher authority. Hope to get my refund back soon without any vendor issue. Attaching few screen shots for your quick references.

I tried to book flight from Travolook (Mumbai to Vijayawada), amount deducted but booking get cancelled. After making numerous calls and waiting for months, the refund amount got credited to Travolook Wallet but not to the Original Payment Mode which is against RBI rules & regulations
However, I tried to book flight through the wallet amount and i am getting "PLEASE WAIT" popup page & nothing is happening. Tried above process multiple times but still no luck.
Suppose if i am selecting higher cost flight ticket(Higher than Wallet Amount), then in that case it is asking me to pay the remaining amount that means they are eager to loot money again from us and eventually the booking will get cancelled
Also If I am selecting Wallet option, the available coupons get disabled and over all amount increase and its much higher compared to other airline website

FYI: Call to Customer Care takes more than 20 Mins and they will simply tell to mail the things but no one replies back

I booked my ticket from travolook website and it's been over a month and I haven't received my refund yet. I have made a lot of calls and when u ask them about the refund they ask for two days extension and hang up on you when u ask why there is a delay. I have so far talked to Nirmala, Prashant, Neha, and a bunch more and all they do is just postpone the dates for the refund. It's a scam and people should know about it and beware of it.

I booked a flight ticket from HYD to BBI more than a month ago and after successful payment they informed me that due to PNR not confirmed my booking was cancelled from their end and full refund will be given to me and I will receive my refund within 10 to 15 days. But its more than a month now and still I didn't get my refund. Everytime when I call them they say you will get the refund in 3days/4days/by this week like this. Kindly take strict action against them so that they refund my amount asap.

aaj 18 april ho gai koi refund nahi aaya.
or jab costumer care baat karo to ek hi baaat bolte hain 5 to 7 working days wait kijiye.

I booked my ticket for Nagpur on 2.Mar.22 (Indigo flight) from bangalore and it was cancelled by Travolook using some flimsy reason.

After that we have called them umpteen times, waited in for 15-20min in queue to get to customer care but always getting false/lies promises and stupid reason for delay in payment.

Till now money is not refunded.

Checking in this (Consumer Complaints) website there are many complaints of automatic cancellation and refund not provided by Travolook.

I am not sure what scam they are pulling here.

Please be inform you that i was booked the air ticket on dated 12th feb2022 payment is also successful done but within 5 minutes from your side (travelook)cancelled the all tickets due to operational reasons but till date i am not receive my refund amount per tickets -5977.00×7 total amount (Rs-41839.00)below i mention the reference no.

I booked a ticket from Pune to Ahmedabad for 19/03/2022 on 13/03/32022 but i received a cancellation mail from travolook with a booking cancellation ID REF[protected].
Till date i have not received the refund amount of 4700/- from them. Everytime i call them, they give me a different date but the refund has not yet happened.
