It's been weeks I've been trying to reach to customer care executive, but all they do is fake promises regarding resolving my problem o[censored]sing wallet balance, neither do they reply to my mails. Moreover, they without my concent added the money to the wallet, instead of refunding it back, n now when I want to use it, I cannot.....

I was booking flight ticket from Bhuwneshwar to CSTM on 7th feb-22, for which i was been debited amt of rs 4843/- but due to their server problem my ticket did not get get confirmed & my full planning for the trip got disturbed.
Since the next day i have been continuously following with their call centre no for my refund, but its now more than two months passed i am getting the same reply that your request is in process & u will get...

They canceled my flight on March 17th by them. Yet charged me and never gave my refund. I called them 5 times throughout the month, every time u call them, they say your refund will get next week. It never happened. It’s been over a month and still waiting for my money. It’s not a small money. The Travolook customer service lie and rob your money. I need my money back. They are the worst m!...

IndiGo flight ticket booked through this agent, amount collected and given cancelled ticket and said total amount will be refunded within 10 working days. But refund not done even after follow up every week. The amount is ₹ 6406. PNR number is not given and IndiGo expressed the Travolook.in is an authorised agent action cannot be taken without PNR number. The agent said the amount refunded in the wallet of Travolook and ticket can be purchased...

I have booked an air ticket from bhubaneshwar to Varanasi on 14 th March and my ticket got cancelled due to fare expiration, my amount 6198 got deducted and not refunded yet, they said it will take 15 days and now it's been a month and still I didn't received any refund

Everytime a computer generated mail is being sent saying its technical issue and it will take 10 to 15 working days

I booked a ticket from travelook on Feb15 from Peelamedu airport (CJB) to Vijayawada for my parents. When I booked a ticket it showed me one price and after booking travelook customer team called and asked me extra amount to confirm . I rejected it and asked them to cancel it . This is regarding the travel ticket booking reference number REF[protected], have booked tickets from Bangalore to hyd on Feb 8th and after payment is successful, received message on booking cancelled and refund will be provided in 10-14 working days . It's been more than 3 months and no refund provided . Had called almost 100+ times and same response from customer care service .

I was try to booked a ticket for delhi to patna on 06/02/2022 but two times drop the payment and ticket was not booked at that time your customer care ensure me the amount will be refund within 7 days but yet not refund back my money 3710/-

Kindly look the matter and resolve the same otherwise I go to consumer court.

I was booking ticket and it was not booked due to technical problem. Amount of rs 10000 was deducted and not refunded. Later on, after chasing them, the amount transferred to wallet balance which I am not able to use from last 2 month. Everytime I try using, it says technical issue. I have reached to customer executives but they are not responding. Always please wait....
