I was booking ticket and it was not booked due to technical problem. Amount of rs 10000 was deducted and not refunded. Later on, after chasing them, the amount transferred to wallet balance which I am not able to use from last 2 month. Everytime I try using, it says technical issue. I have reached to customer executives but they are not responding. Always please wait.

On 13th February, My booking ref. no is REF[protected] and one more booking ref. no is REF[protected]. I booked ticket from Bengaluru to Ranchi. I searched for flight tickets on multiple websites and decided to book through travolook. I did all the entries and did the payment Rs.11982/- and one more ticket that amount is Rs.3264/-. After 10 minutes I get a call from travolook that the rate has changed for the flight tickets booked and there is a shot of 3000+rs and 800rs+ and to complete the booking confirmation I have to pay again the short amount.

Then I refused to pay so they said in that case it will be cancelled an refund will be received within 7-10 business working days.

From 13th feb. 2022 after 10 working days I called on [protected] to follow up for my refund. they said that there was a merchant payout error and the refund is re processed. after another 7 days I called again to follow up for my refund. Again they said that the same will be done in 4 days. Days are passing by and they only keep confirming that it will be done in 3 days or 4 days last two months happen like that only.

Now dated on April 09, 2022 I put request kindly transfer refund money to my Travolook Wallet then they informed me within 24-48hrs you received amount to wallet but today again I called about my refund amount but still they need more time.

I am starting to worry now. Today also 11th April they have confirmed that i will receive my refund by within 24 hrs. Does it actually take more than 2 months for refund? Why they playing the customer and why India government not take such action this type fraud company.

I booked a flight using their site on 28th Feb 2022. After payment they said because of higher fare they could not book it so will refund the amount. Since then i have made multiple attempts to reach on phone and emails but nothing has been on this regard. Please look into it.

I tried booking an air ticket from Hyderabad to Kolkata on 5.3.22 for two passengers. An amount of Rs.9617 was debited in my account. I received a mail from the agency saying that my booking is cancelled due to fare expiration. The booking reference is REF[protected]. I tried contacting them over phone and they replied me saying that I will receive the refund within 15 working days. I sincerely waited for 15 working days and was calling them very often. Every time they are saying that I will receive the refund within 3 days. To my surprise, I could not receive my refund till date i.e. 11.4.2022.
I would request you to please help me in getting my refund.

I booked a flight ticket on 9th March 2022 ref no.[protected] from the website www.travolook.in/ and it immediately got cancelled.They told me to wait 2 weeks for the refund but I never got it. I have been calling them for the same and they keep telling me to wait another 4 or 5 days and I still haven't gotten my refund.

Travolook is not refunding my amount of Rs. 9480, despite of several reminder for the ticket cancellation on 15.03.2022. I got a mail from them that they will initiate my refund with 10 days but nothing has been received so far, everytime i call they say we will initiate with in next three days/ wait till next week and soon.

Please help me out to get my money back.

I have booked 4 tickets and within hour the ticket cancelled. I called them and they promised me to refund the money with-in 10 days. It's almost two month but every week they promise me that you will get money in next 2-3 days.
For me it looks like they are doing fraud and considering the volume of complaints against them challenging the Indian Government that no one can punish them.

I have booked Air India AI - 565 flight on 27 Feb through travolook website, ref no is REF[protected]

But it has not been confirmed by airlines and my amount of Rs 3061 has been deducted at the same time from my account, they mentioned the reason that flight fare has been increased

I have requested travel agency to
process the refund as soon as possible, and they committed to refund within 15 days

But after taking so many follow ups, I have not received my refund.

I booked a ticket on[protected] through travolook website and the ticket got canceled within 30 minutes of booking. Its been 3 months already and I haven’t received the refund yet. I have been trying to reach out to them through emails and phone calls but all i am getting is fake commitments of getting the refund.
Request you to look into this and get my refund back as soon as possible.

I booked a ticket from Pune to Patna on travolook.in on 6 th Jan 2022 with reference no REF[protected].Amount was deducted but the ticket was not booked. I tried calling them several times but every time they assure by saying that you will get refund in this week.Still I have not got any refund.

I have made a booking through Travolook website on 12–03–2022 from Bangalore to Lucknow by paying Rs.7523 and it got cancelled just after few seconds of booking and I received an email of the same mentioning reason as “due to fare difference”. Its been one month and no refund till now even after ‘n’ number of calls. Every time they say the same thing “We are initiating the refund and it will be received in 10–15 days. If we ask for proof of refund they say “we cant provide you any proof, it will be received soon, if not, call us again”. There is No refund even after 1 month.

I would like to request you to kindly register a complaint on Travolook and help me get refund.

It's Been more than 1 month since I have requested my whole amount refund.
Every time I call then they tell me to wait for 5-7 working days but now it's more than 1 month they did not refund my amount.
After calling multiple times on 18th Mar, I received a partial amount of 2705 but the remaining amount i.e. 6314 is still with them.
and every time I call customer care, they say we have initiated the amount but I did not receive it since then.

No action has been taken yet and their support team always says the same thing. I am getting trusted now and it is mentally harassing for me

I have booked a flight ticket on Feb 10th 2022, but the ticket got canceled automatically within few min. When I contacted the customer care i was informed that the amount will be credited back in 7days. Its been 2months that I havent received the amount. Every time I call either my call are been disconnected by the executive or I have been told that they cannot help me out anymore as the payment is processed for which again I need to wait. I have sent numerous emails and also called the support team. Initially they responded back but now I dont get any revert. The company is frauding the people. The tickets gets cancelled automatically and when asked for refund they advise to transfer the amount to wallet instead of transferring the amount. If Kindly take action against such fraudental companies who schem people.

I tried to book flight from Travolook (BLR to IXD) on 5th March 2022 and amount deducted but booking get cancelled. I also received call from this company that I will receive my refund within 7 to 10 working days. I sent many mails and also called but received no response from their side. Kindly take strict action against them so that they refund my amount asap. The required details has been attached below.

I was awaiting for my refund against cancelled flight since December end, however there was no firm action taken against the needful. I kept following up with Travolook team, with no proper response.
Now they have sent the refund in travolook wallet which I never asked. I wanted the refund in my account.

REF[protected] This is my ref.no i mistakenly book a flight from Bangalore to Guwahati in this website.they cancel the ticket after deducting amount from my account.after many calls and email they giving excuse that wait after 7days but now it's already 1 1/2mnth i haven't received anything.

I tried to book a flight on travolook on march 4th, they cancelled the booking telling some technical issues.
I reached to the customer care and they said the refund is initiated but never got the refund.

Ticket booking reference no[protected], booked through Travolook via UPI . Ticket got cancelled itself but refund not received . I am continuosly chasing Customer care for refund but same answer 3-5 days. How can you allow this company to do business.
