I had booked a flight ticket on March 5th. They immediately called my tkt for some reason and promised to refund my money in 7 working days. Today is 6th April. After more than a month, 8-10 calls and 3 emails, my money has still not been refunded. I don't think they will ever refund my money!

1. Clueless inexperienced customer care
2. Tricks they do: show cheap tickets, tempt you to buy, then immediately cancel your ticket in the name of "fair discrepancy" and Voila! your money has been successfully robbed by them!

In Nov 2021 i booked ticket from Mumbai to Patna but booking was not confirmed and after 2 months Travolook could not refund the amount in my account and they gave this amount in wallet .Now when i want to use this wallet amount for ticket booking since last 1 week i am getting the same error that due to technical issue you can not use wallet for 48-72 hrs .
i called and email so many times to travolook but they are not solving this problem .i have shared screenshoot of the error also but couldnot get any reply from them and still i am not able to book ticket

I booked flight ticket through travolook on[protected] with reference number :[protected]. Ticket was not confirmed(PNR not generated) but money was deducted from my bank account. I immediately contacted customer care for refund of money and I was told that my money will be refunded within 48 hours. But my money was not refunded within 48 hours and I contacted customer care again and I was told that it will take another 7 working days for processing my refund. I waited for 7 days but my refund was not processed. I again contacted customer care for refund and I was told to wait for another one week and assured me that money will be refunded definitely within one week. I again waited for one week but refund was not processed. I again contacted customer and I was told that there is some technical glitch in refund processing and they asked me to wait for another 10-15 working days and they haven’t assured me that even after 10-15 working days it can be processed and instead they offered that it can be refunded in travel wallet where I can’t transfer that money to my bank account. I am by no chance going to use Travolook by any chance because of this worst experience and I want my, money back. If there is no technical glitch at the time of money getting deducted from my bank account then why there is technical glitch in refunding my money back?

This has not happened once it has happened twice.

I don’t know that Rs.7068 refund itself was not processed.I actually didn’t checked but I trusted them. In the process of asking for second refund Rs.9096 I came to know Rs.7068 January month refund itself was not processed.

If I didn’t checked and asked about Rs.7068 refund they people would have never processed it.They are playing with my hard earned money. It’s been four months and the money was not refunded.

Do the needful.

Tickets booked in Fen'22 and payment made immediately. In minutes they cancelled my tickets and never refunded me. Multiple calls / follow up done but they are not refunding. Every call they make excuses.

Problem:- I have booked a flight ticket from the above mention company. Due to some reason, The company told the consumer to cancel the ticket. The consumer had canceled the ticket but till now the company doesn't refund the amount. I have so many time called to customer care each time they give new date and no respond from mail and they don't have any fear of police complaint. Please take some strict action against this fraud travel agency and banned completely and try to refund back. I have seen many complaints registered with this fraud company.

I request to Gurugram Police Department please take some serious action.

I had booked 2 tickets on 6th of Feb 2022 through the website travelook.

Ahmedabad to Bangalore was my flight and they took 5310 per ticket. Because of their mistake, and error, the ticket for cancelled automatically and i had to book for another ticket on the next day. And when I called the customer care number, they said i will get the refund in 5 working days. But it's 2 months now i haven't received any refund to my account. They have been continuously cheating me and giving different excuses. Please help me with this.

I booked a ticket from Travolook on 17/03/2022 using my debit card. ₹9982 got deducted from my account but the ticket booking was unsuccessful. I immediately recieved a call from Travolook saying that my money will be credited in 7-10 working days.

Later, I tried to book the ticket using credit card and that booking also failed but money got debited. Post that, I am constantly calling your customer care but to no use. Every time I speak to them, I get the same responce that my money will be credited in 7-10 working days.

It's been almost 20 days and even today when I spoke to your customer care executive, he still asks me to wait for 7-10 working days. When I asked him for the reason for such a delay, he has no answer. Upon further questioning, he started to say that he can't hear me. This is when i began to wonder if it's a fraud. Please help me in getting my refund back.

I booked my flight ticket on 25 jan they cancelled the ticket themselves and then they said they will refund. Now they are not refunding it has been 3 months.

I have booked flight tickets on 23rd feb, They cancelled it immediately.
I called help center of travolook.in they said there is some issue. you can try again so that they can fraud again with me.

as on 4th April there is no update on refund.

everytime when I call help center they ask to wait for 2-3 more days.

The Flight reservation was cancelled due to operational reason REF[protected] on 14th Feb but the Refund was not processed.

I have 2 tickets booking travolook website on 24Nov2021 & 4Jan2022 same flight. The flight is also canceled by airline and indigo also refund money by travolook but travolook not refund me.i have called costumer car but not responded.

I have booked the flight on 17-Mar-2022 from Hyderabad to Varanasi.
But Ticket hasn't booked and status is showing in progress later status changed as Cancelled.
Refund is not yet credited to my account. Contacted customer care many times. They are saying every time would get refund in 5-7 days which is not happening.

Further to numerous emails, phones to your hotline, I have been promised the cancelled ticket amount, but not yet credited, since 25/11/2021, kindly look into the matter and do the needful.
I hope to get the amount in my A/c asap.

I had booked ticket on 25 Feb 2022 ticket got cancelled I was told I will get refund in next 7 days when I enquired the same on 19 March I hae been told I next 10 working days I will get refund but till date not received the refund amount my reference number is[protected]

Writing this complaint on behalf of Vaka Purna Chandra reddy. Booked air tickets on december from Mangalore(IXE) to shamshabad Rajiv Gandhi International Airport(HYD) for the dates 19-DECEMBER-2021. Due to some reasons we cancelled the ticket worth RS.4212.0, till then we haven't yet received any refund and we are getting the same answer from them saying that the amount was processed from their end and due to some issues at payment gateway cash free the payment is not credited in my account.
This is the same answer we are getting from travolook. So, with in all legal boundaries please check with them and pass some orders to provide my refund back to my account.

Cancelled my flight 3 months ago whereas the money isn't intiated by them yet

I booked delhi to Leh REF[protected] on 9th of feb 2022. But the tickets were never booked generating a PNR and the amount was deducted from my account. The customer care executive on Feb 2nd promised that the refund process has been initiated and money will be returned in the same account used while booking within 10-15 working days. After the said term I didnt receive the amount. On 21st Feb I received a mail asking me to wait for another 7-10 working days. Later when I called the customer care they said there were some technical difficulty and I should give them the account details and wait for another 2-3 days. When I called them again they asked to wait for few more days and the same has been going on till today. I havent received the refund amount till now and from the way customer care executives talk I dont think I will ever get the refund. They promise a new deadline every time you call.

Got mail by travolook.in to get refund but yet not get any refund and It went more than 25 days. They are giving just a date and playing with customers.

They are doing froudenment to the customer.

My booking with Travolook got cancelled on March 9th, 2022 and still I have not received the refund. They have mentioned that I'll receive the refund in 7-10 days business days and it's already been more than 20 days. One day i received the call from them saying they'll refund my money to travolook wallet. What kind of service is this and the reasons that they're mentioning are worse. They are saying bank is not accepting payments. Why will bank not accept payments? I asked them to send me the screenshot of the payment that thet have done and the bank not accepting it. They told they'll mail me and till not I have not received any mail. If I won't get the refund within 2 days They are giving the same reply that I'll receive it by next week. I'm fed up with these next weeks. Never book ticket with travolook. It is one of the worst experience.
