I had booked a flight from Pune to New Delhi on 19th Feb 2022. The money was debited from my account and ticket got cancelled itself (due to fare expiration) also as soon as I contacted the customer care they promised me a refund within 7 to 10 business working days.
Then I followed up on 27th Feb 2022 again to check the status of my refund. I spoke to a customer executive named "HITEN" where he subsequently informed that the refund was declined and now the mode has been changed. It would take 7-10 working days from the aforementioned date.
On 9th March 2022, I called again to the customer helpline where I spoke to "SAMALI". She informed me that the refund has been initiated and some insensible reason comprising of a word "Cost Secure" where I was completely shocked. This was the third time when I was fake promised a refund within 7-10 business working days.
On 23rd March 2022, I called the customer line, where I spoke to "Sneha Bisht" which is a fake name that I got to know about on my repeated call on 26th March 2022 from another executive. The guy stated his name as "VIJAY ARORA" and the colleague of his was name "URMILA".
This fellow was extremely rude while conversing he refused to connect me to a supervisor. There's nothing he can do and they cant provide any proof for my refund. While asking for the status he disruptedly said his closing script and disconnected the call. This is not at all accepted, the amount which was scammed "INR 2174" is my hard-earned money.
Its been more than a month that I have not got my refund I have been contacting them every week but the response is zero they have stupid reasons for everything. Also every employee lies while speaking they dont even have audacity to apprise their real name when asked.
I have all the recordings of the calls I have had with them. If required I can provide all of them.
I want my money back since I did alot of hardwork to earn it.
This company is taking a benefit of people.
