Dear Sir/Madam,
I have booked two tickets from Jaipur to Agartala on 15/03/2022 vide Reference no REF[protected] & REF[protected].
But both the tickets were cancelled from your end on the same date and I had been informed that these amounts would be credited to my account within 7-10 days.
This is really very much unexpected from an organisation like travolook.
Kindly check the booking reference nos REF[protected] & REF[protected] and kindly refund the amounts of Rs 7911 & Rs 7911 within next 24 hours. Sir, I have waited a long time to close the matter. Now, I have no option but to forward the matter with the Police and with the Media.

My wife had booked her first flight ticket with good offers. But the next time, when she had to book and do the cancel on 05 Nov 2021, we are still waiting for the refund since then. It is now almost 5 months since we have been calling them and emailing them and still no refund, their customer team always saying that you will receive the funds by the end of this week. The airline has also done the refund process of the amount which is Rs. 5925 as on their website. I have also uploaded the refund status page from the airline.

I believe it's just not me who has been cheated of this refund fraud. There may be many more like me and that's how they are doing their business by cheating the customers.

I urge you to please help me in this refund case.

It looks that this agency randomly declines customers bookings and using the money for other purpose. They are doing this as routine work. First time I booked in this website my ticket on 13.03.2022 from Mumbai to Trichy via Bangalore, immediately declined my ticket and informed that the money will be refunded within 10 to 15 days. Even after 19 days, they are repeating the same. Something has to done in big level to debar the agency. I planned to complain to bank officials not to entertain any bank transactions under website, Please do the needful .

I have bookeda ticket on 11 th March hyd to dbr.
Amount debited but as message sent by travolook that due to fare expiration booking has been Cancelled.
I have contacted many times but no satisfactory answer has been given from that side.
I will loadge a complaint in consumer forum and haryana police

Travolook — Refund not initiated, they hold my money from last 15 days
I have refund from travolook.com but they are not initiated my refunds. From last 15 days they are just saying that they have some technical issues so they unable to initiate the refunds. I book my ticket of 16 March 2022, and i calling everyday for refund, everyday they are telling will credit refund after some days.

Please resolve the matter on urgent basis as i short of money and refund as early as possible.

Booking failed amount is not yet refunded to me. it has been months even after compaining to customer care many times.

I have booked flight tickets on 7-2-22 from Kochi to Mumbai for[protected] for Indigo. AFter 5 minutes I got call from Ms.Sonali ( Customer Care Staff ) that my tickets have got cancelled and that I will get my refund within 7 working days. So far I have not received my refund. Every alternate days I am following up with Customer Care Staff of Travolook. They all say one thing that is the amount of my refund will reflect in my Bank account within 2 / 3 working days. I am really tired now. Though the amount is not so big, but I am not that rich also to leave it.

I have spoken with Ms.Shalu, Ms.Jyotika, Mr.Vijay, Ms.Leena and finally with Ms.Pooja and have given my passengers name and email id to them.

Dear Team, pls support in getting my REF[protected] & REF[protected]

I booked my airline ticket from Travolook website for my journey from Delhi to Lucknow on 16/02/2022. As soon as I paid, I got a message that the ticket was cancelled and I would get the refund in 7-8 working days. I have called them countless times and it's been over 40 days, still they haven't refunded my money amounting ₹3885.00.
Everytime I call them, They keep saying I'll get it next week but they simply give fake promises. Kindly take action against them and please help me out.

I had booked my airline ticket in Travolook website for my journey from Chennai to Mumbai on 28/02/2022. As soon as I paid, I got a message that the ticket was cancelled and I would get the refund in 7-8 working days. I have called them countless times and it's been a month, still they haven't returned my money Rs. 5472
They keep saying I'll get it next week but they simply give fake promises. Kindly take action against them.

I have booked ticket on Mar 11 2022 from Hyderabad to Patna but after 5 minutes it got cancelled due to operational issue as stated by Travolook rep. Its been 15 days now but money is not yet refunded. When call Travolook they stated that transaction has been failed while refunding it and he has no more information.

My name is Sagar Thakkar I have booked a flight ticket to Mumbai to jodhpur on 26 th of feb 2022, which got cancelled due to fare expiration as you mailed me.but still I have not got the refund confirmation from your side, I have also called customer care they told me that refund will receive in 7 days but it's been in 1 month and no refund has been initiated so far .

I had booked a flight from Pune to New Delhi on 19th Feb 2022. The money was debited from my account and ticket got cancelled itself (due to fare expiration) also as soon as I contacted the customer care they promised me a refund within 7 to 10 business working days.
Then I followed up on 27th Feb 2022 again to check the status of my refund. I spoke to a customer executive named "HITEN" where he subsequently informed that the refund was declined and now the mode has been changed. It would take 7-10 working days from the aforementioned date.
On 9th March 2022, I called again to the customer helpline where I spoke to "SAMALI". She informed me that the refund has been initiated and some insensible reason comprising of a word "Cost Secure" where I was completely shocked. This was the third time when I was fake promised a refund within 7-10 business working days.
On 23rd March 2022, I called the customer line, where I spoke to "Sneha Bisht" which is a fake name that I got to know about on my repeated call on 26th March 2022 from another executive. The guy stated his name as "VIJAY ARORA" and the colleague of his was name "URMILA".
This fellow was extremely rude while conversing he refused to connect me to a supervisor. There's nothing he can do and they cant provide any proof for my refund. While asking for the status he disruptedly said his closing script and disconnected the call. This is not at all accepted, the amount which was scammed "INR 2174" is my hard-earned money.
Its been more than a month that I have not got my refund I have been contacting them every week but the response is zero they have stupid reasons for everything. Also every employee lies while speaking they dont even have audacity to apprise their real name when asked.
I have all the recordings of the calls I have had with them. If required I can provide all of them.
I want my money back since I did alot of hardwork to earn it.
This company is taking a benefit of people.

I have booked a airline ticket which post payment was cancelled and received a mail for the refund of the mail from travolook and it had been a month and no such refund is yet made. Kindly look into the matter at the earliest.

Hi i am pavan jain i booked. Ticket via travolook on 3rd fabruary 2022 and the company person called me and told that your ticket not booked and amount will refund in 7 to 10 working days but still today 25th march 2022 i did not get refund i called company's toll free number mor than 10 days they saying we will refund your amount in 4 days or 5 days but i did not get any amount more than 50 days is over

I booked a flight ticket on travolook.in on 14th Feb, 2022 and the ticket was immediately canceled by the vendor because of some conflict with airlines. (booking reference: REF[protected]. I was supposed to get my refund within 1 week but haven't received it yet. I have complained about it to customer care 5 times, but every time I was told that the previous attempt failed and you will get the refund within next 7 days. But no refund yet.

Due to technical reasons given by TRAVOLOOK agent, cancelled my Air ticket vide REF[protected] dated 14 th February 2022. Ticked booked for New delhi to Bhopal by IndiGo Flt no 6E.-5018, journey dt was 31/03/2022.

I had sent at least 10 email ([protected]@travolook.in) & to their customer care centre[protected] . as per agency policy, the refund had to take place within 7 to 10 working days. But, till date refund amount yet to be credited in my account.

Kindly help me. I am a senior citizen.

I had booked a ticket on 4th March which immediately got cancelled within 5mins post booking. I have made multiple customer care calls and written several mails without getting my issue resolved. I have to literally call them up everyday as if it was their money that I am asking for. The team is highly unprofessional and say a few good words that you want to hear in order to stall the process and never issue a refund.

I hope the company which is functioning on internet has at least the courtesy to address an issue related to their customer.

I send complete details of grievance seeking your kind and immediate action to redress my grievance .

1. I bought Air India Air ticket to fly in Air India 429 from Delhi to Agartala on 12.03.21 for my daughter Aditi Vats . Ref No REF[protected] copy Enclosed)

2. These tickets were booked by me through the Travlook

3. An amount of Rs. 6981.00 was paid by me for the tickets on line debiting my Credit Card .

4. I got a telephone from their office on the same day that the Flight has been cancelled and the refund amount would be credited into the same bank within 10-15 days . Apart from telephonic information, they communicated to me about cancellation of the flight and refund vide their mails ( enclosed)

5. I sent several reminder mails to them asking for refund, . I was getting the same reply from their office stating that the refund will be made within 10-15 days of time. The mails were sent to me from their office .

6. I tried many times over phone to contact them to get to know the reason for inordinate delay in giving the refund .

7. I fail to understand as why and how there is no refund till date from the travel agent Travolook.

8. I am writing this mail to you sir seeking your kind intervention to resolve this issue and arrange for the refund.

Sir, once again I request you to look into this matter .

Hello sir, It's been more than one month and i didn't receive my refund MY reference I'd is REF[protected]
Customer care always tells I will receive in 2-3 days but this never happened. Very dissatisfied with this airlines .

booked a trip flight tickets from Visakhapatnam to Delhi and the amount has been deducted from my account but the tickets were not booked from the travel look’s end
suddenly I received cancellation notification and it was mentioned that refund will be processed in 10-15 working days which is a huge time compared to other airlines, I waited for more than one month and still no refund. Please look into this matter.
