Hello sir, It's been more than one month and i didn't receive my refund MY reference I'd is REF[protected]
Customer care always tells I will receive in 2-3 days but this never happened. Very dissatisfied with this airlines .
Kindly refund my money.

booked a trip flight tickets from Visakhapatnam to Delhi and the amount has been deducted from my account but the tickets were not booked from the travel look’s end
suddenly I received cancellation notification and it was mentioned that refund will be processed in 10-15 working days which is a huge time compared to other airlines, I waited for more than one month and still no refund. Please look into this matter.

I booked my ticket on 5th February 2022 through travolook site 2 times which got cancelled due to issue from there end after 30 min I got email that I will get refund amount for both tickets in 15/20 working days, today is 22nd March 2022, still I am waiting for my refund i am doing continue follow up with customer care but every week they say this week it will process

Booked ticket on 12th Feb'22. Ticket wasn't booked as they failed to generate PNR. Its been more than a months now didn't get refund on 3816.

I booked my air ticket through Travolook on 14th Feb 2022 and they cancelled my ticket and got a call saying your ticket is cancelled and your money will refunded . I called up support number so many times but every time I get same answer we have processed your request and you will get in next 7 to 10 working days. Now they are telling me that my money WILL REFUND again after one weak.Kindly take strict action against them so that they...

Sir I already complaint regarding this very very worst customer care people are easily telling 6_7 working days when ever we call them .not only that they are telling technical issue rejected from merchant.actually they are the merchant I don't know why this people are always telling story it is 4 month still I don't get any refund amount are mail from their side it is 21000 rupees nearly .I think this fraud app is doing this to every customer please take this as a complaint reference I'd are[protected], and[protected], and[protected], please take severe action against this travolook app .and put about this is fraud app in all social media as I am going to do that now I am going to post it as fraud app in all social media ifall my amount is not refund in this week

I have booked a flight ticket from Chennai to Trivandrum on 5th Feb 2022 (Travel date 5th Feb 2022). I got a confirmation they are waiting for the ticket confirmation and deducted the money. However, after 10 mins I received a cancellation message from Travolook and mentioned that the refund for the transaction will be completed within 5 working days.

It's been more than one 44 days and I have not received the refund even after multiple follow-ups over call and email. Every time while connecting with their support care number, they will say that it has been initiated and you will get the refund in the next 5 to 7 days from that date of calling.

Completely fed up with chasing these people for getting my refund amount. For recent calls they are asking to write a fresh email with the details for receiving the date withing which I will get the refund and they are responding very angry and harsh.

I have booked a ticket on Dec 23 2021 from BBI to BLR Indigo 6E-393 through Travolook Portal .
But unfortunately the Booking got cancelled due to fare expiration automatically, in the mean while the money has got debited as an amount 5623/- INR .

I have been told & got call from the customer care executives that the money will be refunded back to my source account within 7-10 working days period .

On which I have waited for such long day to get back my money refunded back to my original source account but it was a such a waste & frustrated for me that even after waiting for 3.5 months there was no response & no money has been refunded back to my credit card yet .

Request you to kindly take strict disciplinary action against them, with the organization & entire company should learn a lesson for cheating & doing fraud with innocent people's .

Please return back the money soon .

I booked a ticket from Bhubaneswar to Hyderbad with reference number REF[protected] on 4th February 2022 from travolook. After some time on the same day, I got a call from customer care that your ticket got canceled due to some operational reasons in the airline and he said your amount will be refunded within 10 days and he also said to book a ticket again from their website. But it's been a month now and I did not get my refund back.

I booked round trip flight ticket for my personal travel in travolook on February 2
2022, subsequently i canceled the ticket because of high price fluctuation after
booking the ticket on the same day. while cancelling the ticket with the help of
travolook customer care they provided the reference number REF[protected]
and mailed that the refund amount Rs 4957/- will credit within the 10 working
days. I waited till February 16 2022 and called the travolook customer care on
next day that time they said they took a compliant of not refunding the amount
for me and said to wait for next 7 working days. I waited till February 24 2022
and called the travolook customer care on next day again they are saying that i
need to wait for 7 more working days. I waited till March 4 2022 and called the
travolook customer care on next day again they are saying to wait for next 7
working day. This time lost my hope on them and raising a complaint with you.
whenever i am speaking with customerercare about my refund they are giving a
proper statement for my refund delay and being cool saying to wait for 7 more
days.
Till this day march 20 I am chasing but no luck.
I request the readers of this complaint kindly don't book your flight tickets on travolook and share the same for your friends

I had booked one ticket having reference no. REF[protected] for myself on dates 11th Feb 2022 to visit Mumbai from Rajkot but the booking got cancelled by Travolook. The refund amount is Rs. 5014.

Request you to refund this amount as soon as possible. It’s been a month but refund not received or credited yet in my account.

On 30 jan 2022 I booked a flight ticket from Agartala to kolkata in Travolook website. Which reference number is REF[protected] and on 14 feb 2022 Chennai to Agartala reference number is REF[protected] but after deducting my money Travolook cancel my ticket and said that they will make full refund within 6 working days ...It almost 48 days I would not receive my refund ... I called up support number so many times but every time I get same answer we have processed your request and you will get in next 7 to 10 working days. Now they are telling me that my money got back to them and they will again refund it will take 7 to 10 working days.

this is keep on repeating and customer care people Abihshak, meena, and more person keep disconnecting call.

I am just fed up with this pathetic service provided by the travolook. Booked ticket on 24th December 2021 Ref ID: REF[protected] and received a mail that my ticket has been cancelled due to fare expiration reason and informed that amount would be refunded in about 07-10 working days and it is more than 3 months (84Days) till date i have not received my refund. Calling customer care more than 35 times is so pathetic every time providing wrong information by the executive and also they are so without information, cut my call and not receiving reply through mail and somehow they reply also but it is all computer generated .I really got fed up want to escalate this issue at the high level and saying that the amount has not been refunded due to a server issue from the bank's side so requesting me to get this amount in wallet but I do not want to get this money into wallet.I do not trust this app anymore.

Kindly do the needful, immediately.

Waiting for the refund of INR 5899. Despite of entire effort on the Customer care, no positive update. Yet... Seems like a Fake/Scam by these folks.

My name is Gaurav . I booked two tickets for Mumbai to jaipur on 21st feb. After booking I received a call that my tickets are cancelled because of some technical error and refund will come in 48 hours. After 2 Days when refund not came I called customer care and asked for the status of refund, he said it is processed from their end and it will reflect in 2-3 Days
Again it didn't reflect in my account . Contacted again, this time they said refund takes 7 to 10 days to reflect so I have to wait . After waiting 2 weeks I called now they are saying that 10 days are completed and now he is raising complaint to higher authorities . So overall customer care guys are doing nothing . . They dont have any idea that when will refund will come . Can't give a date . Can't promise anything . This is very unprofessional . Not replying on emails. Very bad experience. It's been 3 weeks now.

Hi,

I have tried to book a flight from Delhi to Hyderabad and the money got deducted from my credit card. Then i received a call from Travolook that the booking has been cancelled and the amount will be refund to me within 10 days. It has been more than 35 days and still i haven't received any amount yet. No proper response form the support people.
