I was trying to book a flight ticket of ₹ 4813 on 01 march 2022, but due to some operational issue it was not booked and my got deducted from my account.
Now they first told me to wait for 10 days. After 10 days they said refund period is 15 days.
After 15 days I got refund of only ₹ 1443. Then when I contacted their agent name Vijay, Employee code 5003 told me to wait another couple of days. When I insisted him to transfer the call to senior/manager he denied.
I have never seen this type of poor service in ticket booking.
I have urgent need of money please help me to get my money back.

Booked my air ticket through Travolook on 17th Nov 2021 and they cancelled my ticket and got a call saying your ticket is cancelled and your money will refunded in 3 working days. I called up support number more 100 times and written almost 20 mails, but everytime I get same answer we have processed your request and you will get in next 7 to 10 working days. Now its been more than 4 months and havent recieved my money back. Is there process to get my refund back.

On 12th feb, i had to travel to tamil nadu urgently for my grand mothers demice. i searched for flight tickets on multiple websites and decided to book through travolook. i did all the entries and did the payment 12152/-. after 5 min i get a call from travolook that the rate has changed for the flight tickets booked and there is a shot of 2000rs and to complete the booking confirmation i had to pay the short amount.

i refused to pay so they said in that case it will be cancelled an refund will be received within 10 business working days.

from 12th feb after 15 working days i called on[protected] to follow up for my refund. they said that there was a merchant payout error and the refund is re processed. after another 10 days i called again to follwo up for my refund. Again they said that the same will be done in 4 days. Days are passing by and they only keep confirming that it will be done in 3 days or 4 days.

i am starting to worry now. today also 16th mar they have confirmed that i will receive my refund by monday 21st march 2022. Does it actually take more than a month for refund. please help me

i have 13 reference id, refund is not been initiated, its been more than 1.5 months, while contacting travollok they keep on saying, you will get your refund in 1-2 days, still not recieved, please check into the matter as soon as possible .
Total amount would be around more than 50000. Highly disappointed

I had done booking through Travalook for my flight which got cancelled by Airlines only, but agent refunded me after 30 days that too after deducting big amount in the name of conveyance fee, i had paid Rs.13326/- but got refund Rs9612/- Rs.500/- they charged conveyance fee at the time of booking . but while refunding the amount they charging Rs.3214/- which is highly uneacceptable, this way they are looting the consumers, & no action are being taken against them. attaching screenshot of Refund amount, & amount which they took from me & even screenshot of what airlines paid them, i request you to take strict against such companies

I tried to book flight from Travolook and amount deducted but booking get cancelled. I sent many mails and also called but received no response from their side. Kindly take strict action against them so that they refund my amount asap. The required details has been attached below.

I have booked flight from Travolook (HYD TO BLR) amount deducted but booking cancelled by TRAVOLOOK. REF[protected] I also received call from this company refund will insatiate 15 days. I have sent many mails and also called them many time, they even not responded properly and i tried to make them understand that i m going to complain against company but they said in a very rude manner as do what ever you want to do. still my refund is not initiated, its been 40 days. Kindly take action against company it is the regular business for them. the same kind of incidents faced by many customers with this company. please do me a needful thanking you in advance. I have booked a ticket in travel look on 29th of December 2021 still I have not received any refund initially they're told if the amount refund is initiated to travolook wallet it will take only 30 minutes I'll get my refund but it took almost 24 hours to get my refund it was initiated after my ticket booking with the 2nd time and they said it is valid for life time. When I try booking ticket It looks more expensive than other websites. Though I request travel look to transfer the amount to my banking account. I'm not getting any proper response to my email.

When I try reaching customer care They repeat the same answer even if you are with different concern And I am not getting any proper update from customer care as well if I ask anything in debt they are disconnecting that hall and the wedding time sometimes it took more than 30 minutes as well to reach the customer care and the call will get disconnected. Request to text action on the travel website that will not impact any other public as well

Seek your help in getting my amount refended at the earliest.

My booking reference no.[protected] . The booking was cancelled and refund initiated. More than 25 days refund not credited . Number of calls to customer care but no use.

I have book flights tickets from Bangalore to ranchi on 28 jan 2022, now one and half month over still i haven't received my money back.when ever i call customer support they have also tell fake commitment, please have a look my concern and do the need full

I have booked Air ticket for my son on[protected] from travolook website at 4.10 pm and received an email from "[protected]@travolook.in" cancelling the booking at 4.11 pm stating;
"Your Booking is Cancelled with travolook.in :REF[protected]
Your booking is Cancelled due to fare expiration."

I have been following up with travolook customer care representative's and they have been fooling us for last 3 weeks with a confirmation that the refund will be processed in 7 days. However today also the same excuse was given to me. After 22 days i am still awaiting my refund amount.

I request you to look into the matter and instruct Travolook to refund my amount of Rs5295/- with interest and penalty for mental harassment or take appropriate steps as you deem fit.

I have booked my ticket from Hyderabad to Patna from Travolook on[protected]. 30 minutes after the booking i received an email from Travolook that my flight got cancelled due to operational reasons. Its been more than 2 months and I haven't received any response from their side. I have mailed them many times and got no proper reply.

I booked ticket on 10th Jan and till now didn't receive my amount. Everytime I'm listening chorus that next week you will receive your amount in your bank account. On 14th March i had call with customer executive he was so batmeez, arrogant and rude.

Fight was booked in IndiGo via Travolook and booking was cancelled but refund not received.
My Booking reference Is - REF[protected] with refund amount is - 5160.

I have complained to Travolook but refund yet not proceed and also satisfied response not received.

Dear Team

Please look into the matter as Travel agency not refunding money.

We booked our flight from Travolook on 18th Feb22 and payment got successfull but after few minutes we received mail from travolook stating booking cancelled as fare expired afterword we got call from travolook stating refund is processed and will be reflect in my account within 5-7 business days but still we have not received any amount.

Every time we try to contact them they give a new date to us.

Please look into the matter and assist.

I booked my ticket and had to cancel for my personal reasons
They didn’t refund amount after several calle

Booking is Cancelled by travolook.in :REF[protected] dated[protected]

This ticket was canceled by Travellook on[protected] as PNR was not generated by airlines, you had promised to credit the payment within one week. unfortunately even after one month I have not receive the payment of Rs.7, 983/- .
I have written several mails initially few mails were replied that payment under process will be credited back to same account with in one week time.
even several try not bale to get their customer care people on line every time I wait for more then 30 minutes then call get disconnected

Travolook has been delayed in paying my canceled flight charges for the last three months. When I called for my refund they have been dragging time by informing me wrongly three or four days. Now even their customer care is using rough language with demeaning vocabulary.
