I booked my flight ticket from Travolook on Feb 1st 2022 from goa to Jaipur
after some time i got a mail and call from company customer care that my flight is cancel and my money will refund in 15 days . i waited for my refund but money didnt come i called their customer many times since three weeks but no response and every time they said that my refund will come in two three days its been a more then a month now but nothing happening they lie their customer care lie every time that money will refund in two days one days this is the worst company ever to book flights tickets this is really seems a fraud company which took people hard earned money

and whenever i call hem every customer care person says different story making fool of customer they are really there is really need to take some hard action on this company to save people money ASAP IF NO action will take on them they will carry out this looting money of people and these kind of company will get courage by doing wrong and no action is taken against them please do something so these kind of fraud companies stop .

I had booked a ticket from travolook for the date 25th feb.2022. the booking was cancelled and informed that I'l be getting refund in 7-10 working days. inspite of several follow-ups, they are pending it for next week/till Friday since then. No refund have been received till today.

I had booked flight tickets vide reference no :REF[protected] from Hyderabad to Cochin on 03/12/2021. But the booking was cancelled by their team as pnr is not generated. But my amount got deducted. The agent informed me the amount will refund in 10 days. Every time I call them they are saying that it will take 7-10days. But its more than 90days.

This app is worst fraud app always doing fraud thing fraud customer care service.people in customer service were telling only one thing for refund 2_3 days same dialogue I want this app to answer me or else let us take it to consumer court and media and social media

Booking failed, but amount was debited. Mailed several times but have stopped getting response. Raised a complaint on 21st February 2022 complaint number[protected], was told the amount will be refunded in 2-5 days. Its 11th March today and I have neither received any refund, nor have received a response.
There is no escalation procedure and I do not have any idea if and when the amount will be refunded

I have emails sent and recordings of conversations as well.

I had paid for a journey and my booking got cancelled from company's end along with a notification of refund within 7-10 days.

After subsequent mails, escalation and calls, and 2 months of waiting, haven't received any traction/tracking/update on my refund of ₹5328 with reference number REF[protected]

I have booked air Asia flight ticket from Vizag to Bangalore on March 6th 2022. The amount got deducted from my credit card but PNR no not get generated and the ticket was cancelled by TraveLook booking team and they said refund has initiated, when i ask customer care i didn't receive any mail from your end as a proof that refund is initiated from your end nor i didn't receive any SMS from bank end till now 4 days over.
When i customer care complaint/ticket/reference no they are saying they don't have concept of ticket/complaint no they are saying just they will forward that concern to booking/finance team. I asked bank did they get any refund initiate request from Travelook they are saying not received then HDFC suggested me to ask reference no from travelook. I spoked with travelook again to get the reference no they are saying they are not having. and they are disconnecting the calls simply. They don't have Team Leads/Supervisor. I feel this is a fake web site. Please get my refund bank.

I had booked airlines tickets online from travelchacha.com in the month of Feb 2022.Due to some reasons they cancelled the tickets on the sameday. they sent a mail that the refund would be credited in the a/c within 25-30 working days. However even with repeated phones calls to their executive over phone, the refund has not taken place. I am always told it is under process. How much more time is needed as it is well beyond the stipulated time. please help.

This is totally a fraud app please help people like us I want my money refund this app is biggest fraud app fraud people are working there totally I want to put case on this app in consumer court I have never seen such a big fraud network and big fraud customer care people

I have booked two flight ticket from imphal to chennai on 27/12/2021 on travolook but they cancelled the ticket due to fare updation and told me money will be credited in 9_12 days but still now I dint get my money it's nearly 3 months and I am daily calling their customer care service but it's totally waste of my time still now they are telling technical issue u will get amount in 2_3 days I am so stressed due to this

I have book the return ticket HYD-Delhi but it was cancelled and i receive a email that the refund will be soon, after 01 month still waiting for the refund and no proper reply from the call center.

I hv booked my tickets from Travolook.in on 10feb2022. After booking got message that ticket could not be booked due to increased fare & will get refund within 5 - 7 days. Today even after 27 days my refund pending. I sent mail reminder & phone call 20 times but no result. Every time they say it will take 5days. Got frustrated & my hard earned money got stuck with this fraud website.

I had, on 18th Nov 2021, purchased a flight ticket from travolook after being directed to their site from a Google Ad. After successful payment of INR4674/- I was informed via mail as well as through call that the booking got cancelled due to fare expiration. and that a refund will be provided post "10-15 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and Gazetted holiday).
Since then I called them atleast 10 times and written several e-mails regarding refund. However everytime either received new times else new excuses. Later, I found on searching online that thousands of others have been duped by this service, which extracts money in this fashion and refuses or attempts to delay refunding the amount using classical delaying tactics. They harass consumers and siphon a large percentage of the total money off in this way.
Seeking your help in this regard. Will appreciate if you help me getting my refund asap.

On Feb 9 i booked flight with them for 6172 which was cancelled by there end. They said refund will be done by 10 to 15 days after that they didn't inform on anything. Later i made many calls and mails but got no response for 2 mails they responded they are looking into it and it's been 27 days they didn't come up with my refund. They don't pick calls easily and last on call there service man was too rude as well

On the 31st of January 2022, I have a ticket scheduled from Hyderabad to Delhi. The booking was cancelled, but the money was deducted the following minute. I received an email stating that the refund will be completed in 7-15 working days. After 15 days, I had not gotten my refund. I phoned customer service around 8 times, the first time they claimed the money will be reimbursed in 10 days, but I never received anything. The second time they claimed it will be repaid in 7-15 days but it was never received, and the third time they provided me a date but it was never received. Finally, they stated the money had been credited to my Travolook wallet, which I immediately checked and told them was not the case, and they hung up. I phoned two more times, and each time they asked for my Reference Number before hanging up. This behaviour and treatment demonstrates that the website seemed to be the poorest and most fraudulent during the return procedure.

I booked a flight on 27th Jan and it got canceled due to a change in the airline's fare. And now it's been almost more than one month and they have not refunded my money. They don't even revert to the mails and when I call the customer care they don't give a clear answer.
Please help me to get my money back.

I tried to book a flight ticket from Hyderabad to Thiruvananthapuram on travolook.in on Feb 2nd 2022. The transaction of ₹4903.00 was completed,
Then I get a call and mail from tavolook customer service that the ticket PNR was not generated due to a technical issue from there side for which the transaction has been cancelled with reference no. REF[protected] and I will be getting my refund of ₹4903.00 in 7-10 Business days.

I have been writing 6 mails talking to travolook customer care but didn't get any prompt response. They just keep giving new 7-10 Business days I ask them for a confirmation mail they just disconnect the call.Its already more then month but still I didn't get any resolution.

I booked a flight ticket from Bangalore to Silchar on 25 Jan 22 for 11 Feb 22.
Under consideration ticket was issued after making the payment.
Phone call came from Travolook saying additional amount of Rs 1150 more to paid as ticket price hiked.
I did not agree hence they issued a cancelled ticket.
Not able to contact their given numbers.
Keep writing to them saying it will take 10 to 15 days .
Today it's 01 month and 07 days past.
Now I don't get mail also from them.
