Issue:
I have booked the Flight ticket in Travolook on 21st Jamuary'2022 with amount of 5233INR. But that booking was cancelled by Travolook and they said amount will be refund.
It almost more than 40days still they are not giving my amount, whenever I'm calling they simply telling that amount will credit within 5days, I called more than 10 times but still I haven't get the amount. Even though I informed them that I'm going to raise consumer complaint they not even care about that and I'm totally frustrated because of this.

Description:
I had booked 2 separate tickets on the Travolook website on September 19, 2021

Money was charged to my Credit Card. Got one e-mail stating Booking is in Progress and within few minutes a cancellation e-mail came.

I have been calling their Customer Care since September 2021 (6 months as of today) and they give standard responses:
1. This has been initiated but due to a technical error, it will happen 5-7 working days
2. We have initiated it but there was a problem with the merchant
3. It will surely happen in 5-7 working days
4. There is no way to transfer the call to a manager
5. They bluntly disconnect the call

I am really not sure what needs to be done from my side to get my money back.

Please help.

Resolution Required: Refund of 10, 616 to be transferred to the original mode of payment

I had booked a ticket from Kolkata to Bangalore (One-Way) for Rs. 5899 on 20-Feb-2022 with REF02493335. After 10 mins of the booking confirmation, I get an email that "Due to Operational Reasons" the flight is cancelled and I will get the refund in 5 Business Days.
Today it is 4-Mar-2022, I have still not received the refund.

Descriptions:
I booked flight on 1 march 2022 on Travolook website. After recieving money they immediately send me cancellation mail. I immediately look on review websites and found out it was fraud website and have duped money others like me.
I am really concerned about my money please help. They fraud and have doped many other like they should be banned.
They are regular offenders please refer to other complaints as well on this website.

I had booked my flight from bombay to goa on 20th dec but it got cancelled and they told that I'll receiv the payment within 10 to 15 working days.. Even after waiting for 10-15 working days they didn't refund.. I tried calling them several times but their answer was it's in process and within a week you'll receive the money it's been 3 months and I still haven't received the payment please take a strict action towards them and inform them to refund my money at earliest

I booked my flight from Hyd to Delhi and it said that it takes 30 min to confirm the ticket. After 10min, I got a call from them saying that the ticket is cancelled due to operational issues and a refund will be issued. But till now I didn't receive any refund.

After payment, tickets will get cancelled and you’ll be told that the refund will be done in 15–20 working days, which never happens.

I already waited much like 2 months.
they are always tried to convince you to wait for next few days which is always same as before. never happend any changes.
Please help us. Do ban this company.

I booked a ticket from Chennai to Kolkata on 17th January2022 through Travolook (booking ref[protected] which was cancelled citing the reason that fare escalation from Air Asia and i was informed they would refund my ticket fare. Now more than 40 days have gone and during this period i have already exchanged several mails to them and also spoken to their customer care representatives. Every time the answer would be same that refund would initiated within 5-7 days. My refund had not been processed till date

I tried to book flight from Travolook (Mum to MAA) and amount deducted but booking get cancelled. I also received call from this company that I will receive my refund within 10 to 15 working days. I sent many mails and also called but received no response from their side. Kindly take strict action against them so that they refund my amount asap. The required details has been attached below.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I had booked a flight ticket using travolook website for my father. After booking, I got a message from travolook that my booking is cancelled due to fare expiration(Travolook displays less price on their website, and once we book through them, the booking gets cancelled and they do not issue customer's refund). After following up with them from past 2 months, I am highly disappointed with them as they are not giving my refund to me. This is highly unacceptable and many customers like me are facing the same issue with them. Please look into this issue and verify the company's credentials as they are doing fraud business.

I am sharing a screenshot of mail received from them. It clearly states that due to fare expiration, my booking got cancelled and my refund will be issued within 7 days.
After multiple follow ups, I am still unable to get my refund.
I sincerely request you to please look into this matter and take a strict action against such a company and make them pay my refund. You Can find many similar complains against them on your website.

I had booked a ticket on 12-Oct-2021 and Travolook, themselves, cancelled my ticket.

Since then I have sent them numerous emails and called them multiple time but amount has not been refunded till date.

THIS IS A FRAUD COMPANY!!

They NEVER NEVER call back. RESPOND by EMAIL. NOTHING!!

I booked my flight tkt MUM-DEHRADUN for 3 persons the first time today thru travolook.in. All rates are per head fare.

1. On first displayed the site showed cheapest rate of Rs.4051 per Tkt.

2. On selecting details for booking it showed Rs. 3173

3. On making credit card payment they charged Rs.4324, saying tkt will be confirmed ion 30 mins.

4.I got a call and a mail from them asking me to Pay further Rs. 2999 for 3 tks for confirmation. If I cancel then they will deduct Rs. 1500 per tkt.

5. So as per their mail I paid Rs. 2999 extra.

6. so the total cost is not Rs.3173 which they display but they charged Rs. 5297 per ticket. ie. excess Rs, 2124 per ticket . ie. Rs.6372/-

This is open fraud as on calling them the customer support girl Deepika said its not our concern.

Such crooks should be immediately punished as they may be cheating so many people by fraudulently displaying half rates and then charge double.

I booked the flight from Travolook on 13th of February from Agartala to guwahati with reference ID -REF[protected]. The money Rs. 2744 got debited but the flight ticket got cancelled immediately from the website end. And since then I have been writing several mails to their customer care ID and I have spoken to almost 10-11 customer care representatives requesting for my refund. Every time, I receive the standard response that amount would be refunded in 7-10 days but it has been 1 months now still there is no action on my refund. It feels so helpless, cheated and irritating.

I have booked air tickets from jaipur to hyd on 12.1.2022.the executive called me up to pay the difference amount as the fare got hiked and cancelled the tickets due to fare expiration . (ACTUALLY THE FARES WAS SAME AS I HAD BOOKED THE TICKETS AND TRAVELLED THRU INDIGO TO HYD ) and gave a mail that my amount will get refunded within 7 working days .despite of my calling several times they only extend the duration of refund by more seven working days,
today is 2nd of march still no refund has being done.

I booked ticket, it got cancelled within minutes. I raised ticket REF[protected]. They say refund within 12 days but going by previous people's experiences, it's a fraud website. Its 3 months and I still did not received my refund.

3 weeks since travolook cancelled the ticket and promised a refund, I haven't received it yet. I can read many negative reviews and it seems this is a usual game played with many. People are chasing them for months to get a refund it seems. This is pathetic. It's their responsibility to refund then and there it the booking is cancelled from their end. Even small vendors, some 100 bucks d2h recharge gets refunded then and there if it's not successful. Here amount is in 1000s.!!

It's the hard earned money on individuals that they are holding with no reason. An action should be taken against this company.

Travolook cancelled the flight after payment deduction and now they are not given any refund till now.
It's been nearly 1.5 month now

I had booked the ticket from Rajkot to Mumbai for Feb 6, 2022 after that I received a call from their customer service your booking had been cancelled due to increase in fare they informed that they will refund the entire amount within 15 days.However, till date they are fooling me that refund will be processed within 7 days and every now and then giving blunt excuses it's been close to a month I am following up with this customer service people but they are not able to provide accurate ans.this is a fake company as many people have complained about the same issue.please take strict against this company and its directors for incorporating a fake company and looting money of common people.

I am pankaj mahra. I booked a ticket form delhi to mumbai ticket ref no - ref[protected] its cancelled by them . I called them they said that the amt will be return in 7 working date but amt not refunded till date. The incident date is 27.11.2021. Till date i called aprrox 6 or 7 times but all time answer is same 7 working days. Please guide me how the money will be refund.
