Total 2 tickets booked.
Money deducted but ticket cancelled. No PNR Generated.

Still No refund from travolook.

They are holding my huge refund amount of Rs[protected]+3767) for more than 30/40 days and both the tickets were canceled from travolook's side. Upon calling customer care several times they keep saying that the amount will be refunded in 5-7 days but it never happens. This is fraud as they did exactly same for both the tickets booked at different time. I have booked following two ticket from Travolook.

1. Goa to Nagpur for traveler "Pankaj Dawande" (REF[protected]
2. Goa to Bangalore for traveler "Arpita Mishra" (REF[protected]

I booked a flight ticket on 13th December 2021 for a return from Pune to Chandigarh. The same was cancelled on 30th or 31st December. I have reached out to the Travolook customer care twice or thrice and have heard them saying Indigo has not refunded the same while I see the airline have already refunded in December.

Travolook looks to be cheats as they are hard to reach, they dnt respond and then not have good staff to satisfy your concern

I tried to book a ticket from Travolook website on 31st Dec, 2021 (https://www.travolook.in/), however when the amount has been debited from my account got a notification on their website that the ticket has been cancelled due to operational reason.

I have mailed them regarding the same on the their email address i.e. [protected]@travolook.in regarding the same. Got a revert that a refund will be credited to my account in 10-15 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and Gazetted holiday). However when i try to make a follow-up again after 1month i got a revert that it will be credited in 7-10 working days. Till now no refund has been initiated from their end. Tried reaching them on their customer care number and email multiple time, however no revert from their end on refund. Feels like a got cheated

There is a multiple mail trail on my personal email id regarding the conversation i had with the company on their official email id.

I am following the customer care more than 45days for refund. They are telling within 05-07 days from last 45days. How many 05-07days i have to wait for refund. Really it is cheating from Travolook.

I had booked the airticket from Bangalore to Ahmedabad on 4th February and my money got deducted and few minutes later the customer service lady called and informed that due to air fare increase their company cannot reserve the seat and would refund the money back in 4 to 5 days. But inspite of several calls made and a mail written to the company, I have not got my refund back. Hence as a last resort I am pleading to help me to get my money back. I I have tried to book a flight ticket( Prayagraj to Delhi) from Travolook on 26/01/2022. Amount has been deducted but ticket was not booked. Booking reference no is REF[protected]. Even after one month the amount has not been refunded. Every time their customer representative is giving new date and they are not responding my emails. It is very unfortunate and highly unprofessional. Please arrange the refund.

I have booked a flight ticket on 3rd of Jan 2022 from Bangalore to Ranchi but Travolook canceled the ticket by themself because of changing in price. When ever i called the customer care of Travolook they said it will be done with in 10-15 working days but its more than 45 days yet to get my refund.

I want the refund as soon as possible to the source account from where i paid the booking amount.

I have booked a ticket from Mumbai to Delhi by GoAir
G8 - 339 and made a payment of Rs. 2063.00 on 21 January 2021, but ticket not booked by Travolook and sent emailed written that the said amount refunded within 7-8 days.

As on date, no refund was received from Travolook, any time contact to Travolook every time stated that some technical issue on our side within next 7-8 days may be refunded.

I have booked a ticket on 3rd Jan from Bangalore to Ranchi on travolook.in.
Due to price revision Travolook themselves have cancelled the booking on the same day itself within 30 min.

In the email which i have received from them it stated that the refund will be done within 10-15 working days excluding Saturday and Sunday and gazetted holidays.

I have done multiple follow ups with the customer care for the refund but still i have not received the payment till date. I am enclosing the details of the ticket, refund policy and emails which i have sent to Travolook.

Kindly help me out in this matter.

I had booked a ticket from travolook from IXB to IXC on 19.01.2022 vide Ref No. REF[protected] and they cancelled my ticket and they said that i will get back my refund within 7-10 days and after daily conversation with them over call and email they only say that i will get refund within 1 to 2 days and till now I had not received my refund.

and after that i had again booked a ticket from travolook from IXB to IXC on 19.01.2022 vide Ref No. REF[protected] and they also cancelled this ticket and they said that i will get back my refund within 7-10 days and after daily conversation with them over call and email they again say that I will get refund within 1 to 2 days and till now I had not received my refund.

Please take action this.

I have tried to book an air ticket from Hyderabad to Ahmedabad for my relative on 5th Jan 2022 for travel on Jan 06, 2022 .
The money was cut, but ticket was not booked and later it was communicated that due to technical error the ticket got cancelled. Upon calling, the customer care told that the amount will be refunded in 5-7 days. I trusted.
When the refund has not come, I have contacted them several times on Cust care number and on email. They have a standard reply that refund will come in 5 -7 days time Its more than 50 days now. There is no sign of refund and the customer care just cuts the call with out answering the refund issue.

I had booked flight tickets on 19th jan for 6023 from Travolook.com, my request was cancelled and it was informed that refund would be processes. It has been more than 1 month that i haven't received my refund and whenever i call them they say it would be processes in 5-7 working days.

Mental harassments case should be filed as these fraud companies torture us for our own money

On Feb 5th 2022, i have booked a flight ticket to Bangalore from Kolkata through Travolook website. My ticket got booked and immediately it got canceled after that i have received a call from the customer support and informed that it got canceled due to there technical issue and they have informed that i will get refund in 7 to 10 working days. But i didn't got my money back and there is no response from company and the customer support team is not responding properly and they are are disconnecting the call without any response. Please do the need full and take necessary Action.

I booked a ticket from abad to delhi
They deducted the amount and then the ticket was cancelled on it’s own!
I’ve been promised a refund everytime i call up their customer service. I’ve made over a fifty calls and sent dozen of emails but they’re not refunding my money.
What can i do?

I booked online air tickets by Travolook.

Ticket not booked with reason of operation issue & after which I have called to their call-center no where they have confirmed that they will refund my amount in next 48 hrs.

Further I have dropped mail to get this time line on mail where they have mentioned time line of 10-15 day to refund my amount

On top of this I asked them why they need 10-15 days where i am not seeing any response So pls help there are lot of complaints against this fake travel portal.

I have booked flight ticket for my mother-in-law, twice on 17.01.2022, but immediately after booking they sent me booking cancelled mail. Every time I call the customer care for my refund, they reply the same that the refund will be credited to your account in next 2-3 working days. Since these many days I have not received any refund.

I request you to please look into this matter and do the needful.

I booked the flight gorkhapur to mumbai but the ticket got canceled and my money was deducted. I called travolook customer they said me you will get 7-10 working days but I haven’t received the amount its been 15 working days now they are saying wait more 7-10 working days

I booked online air tickets by Travolook.
They asked me to wait 30 minutes after my money got deducted.
After 30 minutes they called me and said they are unable to book my tickets they can provide me my money in Travolook wallet (which is of no use, as they cannot book tickets)
I asked them to refund my money in the same credit card which I used for transaction. They are not issuing a refund.
