I booked online air tickets by Travolook.
They asked me to wait 30 minutes after my money got deducted.
After 30 minutes they called me and said they are unable to book my tickets they can provide me my money in Travolook wallet (which is of no use, as they cannot book tickets)
I asked them to refund my money in the same credit card which I used for transaction. They are not issuing a refund.
Total amount : 9746

Travolook has canceled my ticket and when i asked for refund they never returned it. i took followup on email, call more than 50 time and for3 months

they always say you will get it in 7 days but you will never get your money back

this is scam pls never book a ticket with Travolook

I did one ticket booking on 1st feb from gauhati to ahbd by ref no.[protected].they hold my pnr no and after that cancelled my booking.they told that we initiated your payment and cross verifying but not credited yet after 21 days.its fraud agency.pls do neccessary.

This is to inform you that on 21.02.2022 I booked a flight ticket from TRAVOLOOK. But while booking a flight, a mail has been received from TRAVOLOOK that - Flight booking In-Progress with Booking Ref : REF[protected] but immediately after 5 minutes I received another mail from TRAVOLOOK that - Your Booking is Cancelled with travolook.in: REF[protected] and also I received a call from TRAVOLOOK company i.e. +[protected] regarding the cancellation of my book ticket. During conversation with the company over telephone, they told me that we will refund your ticket within 5 working days. But while calling to TRAVOLOOK company number :- +[protected], the call becomes disconnected. And also I have searched about the reviews of their services on google, it was found that this company is reported as a fraud company .Kindly look into this issue on a urgent basis and request you to resolve this at your earliest.

I booked the flight from Travolook on 1st of feb from imphal to Delhi with reference ID -REF[protected] The money Rs. 4159 got debited but the flight ticket got cancelled immediately from the website end. And since then I have been writing several mails to their customer care ID and I have spoken to almost 10-11 customer care representatives requesting for my refund. Every time, I receive the standard response that amount would be refunded in 7-10 days but it has been more then 20 days now, still there is no action on my refund. It feels so helpless, cheated and irritating

Above Ref id’s reservations are canceled due to an operational reason, and also we had an call on 15-Dec-2021 regarding the cancellation and one of your agent/ person informed that refund has been initiated at our end and the amount will reflect back to the same bank account within 10-15, but till now I have not received any amount as said by yours,

Every time they are saying in 7 days will get it, They are asking us to put the amount in their Valet but we want in our bank account

Last 2 months they are not transferring the amount

I tried to book one flight ticket of my friend on 05 Jan 2022 from IMPHAL TO MUMBAI through this fraud travel agency at Frist I received one email mentioning that flight booking in progress with booking REF[protected] but just a few second later I received one phone call and an email mentioning that your booking is cancelled due to fare expiration and the amount you have paid will be refunded with in 48 hours. I wated for 48 hours to receive my money back but no refund was recieved. Then I called customer care to know about status of the refund and they told me that your refund is in progress and will be credited to your account with in 10 to 15 working days . But it's to get the refund every time I called customer care their common dialogue is to wait for 7 to 10 working days more you will definitely receive the amount.
Now it's time to take action against this time to take action against this kind of fraud travel agency.

Please help me sir returning my money .

Today spoke to Spicejet customer executive. She said your refund amount deposited to travolook booking agency account But 22 days completed of my cancellation. So what is the actual reason of for refunding delay. Today your customer service said to "Your amount will deposited to your account with is 35 days

I have two booking made on 16th Feb 2022 and 21st Feb 2022 for the same itinerary. Both the times they have cancelled and not refunded the money yet. Customer care is pathetic and they hung up while you are still speaking, they do not escalate to higher ups when they cannot resolve the issue. Absolutely, rude and unprofessional services. Using this site means, you need have some money on your card blocked by this company.

They booked ticket only to cancel it later showing less price.

And not intiated refund. After many calls they keep saying next week not sharing reference number of issue

Booked ticket on January 14th from Hyderabad to Chennai via Travalook, but ticket couldn't get booked.
Called them multiple times, each time they say a date and repeat that within this date it will be processed. Every time I called after that, the same thing repeats, they don't even provide a valid excuse for the delay, they keep incrementing the date, this is very frustrating.

I tried book flight from Travolook (HYD TO DED) amount deducted but booking cancelled by TRAVOLOOK. REF[protected] I also received call from this company refund will insatiate 15 days. I sent many mails and also called but received but refund not insatiated 60 days over.
Kindly take strict action against them they refund my amount Asap.

on calling the customercare, they keep me in queue for 45 minutes then on reaching the support team after asking my reference number, they cut my call.
please get me my money back.

I did a booking on 28th dec. Since then their team has been telling me that refund will be processed with 5-6 days which never seems to come. I was told that the refund will be processed by Tuesday but then again I didn’t receive it. Again they are telling me to wait for 3-5 days. Very poor service.

I am suffering from last 45 days to get my money back.
Everytime when I call they will another 3 days it will take but that day will never come.

Travool cancelled my flight del to surat on 25 jan and tell your refund will initaite on 7 days but my refund is not come from 25 days and their staff not giving answer properly

I booked ticket 6 times from Mumbai to Patna with reference number REF[given below] on 20 January 2022 & 21 January 2022 from travolook. After some time on the same day I got a call from customer care that your ticket got cancelled due to some technical error in the airline and he said your amount will be refunded within 10 days and he also said to book the ticket again from their website. But I did not get my refund back. I tried to contact customer care on phone and emails both but didn't get any response from them. There are a lot of people facing the same issue with this site and this site is a fraud. Please resolve that issue as soon as possible.

This is regarding Travolook.in. I have booked my tickets for 23rd from Hyderabad to Guwahati amount-7078. Within 5 mins after booking i got a call saying booking has been cancelled due to service error. I called the customer care provided no from the page[protected] and asked when the refund will be done. They replied 'refund will be done in 10 days.we do not take care of the refund so bank its upto the bank'. after talking to them i am sure you will know they are a fraud team.

I am not sure if i will get the refund from this company. i have looked and reviewed about the site and many people has the same issue. If you see the page properly there are many spelling mistakes. such as 'Date of Brith'. I am sure this is a fraud site.
