I booked a ticket for my daughter's journey from Hyd to Mumbai for 5 Jan 2022 vide booking ref[protected] duly paying Rs.3, 743. The next moment I got a revert message saying booking not done and the amount gets reflected in 7-10 days (excluding holidays) My repeated emails, calls to their horrible call center gets a standard response saying it will take 7-10 days, with the latest being my conversation with them vide case ID 8695237 saying that it would now get reflected by 24 Feb 2022. A similar reply was given to me promising credit by[protected] when I spoke to them last on[protected]. I see some fraud or callous attitude by the people concerned. They don't give any number or person to escalate the case. Guide me on how to serve notice to them as I wish to proceed legally on this if I dont receive money by[protected] as promised.

I have booked a flight ticket through Travolook website and after some time, I have received a message that my ticket got cancelled due to fare increaase. The refund was initiated, but its been more than 55 days, my refund never get credited and every time i am calling them the support team saying that i will receive my refund in a week but its been almost 55 days.

The ticket was for travel on 30.01.2022 The total amount deducted from my account was Rs.6773. Just after the booking, I received a call from the company which said that due to the sudden increase in fares by the airline, the PNR numbers could not get generated and so they have to cancel my booking. The support executive also added that the process of auto refund will take a maximum of 15-20 working days During the past approx one month period, I called them 20 times to know the status, and every time the assigned support executive said the same thing, "due to some technical issues the auto refund got canceled. The case is escalated and they have initiated the refund again, and it will take another 7 working days for the money to be refunded in my account." Now I feel trapped as when I ask for any complaint number or want to talk to their seniors they disconnect the phone. I am very worried as they seem to never go to give me the money back. Please suggest or help me how the matter can be taken up with the correct authority. I will be very grateful. Thank you.

I booked a flight from Gaya to New delhi on 21 St Dec 21 on Travolook Website. immediately message received about cancellation of booking. Amount deducted 3669 Rs Still not refund in my account after so many follow ups

I booked my flight ticket for 18th January 2022, which was canceled. The reference number for the same is REF[protected]. The amount to be refunded is Rs 5328.
They have not refunded the amount. On-call, they say it's delayed due to a technical issue.

Worst site ever. in the month of October, I booked a ticket from this site but due to a change in the time, I asked them to cancel the ticket. it was successfully canceled & spice jet even initiated my refund to travolook in form of a credit note which is already redeemed by them but still, I have not received a single penny of my ticket. have not received any proper reply from them & it's been more than 3 months that I have been waiting for my money from this fraud company.

If at all I had the option to give starts in negative to travolook I will be happiest doing that,
what a fraud company it is.

they had canceled my ticket and the money was debited, without any notification, they said the refund will be processed within 7-10 days when I called the customer service, it is 14/02/2022 and I didn't get the money
when we connect with the customer service agents they disconnect the call and are very unprofessional they don't escalate the issue even after asking them we emailed to the support team, not even one acknowledgment email they sent.
all I need is my money I can't be waiting for any longer

I had booked the flight from Travolook for Ranchi to lucknow on 13th dec'21. The amount of Rs. 3134 got deducted but the ticket got cancelled immediately from the website automatically saying the amount will be refunded in 7-10 working days. Reference ID : REF[protected].
Since then, I have written several mails to their customer care and have also spoken to the more than 6-7 customer representatives. And, everytime, its the standard reply that amount will be refunded in 7-10 working days. But its been more than 2 months and still haven't received the amount. This website and team seems totally fraud and its really devastating being the customer of such pathetic websites.

It's around 3months, I didn't get any mail and confirmation from the travelook company. The ticket got cancelled by travelook but they didn't refund my money. the customer service is very bad

The total amount deducted from my account was Rs. 4932. Just after the booking I received a call from the company which said that due to sudden increase in fares by airline, the PNR numbers could not get generated and so they have to cancelled my booking. The support executive also added that the process of auto refund will take a maximum of 15-20 working days and I can retry booking ticket after 3-4 hours. Surprisingly after 3 hours, I booked the same ticket at the same price. During past one and a half month period, Employs Id's 149 pooja and 255 Naman, I called them three times to know the status and every time the assigned support executive said the same thing, "due to some technical issues the auto refund got cancelled. The case is escalated and they have initiated the refund again, manually, and it will take another five working days for money to be refunded in my account." Now I feel trapped as when I ask for any complaint number or want to talk to their seniors they disconnect the phone. It always take 15-30 minutes before any executive will assist the call. I am very worried as they seem to never going to give me the money back. Please assist me how the matter can be taken up with correct authority. I will be very grateful. Thank you.

I booked a flight and it got cancelled due to travolook technical issue as told. However it's been 14days and no refund is issued. There are lot of people raising same concern. I believe this is a fraud site

I booked a flight ticket from Kolkata to Bangalore from travolook.The ticket wasn't booked citing some technical issues..The reference number provided was[protected].l was informed that the amount will be refunded within 10 to 12 working days.But till today (11/02/2022) the amount wasn't refunded . Everytime l called the travolook number [protected], l am being given false assurance that the amount will be refunded within next 7 to 10 days.

I have been calling relentlessly with no success in getting refunds for two tickets from this agency. Indigo airlines has already refunded the amount to Travolook but this agency is holding on to that money without returning it back. Hopeless customer service - all staff lie through their teeth and keep dodging you and no action taken to give back the money.
Attached are the two ticket details from Indigo website confirming that they have processed the refund to Travolook.
Need to take proper action against this company for wasting our time.

Refunds for two tickets with PNR XKYSTC and JQVM6U pending for more than 45 days. After multiple calls they keep dodging me and keep postponing the dates to process the refund. Indigo airlines have already refunded the money to the agent. However Travolook is holding to that money and not processing the credit into my bank account. Highly unprofessional services - will never book again through this agency.

It's been more than 90 days that I am simply moving round and round by Travolook customer care executives, but till date I didn't receive any update on the refund.

As soon as I went on to book ticket, amount was deducted from my account and booking status went to pending. Later within a minute received a call back that booking was declined by airlines and refund would be processed within a week and ever since then I am waiting for the refund amount. Everytime I call up customer care, each executive gives different replies as below :
Executive 1 : Refund has been initiated, you will receive it in your account in 5 working days.
Executive 2: Some issue at merchant side, please wait for 1 week.
Executive 3 : Refund was declined due to technical issue and we have changed the merchant. Please wait for 5 working days.
Executive 4 : Refund has been processed and it will reflect in my account in 5 working days,
Executive 5 - Niharika(today) : Since the refund was declined multiple times, refund amount will be added to Travolook wallet.

Also, everytime I ask for email confirmation on the refund status, your executive says within 24 hours I shall receive one, but until now I didn't even receive a single email. This means your executives keeps on giving false promises.

As per executive 4, if the refund was processed, how come it can get declined. And without informing customer how can you add the refund amount to wallet. Later today, the executive gave assurance to wait until monday and amount will be refunded to my account. And I am still sure all this will continue again and again but refund will stuck and I need to call up your customer care to ask for the status.

I try to book flight ticket from Travolook (https://Travolook.in) and amount deducted but booking get cancelled.
I also received email from this company that I will receive my refund within 72 hrs. One of the customer service guy called to me and said like because of technical issue your booking has been canceled your amount will be back in 72 hrs, You book another ticket.
I booked one more ticket this transaction also same issue, amount deducted but booking get cancelled. I called so many times each time they are saying with 4 days after that with in 2 days like they are doing false statements it's been almost 20 days.

Kindly take strict action against them to stop these kind of frauds. The required details email screen shots has been attached below.

I booked a ticket on 31st December from Delhi to Hyderabad. Ticket was not booked but amount was charged on my credit card. I have been following up regularly with them but till date, there is no resolution and refund is not yet credited.

This company is fraud

So i had booked a flight from travolook for hyderabad to mumbai, the booking was never confirmed but my money got deducted. So i received a mail saying you will get your refund within 7-10 days. its been 20 days, i am still following up and everytime they say you will get your money in next 7-10 days. Since two weeks i am listening to the same thing.

Dear Sir/Madam, such poor and worst services ever by TRAVOLOOK. I booked total of five tickets from the period of OCT’21 to DEC’21 which never confirmed but deduct money around ₹ 16000/- and for this I called them a lot of time and their Cheater companies Customer Care always told me one line sir wait for 7 to 10 days your money will be refunded by original sources, sir I doing somewhere a private job where I don’t have much time to waste by talking such fake & cheater companies customer care.
sir I'm sure for such fake cheater companies most poor people face problems which TRAVOLOOK never care about.
Request you sir please ban them such fake cheater company for life time
