Sir/Mam,
I booked a flight ticket with booking REF[protected] using travolook on 17th August 2021 and the payment was successful.

However, the ticket has been cancelled from travolook side.Details enclosed.

Immediately i emailed them requesting for refund on 18th Aug, the reply for the same received from Travolook is reiterated below;

This email is regarding your booking reference number : REF[protected] We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you.

This is to inform you that your reservation was cancelled due to an operational reason .

Refer to your discussion with our agent dated 17-Aug-2021.Please be informed that the refund will be initiated at our end and the amount will reflect back to the same bank account within 10-15 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and Gazetted holiday).

However no refund has been received, i was mailing then frequently taking over phone call to their customer care representative.

For my email on 09th September 2021, they replied once again stating as below;

Dear Customer, Greetings from Travolook.in!

This email is regarding your booking reference number : REF[protected]
We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you.

Please be informed that the refund will be initiated at our end and the amount will reflect back to the same bank account within 05-07 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and Gazetted holiday). Your patience in this regard will be highly appreciated.

But, no action has been initiated even after a month, i was mailing them frequently.

On last friday again they replied once again stating as below;

Unfortunately, your refund process is taking longer time than usual. We can offer you an option of “Travolook Wallet” against the refundable amount which can be used for any future booking through our website.

I said no for depositing in travolook wallet via mail.

After last friday i am emailing them and i an trying to contact customer care, after waiting for 3 min and when i am getting my turn the call is automatically being disconnected this happened more than four tyms from past 2 days. This is being continuously repeated.

I pray you to take necessary action against the firm and refund my amount along with bank interest as it is clear negligence on part of Travolook.

I tried to book flight from Travolook (amd to hyd) and amount deducted but booking get cancelled. I also received call from this company that I will receive my refund within 48hrs. I sent many mails and also called but received no response from their side. Kindly take strict action against them so that they refund my amount asap. The required details has been attached below.

I have booked tickets for my MD,
Round trip to bangalore dehradun costing Rs.20000.
Now the ticket is cancelled and money not refunded.
Im answerable to my boss and my job is at stake.

I booked an air ticket from travolook website for Lucknow to Ahmedabad. And soon after fare deduction I get a call from the support team that my ticket is cancelled due to operational reasons and my money will be returned within 7 to 10 days. I want to specify here that many other people have faced the same problem like me and had got same call from the company while they take people's hard earned money. Deduct it in a whip and make them wait for so long time and then evem don't return their money. I need my money refunded right now and I am looking for appropriate legal help.

TRAVOLOOK IS NOT REFUNDING MY FLIGHT CANCELLATION AMOUNT. EVEN AFTER 40 DAYS THEY ARE NOT RESPONDING ON CALLS AND NOT REPLYING ON EMAIL MY BOOKING REF NUMBER IS REF[protected]

I booked a flight ticket with red id REF[protected] from Jaipur to delhi on 11Sep2021 of ₹3246/-, the amount got deducted from my bank account but ticket was not booked and their customer service said the deducted amount will be refunded in 7-10 working days but till now the amount is not refunded and the customer service don’t respond. Kindly help me out!

I booked a ticket from Mumbai to Bangalore but suddenly they canceled the ticket and not refunding!

Is it helpful if I lodge complaint on this fraud website ?

I booked tickets from pune to srinagar for three person and they charge me 13000 for the tickets ..but they said your tickets is not confirmed because ..PNR was not generated...they told me ..you will get tickets money back within one day..till now i have not recieved my refund.. please help

Your Booking is Cancelled with travolook.in :REF[protected]...they deducted the money but not booked tickets ..they said PNR is not generated and so tickets got cancelled...now they r not refunding money soon..telling me it will take time

I have booked Air ticket from Ranchi to Bangalore on 10/08/2021 vide reference No.[protected] and my money stuck with Travolook more than 55 days Reason :- your booking is cancelled due to fare expiration. My amount of Rs.6310.00 not yet refunded to me. Your customer care are only assuring me for early refund but they are not doing.

You are requested to please do the need full at the earliest.

I tried booking flight ticket via travolook website.
They deducted Rs . 4000 for the ticket fare and the ticket was not booked.
Now there is no response from the company side.

I booked flight tickets from travolook (26th Aug 2021). After booking the flight, money deducted from my account and I received a mail that your booking will be confirmed in 30 minutes, if not then call on[protected]... I got scared and immediately called, some lady picked up and I told her that my booking is not yet confirmed. why? She told me to let me check and then said your booking is canceled due to an indigo operational issue and we will refund you within 72 hours or it may take 10-15 days. Till the time oct2rd I did not get any refund. My reference no REF[protected] .

I Have Booked Two Ticket One Of Spice Jet And the Second One Indigo Same Place through the Travolook and My Flight On 29th Of June 2021 From Gorakhpur To Bangalore And This Was Cancelled By Them And They Have Informed me By Call That I Will Getting My Refund Within 7 To 10 Working Day's But Today It's 76 days Are Over but I Did Not Get My Refund Back After Giving Many Reminder Through Mail And Almost 12-17 Calls. but not getting any response by the travolook side. My round trip from Bangalore to Kolkata air tickets booked online on 5th September 2021 by paying Rs 7780/-.but due to technical reason it is cancelled without booking same informed from them and assured that refund will be issued and it will reflect to the source account within 10 to 15 days but it is already 25 days over refund not received so many mail sent to the support team but there response is not good.every time I received same reply saying within 10 to 15 days it will reflect into the source.I am really fed up and I am senior citizen this amount is very important for me please help me to get my amount at the earliest sir.

I have booked Air India flight. PNR was not generated.

Meanwhile customer care called me and said your ticket has been cancelled and you will receive refund in 1 day. It's been a week, till now there is no refund.

I booked 2 air tickets from travolook- online ticket booking portal. One ticket got cancelled by the airlines while other one got cancelled by the portal itself. The refund has been due since July 1, 2021. It’s been 3 months that I have been chasing them but no refund has been issued yet. The customer care seems operational but they keep telling me to wait for 5-7 business days.

I have booked a two-way flight from Hyderabad to Visakhapatnam on Aug23rd and it was canceled by TravoLook site itself and I got a mail because of fair changes and a refund will be deposited into your account within 15 working days. Today is Sep30th more than a month, till my refund amount has not been received.

Description with Date: I had made a payment for a flight ticket on 20th August and I was called from Travolook just after the payment of Rs4301 (fake amount) was done by me saying that the flight did not have any seats and hence the amount would be refunded whereas I booked the same AirAsia flight tickets after minutes from another retailer at original price of flight ticket (something around Rs 6500). The email received from them states the reason for cancellation as fare expiration which makes no sense and is different from what they told me on call. As I can see on the status of my Rupay transaction, the refund is not even initiated from Travolook's side. They have been telling me to wait for 10-15 days every time I approach them (on Facebook messenger chat) since then. The company is a clear fraud on the basis of complaints on their Facebook, Twitter pages.

Resolution: I want my refund of Rs4301. Additionally, there should be official action to shut down the company to avoid civilians from suffering under their fraudulent activities.

I had booked flight ticket through travolook on for 6th September from Ranchi to Chennai. The ticket wasn't booked due to their problem but the amount of Rs 3509 was debited. They sent me a mail saying that I will get the refund within 10 to 15 days. It's been more than a month and my amount is refunded. Kindly get it refunded. Below is the mail they sent me:-
