I have booked the flight from travolook and amount is deducted from my account.
After some time they have cancelled my booking and not refunded my amount.

Booked ticket using travolook on[protected] . Amount was deducted but ticket was not confirmed.

Requested for refund but still I am yet to receive.

This is to inform you that I Sk Rashed booked a airline tickets via online travel agency called Travolook, registered in online services, on April 9, 2021, for the flight from Indigo Airlines destination Kolkata to Dehradun with their confirmations REF[protected], and PNR/Booking Ref.: THFE6F
and PNR/Booking Ref.: THFE6F, in the amount of Rs 10968/-, But somehow I couldn't travel so I cancelled my trip and got the confirmations from Indigo airlines that I have been refunded a full amount on May 19, 2021, and same confirmations from this travel agency Travolook, and they told me money will be refunded to me few business days but since then I am trying to reach them through the phone number[protected] to get my money back but this company is only giving me fake promises of being money will be credited to my account number but till now I have not received it every time I call they put me on long wait on hold and give this same statement that it will be credited to me in next 7 business days and you will get the confirmations email after this calls but that never had happen, and the same cycle goes on and on again for so many months, I even ask them to let me speak to right department or superior but their calling department always says they in work from home and someone will get back to you but that also never happened.
Below I am going to add the details of the transactions and following rest over documents in regards to this case.
Please look into the matter and help me to get my refund and compensations

I made a book of flight tkt in the name of komal jain from my email id nikhil.[protected]@gmail.com contact no. [protected] on 10 sept but the booking did not succeed but they deducted the amt from my account now thwy say they will refund in 8 to 10 days now its 20 days and they are still not refunding they do not reply to call or mail plzz do something as this mean alot to me

I have booked the flight ticket on 12 Aug 2021 from https://www.travolook.in/ portal ..they called me and said my ticket is cancelled due to technical issue and they mentioned they have initiated the refund process which will take 5- 7 working days. But today is 28 sep 2021 and I still have not received any refund . Request you to pls take some strict action against this fraud and corruption done by this portal company and its associated merchants. I have called them multiple times its the same standard response.

I have been following up on my refund status its been 1 month completed and also 10 working days, 15 working days, 20 working days completed...but the money was not refunded yet.

When ever I send e-mail you are just saying to wait for 7 working days, many 7 working days completed but amount was not refunded.

I tried to book the flight ticket through travolook, but they have deducted my money promptly, later after half an hour, they called me and said ticket is cancelled due to fare expiration.

Actually, if fare expiration is the cause, then ticket booking will not happen at all because at the payment gateway, it will get rejected. So the ticket cancelled due to fare expiration seems to be false reasons and i am afraid that they have cheated me and deducted my money.
Reference number they gave is REF[protected] for rupees 4137

I've booked round-trip flight tickets on 19th August 2021 and the booking got immediately cancelled from the airline end. Since then i'm constantly trying to get support from different assistants. They keep on saying it will get refunded in next 5-7 working days and that day is unfortunately not coming. They do not email you whatever they say. It's just so vague over the call.

Please help me to get the refund amount back in my bank account, don't want an option of wallet in this specific case, because i don't want to use this portal ever again.

I have booked my ticket on 21 aug 2021 from travolook portal ..they called me and said my ticket is cancelled due to technical issue and they said they have initiated the refund process..but today is 26 sep 2021 still i have not received any refund..pls take some strict action and bann this portal forever they are fraud

I booked an Airticket from https://www.travolook.in/ on 6th of June vide booking Ref number REF[protected]. Within 30 minutes, i got a mail from [protected]@travolook.in that the booking has been cancelled due to fare expiration. I am following up for the refund from last 110 days & still they are not refunding my money.

Amount is Rs 3454.

1)Booked (REF[protected] flight ticket on 23rd June and flight got cancelled by airlines. Since 3 months Travolook didn't refunded amount back though I have contacted customer care multiple times.

2) Booking reference - REF[protected], pending refund since 10th Aug.

Initially, Travolook used to say refund is pending with merchant side and they haven't received any amount. When I asked them to drop an email to me saying the same then all of sudden Travolook start saying that they have received refund from merchant but due to some technical problems at Travolook refund is getting delayed to me.

This breaks the trust on travolook, and need to take certain action on travolook and help me on getting my refund amount back please.

Also company is not following standard customer service policies and do not adhere to refund policies.

Need to take swift action against travolook and help others not to fall in such situation like me at the moment.

This is the worst for booking for flights or bus etc. If you don't want to lose money don't use this apps. I had booked flight tickets for my cousin brother for more than 2 months ago. Till now I don't get the refund as well as no reply or didn't reach them to talk. Anyone please don't use this for booking if you don't end up like me. This is ### app. All the employees are also uncivilized and worst attitude and good in only scamming innocent peoples. This is fake apps for scamming. Share and complain to all your dear ones not to fall in this trap. Let's join hands to destroy this ###.

On 09/September/2021, I had booked two air tickets for travel from Kolkata to Delhi (travel date: 12/September/2021) through the website Book Flights Tickets Online, Flights Booking for Domestic & International Destinations. Booking Reference generated from the website :

The ticket price was INR 12058/=, which I paid through my credit card. My card was duly debited for the said amount. Immediately afterwards, a lady called me up on my mobile, ostensibly from the said company, and informed that the said ticket reservation has been cancelled due to an operational reason airline concerned (INDIGO in this case) and the money debited would be refunded to my credit card account within 7- 10 working days. Also I emailed & in the response they said it will take 7-10 working days to get the refund credited. Now 10 days are over. The refund is not yet credited to my account. They are not making any clear statement. Over the call the representatives are saying that the refund has been initiated & it will take some more time (10-15 days) for getting credited to my account (Means over the call they are saying the refund process has been completed from their side). In the latest email response they have written the refund will be initiated (Means they have not yet started the process of refund). I am attaching the entire email correspondence herewith. Now they are receiving calls after trying multiple times. They are not responding to the emails properly. They are saying that the refund transaction has been completed but not sharing the transaction details.

They do not lift the phone (No +[protected].After trying many times, I could talk to somebody only once., when I was told to wait for 10-15 working days. They do not respond to e-mails. After writing 3-4 e-mails (Mail Id : [protected]@travolook.in), they responded today and asked me to wait for 5-7 working days. I do not know how many calendar days will make their ten working days.
I would like to request you to take necessary actions and help me recover my hard earned money.

I have booked a flight on 15th July. On company's side my flight was cancelled and I got a call that they would refund the amount within 7 days. I called many times but still my amount not refunded.

This is a fraud site should have checked the review online before booking.Booked a return air ticket from travolook site on 13th aug 21 from bangalore to cochin and back. Immediately after making payment and booking the flight i got a email and also was call by a lady claiming to be from customer service team of travolook claiming the booking failed as teh fair expired and the amount would be refunded back in 7-10 working days. Till date i have not recieved my refund once they have replied on mail assuring that the refund would be made in few days time but after that they are not responding to calls or mail. Its more than 45 days now and every time you call they either dont pick or pick up the call and repat the same standard information that teh refund will happen in few days.

I booked a ticket for vijayawada to Chennai on 21 sep...money got debited but ticket was not sent to the mail...they automatically cancelled ...they are generating reference number which I believe are fake...in my case no pnr no is given no ticket is sent as promised .my reference no is REF[protected]

I booked a flight ticket on 1st of September. But they cancelled my booking and promised to give full refund back in 7 days.
Its more than 20days now amd everytime i call them they ask for 7 more days.

My father booked an air ticket for Mumbai to Hyderabad on 25/07/2021, as soon as the booking got completed, he received a call from travolook that his ticket has got cancelled due to an internal error and the money will be refunded within 10-15 days. Now, after more than 50 days with multiple complaints and remainders we get the same answer from the company, their customer care executive replies rudely.
Please look into the matter seriously, I think it is a fraud company.

I booked a flight ticket from jaipur to mumbai on 5 sept 21. The ticket was not booked and amount was deducted. Till date they have not issued refund. Bokking reference is REF[protected].
