I book a ticket but travolook cancelled automatically. Ticket ref number is ref[protected]
The amount of 4443 rs has been duducted.
I mailed many time to travolook but company has not refunded yet....

I tried to book flight from Travolook on 7th july 2021 and amount deducted but booking get cancelled. I also received call from this company that I will receive my refund within 10 to 15 days. I sent many mails and also called but every time they have provided excuses and status is still same even after 75 days of booking cancellation. Kindly take strict action against them so that they refund my amount asap. The required details has been...

We have booked 2 tickets on July 3rd and instantly received call saying tickets were cancelled due to operational issues. Did not receive refund till now. Made multiple calls to Customer care and always receive and that money will be credited in another 5 to 10 days. Now the customer care number also not working...

Hi i had booked a flight with the travolook on the 21st of august 2021 with the name of reeta devi and the phone number is [protected]. exact after the booking i got a call from the customer support of the company and she said the flight is canceled due to the bed weather and your amount will be refunded in 7 to 10 days. When i did not got any response or refund i called to the customer care and they again said that will be refunded till 15th...

They dint send the refund nor they answer the calls...

the above booking was cancelled by travolook service provide company immediately on date of booking that is 31st August 2021 but the amount deducted of Rs.4898/- has not been refunded even after 15 days from date of booking....

I have booked 10 tickets on July 08th 2021. Out of 10 tickets 7 tickets are cancelled by Travolook just because of price increment.

I have been requesting them for my Refund amount almost 35000 Rupees INR.

No one is answering my call and not responding for my mails....

It has been over 65 days, travolook.in has not refunded my cancellation amount. Despite follow ups they are just peddling excuses...

I haven't received any confirmation on my flight. They booked the ticket and it shows its processing. No one picking up the call neither i am getting any response on mail. These thefts have kept the money with them....

After 50 days also I didn't got my refund. Every time they will tell it will take 15 working day. But not received yet. Need a proper solution....
