I booked a flight ticket from jaipur to mumbai on 5 sept 21. The ticket was not booked and amount was deducted. Till date they have not issued refund. Bokking reference is REF[protected].

I tried to book flight from Travolook on 7th july 2021 and amount deducted but booking get cancelled. I also received call from this company that I will receive my refund within 10 to 15 days. I sent many mails and also called but every time they have provided excuses and status is still same even after 75 days of booking cancellation. Kindly take strict action against them so that they refund my amount asap. The required details has been attached below.

I requested all please don't book any Tickets from travolook. It's a complete fraud company.

We have booked 2 tickets on July 3rd and instantly received call saying tickets were cancelled due to operational issues. Did not receive refund till now. Made multiple calls to Customer care and always receive and that money will be credited in another 5 to 10 days. Now the customer care number also not working

Hi i had booked a flight with the travolook on the 21st of august 2021 with the name of reeta devi and the phone number is [protected]. exact after the booking i got a call from the customer support of the company and she said the flight is canceled due to the bed weather and your amount will be refunded in 7 to 10 days. When i did not got any response or refund i called to the customer care and they again said that will be refunded till 15th of sep and now on 15th of sep i called to the support team number they are saying there are some banking error is occurring.kindly look in to the matter and resolve it.

Finally I got refund my money from Travolook after 3 months lots of follow up & harassed. I also registered a complaint file on website consumerhelpline.gov.in. Guys don't leave your money after all its your hard money. You should raise your voice against any type of crime. You can contact me on [protected]@rediffmail.com

Hello Sir,
I have booked 10 tickets on July 08th 2021. Out of 10 tickets 7 tickets are cancelled by Travolook just because of price increment.

I have been requesting them for my Refund amount almost 35000 Rupees INR.

No one is answering my call and not responding for my mails.

I haven't received any confirmation on my flight. They booked the ticket and it shows its processing. No one picking up the call neither i am getting any response on mail. These thefts have kept the money with them.
