I had booked my ticket on 23rd August 2021. Deducted my 6000/- . Ticket was not booked. Not received the refund till now..

While booking process after amount deduction, travolook called and mailed that tickt cannot be booked and said that amount will be refunded.tgey have mail that also, stating the refund amount.
But now they are not initiating refund and also not giving proper reply in mail or call.

I am Yet to receive the refund reference number also

Travolook is a flight booking and service company. On 2nd Sept 2021, I booked 2 tickets from Bangalore to Jharsuguda. After a successful payment, I received a mail with reference number REF[protected] and they stated that my flight booking is cancelled due to fare expiration. and your money will be refunded.

I tried to reach to customer care many times, but not getting good response. Even I tried to google it about this company, many people are facing same scam by this TRAVOLOOK company.

My flight was cancelled on 23rd of august and they told to wait for 10-15 working days and today my working days was completed so u called them and one of their representatives told us that there was a error in the bank and will be reflected in 1 week it seems .I’m so tired of this waiting they have some worse refund policy and I recommend u guys do not book any flights from this company worse company ever

Booked the tickets on 27 august PNR...(protested)... On TRAVOLOOK Portal, within few the message got the PNR is not generated. after few minutes we get an call from lady saying due to operation issues tickets are cancelled and refund will be given back in 7 days. I have not get any refund after 7 days. and also again call they told within 10 days. the same thing repeat. again call they told 7 days more they want. i have unable to get them in phone.

Request the concerned authorities to prevent open scam to fool the public. Please take strict action against them

We booked the tickets on 25 aug. On portal it showed tickets confirm. Butvafer few minutes we get an call from lady saying due to operation issues tickets are cancelled and refund will be given back in 10 days. I have not got any refund and also we are unable to get them in phone.

Request the concerned authorities to prevent open scamers to fool the public. Please take strict action against them

Turned out to be a scam website which steals people’s money. Received a call saying refund will be done but haven’t received anything. After learning more about the site i found out that all people are going through this. Please help us out.

On 16th April, 2021 I booked flight tickets, they deducted the amount 4305.00/- and immediately canceled by booking due to change in fare price, their customer helpline said money will be refunded within 7 days, I have sent multiple mails, called them multiple times, everytime they reply/ mail it will take 7 days to reflect in bank. Very inconvenient, I am attaching screenshots of their email ([protected]@travolook.in), their customer service number is[protected]. I would like an immediate refund of net amount 4305.00/- INR, and compensation for inconvenience as I had to go through 4 months of terrible service experience and still no refund.

I booked a ticket REF[protected] on 17-Aug-21 and after 30 mins Customer care agent called and said my booking got cancelled due to technical error at their side and refund will be initiated in 7 Working days. i followed up after week and they promised me to give the refund in 3 days. Nothing happend so.
Again after a week i contacted them, they asked to wait for another 7 days.. As usual nothing happened.
On Sep 06th again i contacted and customer care executive says, wait for another 10 days and 7 working days period starts from my 2nd complaint only.
its already been 20 days and there is no processing done and no reference number of refund.
when i asked for Escalation contact, only response was to drop a mail to general customer care and i will get reply in 3 working days.

Now im concerned about my money and want authorities to give attention to such websites doing fraud.

We have Book the Ticket on the Date of 13.08.2021 from Borjhar (Guwahati) to Hyderabad, He has Deducted an amount of RS. 3142.00, After few minutes He has Called and inform your Tickets has been Cancelled .& your amount Reversed in your account within 10 to 15 working Days . Now the Date 06.09.2021 & as of now i had not received my Amount .

This company is fraud. I booked flight and paid money after that they just called and informed that flight got canceled so will refund money within 15 days but its been one and half month still waiting for refund. So please don't book any flight from such a fraud company..

I booked a flight for 3304 and they deducted the amount directly and they sent a mail informing that ticket will confirm after 30min.then after next day I got a mail that my ticket has been cancelled by travolook .I called them for refunding my money .But they have not refunded the money yet.kindly help me to get my money back.

Dear Team,

I made a booking on 31st July but the flight got cancelled and the amount was also debited. Its been more than a month i have not received communication from them and whenever i have called they were clueless regarding refunding the amount.

Another 2 booking was also made and they were cancelled and til date i have not received the amount. Airlines has inititated the full refund is not returning my money back.

They are unable to book ticket and mailed me for refund with 7 working days. But didn't got any amount . Since then I called and mail travolook 3 times. And all the time they say you will get your amount within 7 days. After so many reminder they are unable to give refund.

I booked a ticket but because travolook did not able to book generate pnr ...and after that I booked again but the amount was 4900 but they charged me 5700 and the amount was also not displayed in site so that I can confirm..and after that I spoke to customer care with bhavna and somali but they continued keeping me on hold and disconnected my ...and still I didn't got the proper answer why they charged me more money
