I booked a ticket but because travolook did not able to book generate pnr ...and after that I booked again but the amount was 4900 but they charged me 5700 and the amount was also not displayed in site so that I can confirm..and after that I spoke to customer care with bhavna and somali but they continued keeping me on hold and disconnected my ...and still I didn't got the proper answer why they charged me more money

I was booking for my brother in law on 24th july 2021from Imphal to Guwahati. After booking they call me and told that it was cancelled due to the indigo flight company. They told me that it will reund the fare from 7-10 working days. Now, it's more than a months but i don't get any refund amount. I call the customer service but nobody attend my call.

I Have Booked A Flight Ticket For My Younger Brother OMKAR DASH In Indigo Through Travolook.In On 24th July 2021 For 31st July 2021 From BBSR To Bangalore In Economy Class & I Have Received A Ticket Without Any PNR Number With Reference No. : REF[protected] But Just After Booking Its Automatically Get Cancelled And Amount Of Rs. 5163/- Has Been Deducted From My Account . After Contact With Their Customer Care Via Telephone & Email They Replied That The Refund Will Be Initiated At Our End & The Same Amount Will Be Reflect Back To The Same Bank Account Within 10-15 Working Days. Now After Completion Of 28 Working Days Still Amount Has Not Been Recieved After Repeatedly Contact.
I Request For A Help Here To Get My Money Back.

I have booked a ticket from this website with order reference number REF[protected] on 9th may 2021 with free cancellation policy, but due to some reason the ticket got cancelled from their end.
I called the company customer care number and asked for the refund they told me to wait for 7 working days but i didn't got the refund. In the mean while i have called them many times but every time situation is same, till now i didn't get my refund.
so because they left me no option so i decided to file a complaint against them, so i request you to kindly look into this matter, i needed that money, because of current scenario I'm facing financial problems and i badly needed that money.
so kindly resolve the matter as quick you can and please take some serious action against these kind of fraudster

Dear Sir/Madam,
I have booked an flight ticket in Indigo through Travolook.in on 4th July 2021 for 18th July 2021 from Bhubaneswar to Chennai in economy class. Just after booking its automatically get cancelled but amount of Rs. 4428/- has been deducted from my account. On telephonic contact of their customer care they said the same amount will be refunded to you in a maximum period of 15 working days and after few days they said 20 working days instead of 15. Now after completion of 33 working days still amount has not been received after repeatedly complaint/contact.

Kindly assist me for the same.

We book a ticket on travolook for amt rs. 3406.ticket booking date is 22 june 2021 from ahmedabad to jaipur But our ticket got cancelled without receiving any flight booking detail. a simple massage received that airline is not operational on the date . This never happened before with other websites. i read so much about it everywhere the same review. I am just a small earner and this scam happened with me. i request for a help here to get my money back.

I booked a flight ticket on 17th March'21 for Bengaluru to Bhubaneswar in AirIndia. I immediately got a call that the ticket was cancelled due to some operational issues. It has been 5 months I have been chasing them. Every time I call the customer care I hear that the money will be refunded in 7-10 working days. But there is no revert from them and no refund has been made.

I booked flight ticket from Madurai to Chenna and Chennai to Madurai to on 15 July, 2021, Ref. no REF[[protected]] and I pay 5861/- Rs., after payment done that travolook service agent call and tell to me by phone call your booking is cancel due to some technical issue, Your amount should be all refundable 10 to 15 days but they are still not refund my money, it's been 30 days but still not received any money.

I tried to book flight from Travolook and amount deducted but booking get cancelled. I also received call from this company that I will receive my refund within 6 days. I tried to reach their customer care multiple times, they always promise that it will credit back shortly. But it never happens. Kindly take strict action against them so that they refund my amount asap. The required details has been attached below.

I booked the ticket on 25th of July from Hyderabad to Visakhapatnam for 3 passengers which cost around 12019 rupees. immediately after the booking I got a call stating that due to raise in fares, your ticket has been cancelled and we will refund the amount with in 10 days. But it was almost 17 days finished and there is no response from the customer care. I think this is a fraud website making money. Hence i request the authorities to look over such people and take necessary criminal action against such fake companies.
Please help us to get my money back.

I have booked flight ticket from delhi to Mumbai on 2nd May, 2021 from travolook, as the flight schedule was changed from Air asia end, I requested for full refund and they have processed the full refund(INR-5, 466) back in travolook account as well.

Now its been more than 4 month but I have not received my amount back. Please provide me full refund as soon as possible. I have mailed you multiple times with reference id :- REF[protected]
