During booking of air ticket on 27.05.2021 my ticket was not done but payment was deduct from my account. till date company not return the amount. Every time they inform me that payment will release in 7-10 days.

useless company.

I booked flight ticket from Surat to Kolkata on 12 July, 2021, Ref. no REF[protected] and I pay 4, 924/- Rs., after payment done that travolook service agent call and tell to me by phone call your booking is cancel due to some technical issue, Your amount should be all refundable 10 to 15 days but they are still not refund my money, it's been 20 days but still not received any money.

I book a ticket from ranchi to delhi on 9 june21 from look company website located at 836, 2nd floor udyog vihar phase 5 sector 19 Gurugram Amount 4210 ticket cancelled and refund amount is still pending booking details is REF[protected]

Booked a flight ticket on 6th July 2021 which was immediately cancelled by Travolook once my payment was complete.

Have been following with them since a month almost but have got refund yet.

This is Fake company.
Just false promises.

I made the booking on 22nd of June from Travolook and after 15 mins it got cancelled, and i have not received refund yet. I have reached out many times on call and emails and the only response they give is it will be initiated within 7-10 working days.

I have paid for booking a flight ticket from Agartala to Kolkata on 23rd July for which I received a call and an email stating that my ticket is cancelled for price differences and I shall receive the refund as soon as possible. By going through previous complaints, now I know that it was a fraud website. I want to get my refund as soon as possible.

I had booked a flight from hyd to kolkata, it has been cancelled from their end and they are saying that there is an issue in the pnr status...

I have booked a flight ticket on july 17th 2021 in travolook via wind in travel advis.I have paid the amount rs 5013 for ticket booking via my debit card and ticket was not booked they cancelled the booking and said the amount will be refunded within 7 days.They gave the reference number as[protected].Still i did not received the refund amount....

Complaint -
I tried to book ticket from travolook website but ticket has not booked and amount get deducted from my bank account of 6303 rs. They said it will be refunded back within 15 working days but not received, its now more than 25 days still they have not refunded my amount.

Its seems a fake company, I am thinking to file a police case also.

I have booked a ticket from Delhi to BHUBANESWAR in 3rd may 21. After some times, I receive a call from travolook as my ticket has been cancelled due to price difference & we are refund your full amount. But still I am not receive the refund amount even 3 months is complete after few days.

I have booked flight ticket through travolook on 12 jun 2021 after paying money I got the mail saying ticket has been cancelled and amount will be refunded in 7 to 10 working days. As on today 25 July I am not received my refund and also I have contacted customercare many times but same reply saying you will get money in 7 to 10 days.

Booked a ticket on 8th May, 2021 for Delhi-Imphal. Aftew few moment, i got a call saying my ticket has been cancelled and the amount will refunded within 10-15 days. I called and wrote mail complaining about the issue. Its been more than two months and the issue has not been resolved. I got a call recently...telling me that the amount could not be credit to my account. This is completely unacceptable. Please take necessary steps/actions against such fraudsters.

I booked a ticket from kolkatta to hyd on 5th of june 2021 and they cancelled it immediately. And till now I did not get my refund. Again and again when i am calling they are asking me to wait 10 to 15 days its been more than 45 days till now. And i didnot got my refund

I booked my tickets on 20th July through Travolook, from Ahmedabad to Kolkata and as soon as I made the payment, I got a call from the agency saying that my booking has been cancelled due to some technical glitch. I was asked to wait for 24-48 hours to get my refund. When I called them up after 48 hours, they said I'll receive my payment in next 7 Working days. Initially I thought this might have happened due to some glitch and it can happen with any travel agency, but after but after reading reviews & complaints lot of people have faced problems like me I would never recommend this agency to anybody. TRAVOLOOK IS FRAUD.

I have booked two different (departure and return) flights back in June. Unfortunately, one of them was cancelled due to flight cancellation and another one was cancelled by Travolook after I made the payment, they called me and said I will get the refund in a week. But didn’t get it yet.

For another one I was told by the customer support that I will get refund in 45days. But it’s been more than 45days still I didn’t receive the refund yet.

I have booked my flight ticket through Travolook on 5th April for a traveling date on 3rd May and the fight was canceled by an airliner on 3rd may for operational reasons I called travolook customer care number many times and they replying to me within 45 days it will be refunded to my account. But now 4 months got over till now not yet received my refund amount today I tried to call customer care number it's telling that number not valid. Please help me with this

I was asked to wait for 24-48 hours to get my refund. When I called them up after 48 hours, they said I'll receive my payment in next 10-15 Working days. After that they blocked my number, I cannot reach them via my number. I called them up after 15 days with some other number and asked them about the payment, where one of their representative promised me that I'll receive my payment by 9th July, which I did not. Then when I called them on 9th, They said it will take 10-15 more working days to get the refund. The guy who was conversing with me, hung up the phone in middle of the conversation. Adding to it, I have also sent them multiple mails asking about the refund, to which they did not even bother to reply. On top of it, the same thing happened to me in April as well, where after calling them on daily basis and sending them mail everyday, I received my payment almost after two months. Initially I thought this might have happened due to some glitch and it can happen with any travel agency, but after experiencing this same ### twice, I would never recommend this agency to anybody. TRAVOLOOK IS FRAUD.

Booked flight from Rajkot to Mumbai on June 16 2021.
The flight was cancelled by the airlines.
I have not received my refund its been more than a month now.
The customer support team has been giving me dates for the day of refund since a month.
