Booked flight from Rajkot to Mumbai on June 16 2021.
The flight was cancelled by the airlines.
I have not received my refund its been more than a month now.
The customer support team has been giving me dates for the day of refund since a month.

I booked ticket on 13th Jun 21 for Chennai from Delhi, but ticket got cancelled by Travolook, however amount deducted from my account. They accepted it and replied that amount will be refunded within 7 to 10 working days.
I am calling them frequently at every 10 working days for my refund amount Rs 14, 017/-, but they always replied, refund is in process.

I had booked air ticket from Amritsar to Mumbai by INDIGO as on 22nd March 2021.

The tickets were cancelled. Indigo is indicationg that refund has been credited with you as on 02nd May 2021, Sir.

I have not received the refund till date, Sir.

Please remmit the refund amount with interest due and oblige.

Ticket refund status of Indico is stating that refund has been paid to you as on 01st May 2021 and has directed me to contact your booking partner in this refund purpose, Sir.

You have not refunded this amount to me till date, Sir.

Please remmit the same with due interest and oblige.

I made a flight booking with travolook which they cancelled on their own. I received a call and mail that my booking is cancelled and the refund will be administered. the booking date was June 12, 2021 and flight date was June 13, 2021. I have mailed them and called them b ut still the refund is not received. Booking reference number - REF[protected]

The company finally refunded the amount after 45 days of initial booking. Had to do multiple follow ups and waste truck loads of time. there are hundreds of complaints against them for the same. Beware of the site travolook.

Updated by Suvidha1990 Complaint resolved. Received amount after 45 days of initial booking after multiple calls and wastage of time. some kind of fraud going on where they keep customer money for more than a month to do god knows what.

I sent many mails and also called but received no response from their side. Kindly take strict action against them so that they refund my amount asap. The required details has been attached below.

I had booked a flight with Travolook on 14 June 2021 and after the payment, I got a call from the company to say that the airline had cancelled the flight and I should expect the refund back in the card in 10-15 days.

I still haven’t received the payment but they are offering credit in wallet which I refuse to accept as I do not want to deal with fraud Cosby again!

Kindly assist to resolve the matter please.

Ultimately got refund after 1 and half month.I had to register complaint against them on national consumer helpline app...Then only they budged..

I have booked a ticket to Srinagar from Mumbai from them, and after making the full payment they cancelled the ticket stating there is a change in airfare you need to pay additional money to confirm your ticket, i refused to pay and cancelled my booking, they said i will get my refund within 10 days, but it's now more than a month they have not refunded our money.
we are from the middle class earning family and this fraudsters are openly cheating without any action on them, our law must stop such fraudsters making fool to the common people like us, please help me, i hope i will get my money back.

I booked a ticket on Tue, Jun 22, 11:54 AM (round trip-New Delhi to Bhubaneswar and Bhubaneswar to New Delhi) and it got cancelled within 5 mins. I received a mail from them that they will refund the amount within 10-15 working days .But it has been more than a month and they have not refunded the amount. Whenever I call on customer care or mail them they have a standard reply that "within 07-10 working days, it will be refunded".

This is to inform you that I had to reschedule the entire flight booking due to an abrupt Change of an event.Flipkart has with ease managed my booking reschedule without any extra charges or cost or inconvenience.I've contacted travolook and they have seeked double the charges for rescheduling and absolute non refund of a "refundable" ticket in case of Cancellation.This is sure to know and to spread for awareness that travolook has been hoaxing and deceiving customers in dire need and making utmost profit out of the a helpless situation. We are suffering at the cost of their negligence, and for their absolute non cooperative mentality. It would be of kind help if this complaint benefits the deprived.

I booked the flight from PAT-BLR ( PNR - Z8H82Z, Booking Reference - REF[protected] via Travolook. It was cancelled by goAir on 15/6/21 06:04pm IST.
goAir refunded the amount to Travolook on 02/07/21 and shared the mail to me.
However, Travolook is repeatedly telling me that they haven't received it yet. Most of the times, they will put my call on hold and then disconnect it.

Hi, My name is harshada I had booked a ticket through travolook on 26th dec 2020 for Mumbai to Chandigarh for 16 th feb 2021 and was cancelled on 15 February 2021. I had raised a complaint multiple time for refund then again on 3rd may I received an acknowledgement of mail stating that the amount be refunded and prior to that I had a word with their representative that the redund will be credited to the account from where the payment was made. And they gave the reason of delay was that there was an error occurring while refunding the amount.
Today on 15th July 2021 I called them again and they said the amount is refunded bt to my travolook wallet which is not acceptable by me as they had committed and same has been written on their refund policy page.
I want my amount to be refunded from where the amount was deducted.

I booked ticket from Mumbai to Nagpur on 5th June on the same day after 30 min received call that booking got cancelled and your refund will be processed in 10-15 working days. Its been 30 working days now but yet to receive booking amount.

I have called customer care multiple times they said we will initiate refund again but thats not happening. This is a scam. please be aware of it. Never visit this site or never book a ticket from this site.
