Dear Sir/ Madam,
I booked online tickets for CALICUT(Dated 29 June 2021) of INDIGO airline from Travolook.in travel booking website on 24th June 2021. After booking tickets, I received call from one of representative ( No -[protected]) informing that your booking is cancelled with Travolook.in (REF[protected] due to fare expiration. & full amount (Rs4302/-) shall be refunded to your account in 15 working days .
Afterwards, when I tried to contact him at his mobile number or at the customer care toll free number Toll Free No :[protected]
Even today I tried contacting customer service representative at toll free number[protected] but it went unanswered.
I request you take this matter into serious note & help me to get my refund money Rs 4302/- as earliest as possible.

I Booked A Flight Ticket On July 7, 2021, With Reference Number REF[protected] and deducted Rs. 3343. I Got A Confirmation Mail, And 20 Minutes Later A Mail And A Call From An Executive Saying The Ticket Could Not Be Confirmed Due To Operational Issue. I Was Promised A Refund Within 7-10 Days. They Are Not Picking Up My Calls Neither Are They Responding To My Mails Regarding The Update On The Refund.

I have booked flight tickets from Hubli to kochi and kochi to hubli on 15th July and 17th July respectively via travolook. Immediately my booking was canceled. I haven't got my refund. They are not responding to any of my mails and calls. Kindly help me to get my refund of 6178 rs Immediately and do the needful and take a necessary action on them.

They cancelled my flight ticket citing some reason and never refunded any amount. Their customer care number never works. So I wrote to their email and after a month I got response that they look into the matter and they never responded again.
After looking up online regarding this company I realised this is a scam company that cheats people.
I know it's hopeless, but still waiting for my refund after nearly 3 months.

Hi had booked flight ticket from kochi to hyderabad, Airasia flight on 07/07/2021. i had selected 7.30am kochi to banglore and banglore to vishakapatnm and vishakapatnam to hyderabd.
they deducted 4039/- Rs from my credit card and i got a message on the screen that because of some issue ticket not yet confirmed, in 30-minute they do confirmation, if not ticket money will be refunded. i didn't even get any reference number also. we called customer care but no reply.
please block this website and take stringent actions on this fake company owners.
we should get our money back

I booked my flight ticket in 23.05.2021 from Delhi to Hyderabad vide booking confirmation REF[protected] journey date 07.06.21 But same got cancelled by website after 15 minutes. Refund is not processed till date even after rigorous follow up with merchant. Kindly resolve.

I booked 2 flight through Travolook but due to covid flight got cancelled. And airline already refunded my full money to the travolook but its more then 2 months travolook not giving my money back. I called them daily and their executive give false commitment every time. From the last 22 days they are saying that i will receive my money in next 2 days but still i do not receive my money. Again i called today now their executive told me it will take 6 more working days. I think this company is scam and they are playing with customer money.

Currently they said we have credited it to travolook wallets it's no where found..

I have booked an indigo flight on 9th July 2021 with Ref number REF[protected], and I have paid 6369.00 rupees for the same. after the payment done from myside, i have got call from their team stating that flight was cancelled by the airlines and sorry for the inconvenience and they cut the call, after that i have checked with indigo but they said they didn't cancelled any flights, then i have booked my ticket on Ixigo.com.
Its too late that i have realized that i have got cheated.

NOW WE RECD THE MAIL REGARDING THE CANCELATION OF TICKET & DIDN’T GET OUR AMOUNT REFUNDED . CUSTUMER CARE IS NOT PICKING UP THE PHONE.

EVEN WE CHECKED THE PROFILE OF THE COMPANY ON SOCIAL MEDIA IT IS A FRAUD COMPANY

Travolook seems doing scam in the name of flight booking and flight offers.
I booked ticket for 9th July-2021 and immediately within a few minutes after booking their people called and said your booking is cancelled by airlines (Indigo) due to operation reason and fair expiry and asked me for paying extra amount of around 1560 or either do the cancellation and get the full refund which will take 10-15 days. They also said you will not get this ticket from any vendors as this is cancelled due to operational reason but as i need to book the ticket so i tried same flight from another legitimate vendors and this time I got the confirmed ticket. This all looks scam for me by the travolook and I would like to take strict action against them also please help me in getting my hard earned money back.

I had done one ticket ( REF[protected]booking from bangaluru to ahmedabad on 17th of may, but some technical issues are there and my ticket was cancelled in 5 mins, after that i called to your support many times but they are saying u will get in 5-7 working day, but today it self more than 50 days gone but still i didn't get any refund.

I have booked a flight ticket on 25 may 2021, they didn't booked saying some operational issue and later called assuring my money will be returned in 15-20 days, yet after 1.5 month money not recieved.

The customer support number[protected], [protected]@travolook.in email both given on their website, do not ever reply or connect. It's fake as far as I realised.

I strongly feel they are eating away consumer money by fraud.

I had booked a flight ticket from Bhubaneswar to Hyderabad today. It has been over an hour and they haven't sent a confirmation about the flight ticket. I am unable to cancel my ticket anywhere as the PNR no./ Reference id they shared is showing as invalid in their own website. Then I got to know via user reviews that it is a fraud company. Please help.

Booked flight with Travolook.in REF ID: REF[protected]. Transaction Id:[protected]. They are not refunding my amount. They have cancelled my ticket on their own. Please help me to get my refund back. Transaction amount is Rs: 4173

I tried to book a round trip through their site after seeing a convincing amount of discount and I booked the flights that charges 8k. It was fr Kochi to Chennai and I made the booking on June 11th. Soon after I transferred the money, I received call from their representatives saying that the flight charge has increased and I need to pay additional money to confirm it. I didn't go ahead with their deal and asked for the refund. Initially, they told me that it will take maximum of 7 days. I called them again after 10 days and mailed a complaint too. I got a descent reply saying that the refund will be credited within 15 days to the maximum and I was waiting patiently as everyday checking for any updates. It has been 26 days and I didn't get my money back. Today I called them again and they were again asking me to wait for another 5 days. They are trapping people by fake testimonials and keeping others money for more than a month without giving them any interest. If they could trap minimum of 50 people like this by offering interesting offers they can keep lakhs of money without paying any interest. Its better to go for some public pocket picking
rather than using others money for free of cost. I asked them to pay back the interest for the money they are keeping for free. I have seen many similar complaints registered online but no authority is taking action against this agency yet
