I booked a ticket from raipur to kolkata for 14000/-, this site was in advertisement section on google but it came out as fake, please take strict action, lodging fir was not on my reach but as an responsible citizen I am raising a complaint here !! DON'T EVER BOOK WITH UNTRUSTED SITES!!!

I booked a ticket from Bhubaneswar to Varanshi i.e. dated 21th May 2021. After booking 10~15 minutes I got a call from the Travolook site i.e. your ticket is cancelled due to technical reason. I called many times but they are not getting a response over the customer care number [protected]. Also, I mailed to [protected]@travolook.in but still, the problem is the same.

It's totally a fraud company, I have Booked flight ticket from this made the payment, after few minutes I received a msg that your tickets has not been confirmed so I wiil recieve my refund in 2 or 3 days, but after waiting more than 10 days nothing received, when I see the reviews of this company I got surprised, this company is cheating people on daily basis.this is the reference no of my booking REF[protected] and amount was 53080. My humble request is to take action against these people and help me to. Get my money back.

It’s my bad luck to book the ticket this pathetic company travolook.in they are big scammer, flight got cancelled by airline end and they process full refund back to travel agency, now travolook still not refunding my money, saying airline refund is pending, I complain against at dgca, airline provide me all the supportive document that my money already back to agency on 8 jun.after sending multiple email to agency, they not borrowed to reply to customer big scam, taking consumer hard earning into this pandemic, will complain against it consumer forum and also I will write to pmo also take action against this fraud company, my reference no .REF[protected].Please please do not book any ticket with them ..Big scammer

On 10th may 2021, booked ticket from travolook site to kochi from Mumbai, first time when booked it didn’t get confirm and got cancelled from the airline, second time again same thing happened, then I contacted the customer service and as per them there was some issue with goair and kindly book it through indigo airlines. Since then I am yet to receive my refund of the tickets that got cancelled by the airlines. Have raised a complaint with travolook bearing ref number as 4510387, there is no response from them

It is for the information of general public, do not book ant ticket with travolook travel agents, as they are cheaters and big scammers and money looters as well, they did not give my refund for two tickets and staff is very unprofessional specially one Rahul, Neha tegga and Dushant all of them are trained to loot money from the innocent people by doing online bookings and putting the money in their on pockets. Beaware please.

As per flight booking policy they mentioned it takes 30 minutes for confirmation after booking a particular flight. It took 1 and half hour them to revert with confirmation which till then there's no call or email stating about delay of which I've to catch it in 3 hours. They're just saying that flight has been confirmed. When I spoke with costumer care executive she was rudely ending the calls and apologizing for not providing refund.

Never book from this site ..
They will show as lowest flight rate will except booking deduct money and within 3sec it got cancel ..
Refund will never happen it’s the way to fooled people the only excuses they give if you call them is to wait and wait they will say the same word it’s been forwarded to the concern department and I need to wait again ..
All the Agent will say the same words
This is completely a fraud site .. A way to fooled people .

I made a booking for Bangalore to Patna via reference no[protected], for flight 6E 629. After making the payment they immediately call me and said that the booking is cancelled due to technical error, I asked them to arrange some other flight, they said they can't do that, they said they will process refund and it will take 10 to 15days, from there on I am calling them to hear the same response that it will get credit in 10days but I have not gotten my money back. I have written couple of emails also, there also it is the same. I truly appreciate your help on this matter.

I tried to book a tkt from Blr to Pat, On travolook, Amt deducted but booking get cancelled. I also receive call from this company that i will receive my refund within 10 to 15 working day's, I sent many mails and called but received no response from their side.. Plz take strong action against them so that they refund ASAP... Almost more than 35 days completed still getting nothing from their side..

I booked a ticket on 5th May 2021, they took reservation and cancelled my ticket without my consent. I requested for refund and they said it would happen in 10-15 days but not initiated any return. I called them regularly for refund but got no response. Now they are not responding over call as well as mail. This is a fraud and bogus bcompany. They should be banned from taking any bookings. They are cheating people for their profit.

One of the pathetic service i received from travolook.in, i booked my flight ticket Ref no. REF[protected] on 19th May which got cancelled on same day, customer relations said money will refund after 14th working days but still money not received now its more than one month, i followed many times spoken these customer relations team Bhavana, Mirtunjay, Aayushi, pankaj and not resolved my complaint still.

If you will not resolve my complaint then i will take this case in cybercrime court, i am giving you one week time.

I tried to book flight from Travolook (Lucknow to Mumbai). Amount got deducted but booking was never confirmed. I also received email and call from company that my booking has been cancelled due to fare change from INDIGO flight. Which is untrue as i called Indigo and confirmed them. Travolook said they will give my refund within 10-15 days, however, there is no refund yet. I also checked later online everywhere and cam eto know that they are running a scam and many people have registered a fraud complaint against them. I hope my complaint will also be considered as i will also be filing it myself personally with cyber police and local police on Monday.
