Travolook Complaints & Reviews

I tried to book flight from Travolook (Lucknow to Mumbai). Amount got deducted but booking was never confirmed. I also received email and call from company that my booking has been cancelled due to fare change from INDIGO flight. Which is untrue as i called Indigo and confirmed them. Travolook said they will give my refund within 10-15 days, however, there is no refund yet. I also checked later online everywhere and cam eto know that they are running a scam and many people have registered a fraud complaint against them. I hope my complaint will also be considered as i will also be filing it myself personally with cyber police and local police on Monday.

I booked flight from Delhi to Pune on 22 May 2021 but the flight was cancelled from air vistara airlines so so I got a mail that I will get my refund then I called and contact it to travel look.com they said you will get required within 7 days after 7 days I again contacted to travolook. Then I contact to vistara airlines they told travolook has to to claim then only e the refund amount will be credited. Now after one month travel look didn't reply to my mail.

On 6th April, 2021 I had booked a ticket from Delhi to Dibrugarh from www.travolook.in for Rs. 12600/- and I had immediately pay the same amount from my ICICI Credit Card. Just booked the ticket I had received a call from their customer desk to pay an addl Rs. 2850/- and if not confirm by 1hr your ticket will be automatically cancelled; because it is on process. I had tried many time their customer care no.[protected]. And finally received an email that your ticket cancelled and return back Rs. 10, 000/- to your credit card account. Still today is 18/6/2021, yet not received the refund amount Rs. 10, 000/- inspide of regular call to their customer care no. and the email at [protected]@travolook.in. For your kind information the same ticket I had booked from my paytm account of Rs. 12255/- only and without any hassled, I had travel in the same place on same date.

I have not received my refund yet for the booking done on 23 rd may from Mumbai to Bangalore ref no REF25773 despite repeated emails no response from the side
Kindly look into it and help me get my refund
They are fraudsters

I booked a ticket for bangalore to mumbai on 23rd April just after payment was done i got a called saying my fligh is canceled and a refund is initiated but i haven't recieved refund still. I have talked n mailed them monay times in 2 month but to no avail we should complaint aganist this fraud site n get if down asap

Tried to book flight from Travolook (BLR to PAT) and amount deducted but booking get cancelled. I also received call from this company that I will receive my refund within 10 to 15 working days. I sent many mails and also called but received no response from their side. Kindly take strict action against them so that they refund my amount asap. Myself Saurabh Shandilya booked an online ticket in air india from Delhi to ranchi(Reference no[protected] through travolook on 31 may.i paid rs 4210 for that booking but my booking immediately got cancelled by them and i got a call from agent that refund amount will be reflected in my account withing 10-15 days.even after multiple calls, messages I didn't receive my amount yet.in each conversation they just extend the date giving some technical and operational execuses.Today(on 17 June 2021) when I called them they told me to wait for another 7 days.their attitude is not trustworthy at all.

My booking reference number is[protected], by name Parag Deshmukh..flight from Nagpur to Mumbai was booked on 6th April 2021..flight was not booked, money got deducted and the refund is not come yet..fraud site..I have been calling since 2 and half months..

This is regarding my ticket booked from Jaipur to Nagpur reference number being REF[protected]. I had booked a refundable ticket which i had to cancel due to unavoidable issue. I was asked to wait for 30-35 days for my refund after which they informed me that they have received the money from the airlines but i haven't initiated the refund from their end. I have been following up with this agency from last 40 days and still haven't got my refund.

I am Ashok Kumar([protected]) booked flight tkt from Chennai to Varanasi on 10 May, 2021, Ref. no REF[protected], REF[protected] after payment done that travolook service agent call and tell to me by phone call your booking is cancel due to some technical issue, Your amount should be all refundable 10 to 15 days but they are still not refund my money.

I have cancelled and my sister tickets on 23rd of April 2020 from travolook but till now I have not received my refund amount.

I booked ticket worth Rs 23, 310 on[protected] for 5 passengers. I immediately received a call that flight is cancelled due to non operating issues. He told after 5 mins that fare charges have been revised and I need to pay Rs 450/ passenger to continue. I immediately understood that this is completely fake. I need refund of this amount. The amount is really huge for me

I was booking an airline ticket on 01 Jun 21, but after 30 mins of booking they call me and informed me that your booking got cancelled due to operational issues and you will get your money back within 10days. But 10days passed still i have not get my money back. My Booking Ref No is. REF[protected].

On 7th June for booking of 2 tickets from Hyderabad to Visakhapatnam Rs 7886 paid through Paytm.At first the payment could not be done for want of OTP. But one link was sent to me and as the details were correct the amount was paid. Their Customer care numbers and mail ID sent useless stock replies. I didn't expect such a daylight robbery. Later came to know from the reviews that it s a fake and fraudulent site. When contacted another number the person has sent another link and advised to fill a form which wanted my mobile banking password. May be to attend for another fraud. It is very much surprising that how this robbery is continued. As it is a new experience for me I am planning for suitable action so that the fraudsters are taken to task.

Cancelled my ticket and not yet refunded my money from almost more than 1 month.Never ever try to book from travolook.

I've booked a flight on 19May 2021. Travelook says flight got cancelled and i'll get refund in 10-12 days. Its been more than 21 days, i've not got the refund yet. Their support team is either not responding or saying they will initiate the refund.

I have booked the flight ticket throught this website, but my ticket didnt booked and money got deducted.

After talking to customer care, they told after 15 working days money will be received. but again after 15 days they told that again wait for ten days.

they are not returning the money.

I booked a ticked on 16th May 2021 but the ticked wasn't booked. The amount deducted twice from my account and refunded by the company after 20 days as well.
