I tried to book flight from Travolook (dbg to Mumbai) and amount deducted but booking get cancelled. I also received call from this company that I will receive my refund within 10 to 15 working days. I sent many mails and also called but received no response from their side. My 15 day has been completed but again they want 10 days more .they all are fraud Kindly take strict action against them so that they refund my amount asap. The required details has been attached below.

I had booked the tickets on 15 may from darbhanga to Mumbai money has been deducted but they cancelled the tickets . instant I got the call from customer care they told me due to operation region after follow up so many day .I didn't get my money back and again they Want 10 day more from today for refunding my money back.they all are fraud .it's a humble request kindly take some proper action regarding them .

I booked ticket on 21st April 2021 from Chennai to Pune flight ( travel date 26th April 2021), amount got deducted and then i received message that due to change in charge ticket got cancelled.

From that day i am taking follow up but they are saying wait for 10 to 15 working days. Now almost waited for more than a month they are saying some technical issue wait for 5 more days.

I wanted my refund back and need your help in this case. as it was cancelled from there side and they are giving money back.

I had booked my ticket on 28th April patna to delhi ticket got automatically cancelled and I received a call your ticket cancelled by Airlines your full amount refundable but it's more than 1 and a half month I chasing on daily basis for refund but didn't receive my amount yet.

Government and police should be strictly action against this company.

I have booked flight through travolook with the below reference numbers on 22nd April

REF[protected] This was cancelled by the airlines and airlines confirmed in an email to me that they have refunded the money to travolook on may 24th itself.

I have called and wrote to the customer care several time through these 2 months.This is a big fraud company. They are not refunding the money till today 8th June 2020. Please take appropriate action and help us get the refund. And close the company as their customer care service is bogus and they are cheating people.

I have to receive a refund of 2788 +2993 = Rs.5781 from them. Please resolve the issue asap and get us our refund.

I booked the flight in cheap way from this site .after that they call me that your ticket is not confirmed due to higher fare so pay the difference and then you will ticket confirmation.

So please aware the people that they are showing cheap option on site once they trap you they give you a call pay the difference

I do book a filight mumbai to lucknow 17 march 2021 flight is not booked and payment is deducted Rs. 4006. i do many time called the travolook custmer care but says all time we have inteate your payment pls do wait 5 to 7 day but till date i am not getting this refund. ye bahut badi madharchod company hai sala chor hai isse flight book mat kiiye mai cyber crime ka bhi case karne jaa raha hu aap logo se reqest hai ki ye company band kara do . I have booked tkt from Hyd to Ranchi but got message that ticket cancelled due to price. Don't know why they offered that price and the number they given is not at all responding. Pl resolve and return my money.

I book a ticket on 28 of march 2021. During booking they confirm the ticket after getting the ticket suddenly the ticket cancelled. This has been more than two month but still their 7 to 10 working days refund policy is running. all the time after getting connection to their customer support minimum half an hour of listening their boring line they give simple answer like "aapka jldi ho jaiga" 7to 10 days me ho jaiga" refund initiate ker diye hai 7to 10 days me account me reflect ho jaiga but still my refund is pending.

I booked a flight on 23rd april. After payment i recieved a call immediately and a mail that my booking has been canceled due to raise in fare. It will be refunded within 15 working days. After repeated calls and mails i did not recieve my refund yet.

My booking has been cancelled but till now my amount has not been refunded (REF: REF[protected] since April 26th 2021. The total amound refundable is 5222/-

This travalook is number one fraud company even after 34 days they have not refunded my money, last 4th May I have booked a ticket from BOM to CCU and within five minutes they cancelled my ticket & Till now i cannot get my refund balance, from then I have written many mails, but they did not response at all my rs 3392 cheated by this cheating company. when i called them they said please wait 10 working days.

I booked a ticket through Travolook with (Ref No - REF[protected] for Indigo Airlines. Money got deducted but the ticket did not. Later got a call and email stating that due to some stupid "Fare Expiration" reason the ticket was not booked and money will be refunded within 10-15 business days to my account. But it has been more than a month now and money is not refunded. I have sent 3 emails with no response received .When I call up the customer care team, they say they dont have any update and ask to wait few more days without any proof. When asked for a Supervisor or a Manager they say nobody works in their company and its just the cust care team.
How disgusting and irresponsible is this?
I want to SUE this company for holding and keeping my money in their account and eating interest on it for a month.

On 17 April I had booked a air ticket from travolook site from Delhi to leh.
But ticket was cancelled from travolook end. The reason they gave was for cancellation was increased fare and promised to refund my amount within 15 working days but they haven't made the same yet.
When I am calling them, they are not giving satisfactory reply and not refunding my amount. The refundable amount is 2985 rupees.

I have booked ticket on 3 April 2021 for gorakhpur to delhi, it was automatically cancled and money deducted from my account. No refund received till date.

I had booked a flight from travolook site on 6th of april 2021.Due to some reasons it got cancelled and airlines had issued the refund back to travolook. My booking id is REF[protected].

They have issued refund on 14th of april and it should take 7 business working days to reflect in your account but its been more than 50 days since the refund has been initiated. I don't know where their system is lacking. Even their customer support is Pathetic. They are not responding professionally. Please help me to get my refund back. I have also attached the proof that airline has issued the refund to travolook. Please help

My reference number is[protected]. I had booked a round trip with this agency on Mumbai - Kannur route for Go - air. The first journey was from Mumbai to Kannur on 13th April 2021. The cancellation call came as soon as the money was deducted from my account. Thereafter, whenever the customer care personnel was contacted they informed that the refund will be processed but it didn't happen till date.

Hi! I've booked a ticket via travolook from AHM-DEL on 19th May. After ticket booking I got mail your booking has been cancelled due to Airlines operational issues. They promised me to refund my amount within 10 days but now no one picking my call and not responding on mail. This company is running by group for fraud people. Scam of the year.

I had booked a ticket on 19-April and my travel date was on 28-April, 2021.
but it was cancelled from Go Air Airline on 28-April and then it was again next date 29-April same time same flight only date change then again the flight was cancelled from Airline so finally I raised a request for Refund on 29-April.
and after so many phone calls to Go Air AirLine they said that they already made payment on 14-May to Travo look on [protected]@travolook.in.

but your team said amount not received its almost 20 days passed from 14-may i didnt get the payment even Travolook never approach me now Go Air Line said that they had done refund on 14-may which they shared the system generated mail which shows that payment done on 14-May-2021 and Travo Look says that they didnt received any payment from Air Line.

So both Travo Look is rolling me from past 20 days.
