I booked ticket, it got cancelled within minutes. They say refund within 12 days but going by previous people's experiences, it's a fraud website. I am filing an FIR with cybercrime and in Delhi, where their office is located. Other people should also file a FIR.
Booked a flight from Mumbai to Dehradun.

I have booked air ticket on 21 April from dehradhun to surat for Rs 5002. Ticket was automatically cancelled And amount deducted on my account Today 45 days for this matter but l have Not received my refund amount

I tried to book flight from Travolook and amount deducted but booking get cancelled. Now it has been 2 months I didn't got my amount Yet. I called them many times but they always procrastinate. Kindly take strict action against them so that they refund my amount asap.The required details has been attached below.

On 17th of April i had booked an emergency ticket from Mumbai to lucknow via travolook. Due to some reasons my ticket was not booked and PNR was not generated and money was deducted from my account.

The same day i had received an email from them that my money deducted will be credited in 10 to 15 working days.

Till date the money is not credited and every time they gimme statements like " your refund will be processed in 3 to 5 working days of 5 to 7 working days or " you need not to call now your refund will be credited" or "there was a technical error or merchant error".
There is no escalation matrix not even a proper response on call

I had two bookings cancelled by Travolook on 28th April 2021.
I was assured by the customer care team over phone that I would be refunded the amount in 4-5 working days.
It has been more than 1 month since the bookings were cancelled and I'm yet to receive refund.
They always say that it will be refunded in a week.

Booked ticket from coimbatore to kolkata 18th april and within few minutes got a call from the travolook that your ticket is cancelled and amount will be processed but till date i have not received it.

Booked flight tickets with Travolook on 17th May'21 worth 14000 INR and soon they cancelled the booking and kept the money. In their initial email, they mentioned I would get the refund in 7-10 working days. It has already been 12 working days and there is no confirmation on the refund yet.

I booked flight ticket on 25/03/2021 from Guwahati to Jaipur but my ticket cancel within 2 minutes and amount deduct from my account. Company send cancellation mail in my mail id and write down your cancellation amount will refund within 15 working days but till now payment not credit in my account and I saw review of other passengers maximum passengers has same situation.

I have do a booking mumbai to lucknow 17 march but booking is not success and payment 4006 rs deducted, i am doing the many time complaint and call the custmer care they told sir wait 7 to 10 day refund back your amount already 70 day passed but not getting refund totaly fraud company do not booking flight ticket this website ref no REF[protected]

I booked ticket from your website and the reference number is REF[protected].The amount has been debited from my account but the confirmation mail of the ticket has not been send. When i call them for the ticket they told me that the flight has been cancelled due to the operations reason nd they are refunding the amount.

Refund not yet processed, its a spam

I tried to book flight from Travolook and amount deducted but booking get cancelled. I also received call from this company that I will receive my refund within 6 days. It's been more than 35 days but the refund is still not received.

I sent many mails and also called but received no response from their side. Kindly take strict action against them so that they refund my amount asap. The required details has been attached below.

Here On 26th Of April I Booked A Ticket From Travelook Wanting 6037 From Bangalore To Patna Anyhow In A Few Minutes Only The Ticket Was Canceled And I Got A Mail That Your Ticket Was Canceled Due To Some Operations Issue Now From That Time On Words I Am Asking Them To Send The Refund Back To Me First Of All I Was Told To Wait For 7 To 10 Working Days And Now They Are Telling That Your Amount Will Be Initiated But It Will Take Some More Time.
Anyhow I Was Stuck In This Issue, Now I Am Very Well Known About This Company And We Have Numerous Number Of Issues I Would Just Request You To Kindly Take Some Action Against Them.

I booked a flight from amd to ccu.The booking was not confirmed and i received a call saying your booking has been cancelled you will receive refund in 10-15 days.They are into a scam.After call my number was blocked.Please try to initiate refund

Made flight booking on 03.03.2021 and payment was successful. However, booking was cancelled by the service provider - travolook.in due to fare expiration. Till date after passage of 78 days refund of the amount (rs. 3, 849/-) has not been received despite several follow ups almost 5-6 times. Kindly help and arrange.

I have made a booking with Travolook on Mar 26 . They called me saying the fare has expired and I need to pay more or the ticket would be cancelled. So I cancelled the ticket. The refund was supposed to be given by 8-10 working days. More than 45 days have passed and still no refund, no response

Ticket booked on 18 April and was cancelled by Travolook stating that the fair had expired. and had asked to wait for 15 working days and now again they are asking to wait another 10 working days. its a fraud company and should be entertained. below are the flight details:

When the flights were cancelled, not only my money was deducted but also I was unable to go home after 1 year. I called your customer care and after waiting for 35 mins finally I was able to get through to them and they assured me that I will get my money within 10 - 15 days. As I understand the formalities which are required before transfer of the money, I waited long enough after writing this to you. It's been more than 15 days and after 10 -12 calls to your customer care and repeatedly being assured by your customer care executive that money will be transferred in next 2-3 days, I am still waiting for the money to be deposited in my account. Finally when today i called them I am being told that i willl have to wait another 30 - 35 days to get my money back.
