Travolook — Not return refunding

I have booked my ticket on 8 MAY, 2021, after some time a call received your booking has been cancelled due to operation reason, we will refund your amount within 8 days, no refund will received, after that i have mailed so many but no response and till now i have no received any amount. Its a fraud company Please help this matter

I had done booking on 22nd April from Bangalore to Jammu.They cancelled the flight the same day and told that they will refund amount in 10days.But till now i have not received any refund.Please help me.This is the booking reference no. Given by them that day:-REF[protected].

Book my flight ticket from travlook.in all process completed payment of 3035 rupees are done but after that, I didn't receive any confirmation of my flight ticket, when I called these "[protected], [protected]" numbers they told me that my ticket is not booked, they are not ready to refund my money now they are not picking my call

Book flight from Travolook and amount deducted but booking get cancelled. I also received call from this company that I will receive my refund within 6 days but now almost 1.5 Month over. I sent many mails and also called but received no response from their side. Kindly take strict action against them so that they refund my amount asap. The required details have been attached below.

I booked a flight from Mumbai to Dubai through Travolook on 18th April..
And because of some technical issue they didnt issue the tickt but the amount of 7544/- was deducted from the account..

After 5 min I got a call that the refund will be given in 10 days as there
was some technical issue...
But I did not received my refund till date..

Please look in to this matter and refund my amount..

I had booked a ticket on 20th April which got cancelled by travolook and they said the refund will be received in 15 working days.
After that also i tried calling them multiple times but no response.
They have not initiated my refund.
Its a fake site. very bad.

My name is George K George and I have a made a Booking on travolook on 20/04/2021from dehradun to Delhi. The booking was cancelled from travolook side and I received a call saying that I will receive the refund within 10 to 15 days. Till now I have not received any amount and the phone is not being answered. Please take necessary action. Amount to be received is 2419 rs. The cancellation reference number is REF[protected]

Travolook is not returning the refund of cancelled ticket which was cancelled on 1st Apr'21 with PNR : LSBQWR

Ref number - REF94922380. Had booked a ticket, travolook cancelled. Since then, no receipt of refund - its been 1.5 months since the ticket cancelled. Just once I received an email response (after mailing 7 times) from the support team that I will receive the refund in 7-10 working days, which again has passed.

I tried to book flight from Travolook on 31st March and amount of Rs 4145/- deducted but booking get cancelled. I also received call from this company that I will receive my refund within 15 days. I sent many mails and also called but received same response from their side saying I will receive my refund as per policy. On 7th May again I received a mail from them saying I'll receive it in next 6-7 working days and asking my patience in this. Now you tell me, how much patience should I keep. I lost my Aunt due to covid and don't have money to eat. Kindly take strict action against them so that they refund my amount asap. It almost 42 days and the deducted amont is yet not refunded after I called travolook many times. The required details has been attached below.

I had booked a ticket from their site and after the money deduction i got a mail about the ticket cancellation and they called and said that money will be refunded after 6 working days its more than a month still didnt got my amount

It was on the 28th of January that I booked a ticket from Imphal to Delhi via Guwahati (REF[protected]. It cost me ₹7356.00. Within 10 minutes of booking the ticket, I got a call from this company and told me that my ticket was cancelled due to "fare expiration". He also told me that the process of refund will start within a week.

I had not received a single mail and call from the company for about two and a half months when I decided to mail them. Every time, I mail them, they keep sending me the same mail again and again. Later when I did some research about the company, I found out that I am not the only one who is given this much trouble by this fraud company.

My family are suffering a lot from this Covid Lockdown. We really need the money they took from me. And considering that these scammers are scamming people in the name of a company and causing a lot of inconveniences to the travellers, please take necessary actions against them.

I have booked the ticket on travolook.. I don't know it is fraud company. I have contacted them so many times.. but they are not going to credit my amount..

Sir I cancelled my flight on 23 april of air Asia flight PNR X6KFYD.
Air Asia customer service told me that they have refunded my money back as 2978 rupees to travolook company.
I mailed to the travolook so many times but there is no response even of phone calls.
Sir please help me to get my refund back

I booked a flight from cochin to mumbai through Travolook on 6 - May - 2021 amout 4259 Rupees paid by debit card.After booking with in minutes i received a mail and phone call from Travolook sayings that my flight ticket is cancelled due to fare expiration and amount will be refunded with in 10 to 15 days (I don't know what is fare expiration means can somebody please explain to me this )Why can't they cancel this not functioning booking sight. Especially this covid time no job or money with me please refund my money back immediately.

I tried to book a ticket via travolook but the ticket was not booked and my money was deducted from my card. More than 40 days has passed till date but there is no response from their end. Tried calling them on toll free number of support team but no one is picking up the call. Every single time on mail they say that the amount will be refunded within 10 days but till now not received the same.

I have booked a flight ticket reference no REF[protected] from Bangalore to Delhi and Delhi to Bangalore. Due to some reason flight got cancel, it is almost three month but still now i did not receive my full amount refund. I have tried to reach their customer care but no luck.
Total refund amount should be payable - 26700.00
Amount received : 19500.

The company cancelled my booking on 4th April and has not been refunding my money ever since.
