I had booked ticket on dated 02.04.2021 from Patna to Bangalore with ref no (REF[protected] and amount Rs 4962/ deducted from my credit card, ticket booked successfully after journey date I have contacted to customer care and fount that ticket was cancelled from the travolook.in due to suddenly fair increased after that they are convincing that your amount Rs 4962/ will be returned between 10 to 15 working days I tried and sent mail many time but not replied received from the travolook.in so I want to that take a serious action against in favour of travolook.in so that refund the my amount. I attached the ticke journey details

This is with reference to the ticket booking reference no. REF[protected] booked with TRAVOLOOK website on 10.1.2021 in the name of Suvendu Shekhar Rout for travelling date 6.02.2021 from MUMBAI to BHUBANESWAR (GO AIR airlines).
The flight was cancelled for that date from the airline side & thus they had refunded the amount to the Travolook on 27.01.2021. This information was shared from our end to the Travolook through mail & phone calls & they promised to refund the amount within 5-7 days.
Although, even after 3 months they have not refunded the amount & everytime I write a mail or call them they are asking to wait for another week in order to receive the refund .
Kindly look into the matter & help in resolving the issue.

I had booked tickets but due to fare expiration they cancelled the tickets it's been 2 months I have not received amount

I booked a flight on 9th April 2021, they asked me to wait for 10-15 days. It's been 20 days now and today they asked for 7 more days

I was book ticket, they take charge and they canceled the ticket and they not refund.

I have cancelled ticket with them since 20 March 2021 reference number : REF[protected] however even after multiple communication with their customer care via phone or email there is not a single healthy response that this is when I will get refund.

They keep on asking for more days which I can't afford to during these pandemic and unemployment.

I tried to book flight from Travolook on 14.03.2021 and amount deducted but booking get cancelled. I also received call from this company that I will receive my refund within 7 to 10 days. I have tried to reach out and sent many mails also called but received no response from their side till date i.e 29.04.2021 . Kindly take strict action against them so that they refund my amount asap. The required details has been attached below.

Reference no[protected], canceled ticket... Checked with airline refund done but couldn't received the same in my A/C..

I tried to book flight from Travolook on 1st April for 3rd april flights from Delhi to Udaipur and amount was deducted but booking get cancelled. I also received call from this company that I will receive my refund within 15 working days. I sent many mails and also called but received no satisfactory response from their side.
Kindly take strict action against them so that they refund my amount asap. The required details has been attached below.

I booked tickets from Delhi to Hyderabad on 16th April and 31st March 2021. Got charged Rs 3301 and Rs 4445 and cancelled by them not refunded till date. They called me and said I will be refunded in full but it was a fraudulent attempt stop us from taking action

I booked a flight ticket from Jharsuguda to Delhi for 29/03/2021 in Spice jet flight SG 8969. and after the booking is finished in a few minutes I received another email saying the booking is cancelled due to fare exceeded. It been almost 1 month, the refund has not been issued by Travolook flight services. The ticket was cancelled from their end due to fare expiration and now after so many mails and calls also they are not crediting the refunds amount.

I booked the flight ticket from surat to patna for 18 Mar 2021 through above ref ID. After 2 to 3 min they called me and informed that my ticket get cancelled due to fair expiration and my booking amount will be refunded in 10 to 15, But it is not refunded even after passing of 45 days and inspite of contacting for thrice during this duration.
It is also needed to bring in notice that inspite of calling for around 90 min (call log photo attached) they said u r not audible, how ridiculous.
Strict Action is mandatory against them.

After these mentioned days, they replied to wait for more 10 working days. They are fooling us.

I Tired to book my ticket from this Website "Travolook" on the 23rd March, 2021 from Bhubaneswar to Bangalore for the next day (i.e)24.03.2021. after the payment from my father's credit card, they send a mail saying they are trying to book in the flight. The next mail i get that they had to cancelled due to fare difference. I mailed about Refund of my ticket which is Rs 4, 546/-. The Refund policy said it will be refund in 72 hours of the booking. I didn't received any refund, I contacted 4-5 times via their only one Toll number in phone and one Support Email id- [protected]@travolook.in. Neha tigga, a support team member of that company ensured that the amount will be transferred within the next 7-15 days, which is much longer than the usual refund from other ticket booking companies. I still didn't had any refund. Its been a month now and still no Refund to my father's account. They have taken our Money and are not refunding it back to us.

Travel agency cancelled our booking without informing us due to some spike in the flight charges. After lot of difficulty our call got connected with the customer service and they finally agreed to refund the amount and the waiting time was 15 days. Even after waiting for 17 days our amount is not refunded yet. When contacted the customer care people again today [26 April], we've been asked to wait for another 15 days. This company has the worst customer service and they are trying to dodge by just asking for extensions and steal customer's money. Please take the required action immediately and help us getting back our money.

Travolook is the agent for booking flights. We have booked flight on March 13th from Goa- Hyderabad. The Ticket was cancelled immediately mentioning that the fare has expired.

Refund has not been received post repeated complaints and mails. Please take appropriate action.

I booked flight ticket on 24th March 2021 from 24 Mar 2021. Two times it was cancelled and debited money was (9668/-). After taking numbers of follow up, still not getting my refund. further no body picked up Phone[protected].

Dear sir i am sudarsan duari i have conformed a at travolook, ticket on indigo 6e 7115 from bhubaneswar to guwahati for date[protected] but ticket is not show i talk with indigo care but ticket is not conformed but an amount rs 4323 is debited from my account pls conform the ticket at your level rr refund the amount to my account as soon as possible to re ticket to my tour

I had booked a ticket with them. Booking reference is REF[protected]. They cancelled the ticket on their own and sent a mail stating that the amount will be refunded to my account within 10-15 days! The booking was cancelled on 31st march, 2021. And the amount is still mot been refunded. Their customer service call is not reachable! If you mail them, they send you the same computer generated email stating amount will be refunded within 10-15 days.

I booked a ticket from nasik to bangalore worth rs.7447/- and paid through credit card.the payment got deducted but later i got a call from them saying your ticket is cancelled due to fare expiration and i would get the refund in 10-15 days. now its been more than 2 months and they still dont refund it. please stop this fraud company and help me get my refund
