I had ordered two clothing items from trendy western (trendywestern.com) on 1st October.
I saw the ad on facebook.
I just received an order confirmation message from them.
I haven’t received my order till today. Neither have I received any sort of communication.
I sent them various emails regarding the same.
I messaged them on facebook, there was no reply.
I have paid full amount (INR 1198) for the order already on 1st October 2020.
Kindly consider my request for a full refund.

Hi, I paid 1497 + 499 in two separate orders on trendywestern website. order has not even been dispatched. called up bank and reported dispute, but this i additionally fraud as well as you can't reach these people even after a month as some other buyers have said. they even have a facebook page for this.
on checking with some number found, the person on that number said there is a problem with the order, and asked to fill credit card details in this google link

Cash Free payments in Bangalore is the payment service provider it seems and there are issues with that too - they have merchants who seem to be fraud, look at the reviews

I had ordered a Tshirt worth of 599/- from after seeing an advertisement of "Trendy Western" and logging into their website.
I did receive the Order details also via email as below .

I have still not received the order or any reply inspite of multiple emails and requests via email and facebook messages.

Also i have seen the same collections and advertisement models in different names on FB which makes me feel suspicious.

I have ordered 4 kurtis in trendy western website on Oct 6th 2020 and I have received a mail regarding confirmation of order and order ID is #TW8328. Later I didn't receive any mail from Trendy Western regarding the order updates like expected delivery date, shipping details etc., I have sent a mail to trendy western support mail id [protected]@trendywestern.com and didn't receive any reply from them. I have seen many complaints in the form of tweets and comments in facebook and twitter regarding this website. There is no customer care number for this site and the amount I have paid is Rs.1996. Please help me with this issue and kindly block this site as it is accepting orders from new customers and cheating the people.

I ordered a dress in Trendy western website for Rs.699 through order no. # TW9971 on 11.09.2020. Today is 21.10.2020, there is no response from them. When I enquired in their customer care number [protected], which I got from internet. He is saying that due to some error my order is cancelled. He sent some google form asking detail of order number, netbanking login details & password.
Seems its an fraud to hack our account

Shame. Trendy Western. After 16 days of payments and placing order #TW8117 still has no updates. I have just received a single payment received mail. When I tried to write on your FB, you have blocked the comment section. A bigger shame Trendy Western. A big thumbs down to you. 👎👎👎👎👎👎.

I placed orders with trendy western for shipment of sarees as follows

Rs 499 on 11th oct 2020 under order number #TW9948

And for rs 1996 on 12th oct 2020 under order number (#TW10099)
And also received confirmation messages from them for above prchases.
But till date i havent teceived any shopment nor any intimation..

Unable to contact them by sny means.

The attached website is very active in FB and other digital media platform. I have placed an order (Order No: TW10139 dated: 12th Oct 2020), made payment and also has received a message confirming the order placement. After that complete silence, not responding to mails etc. It seems they are actively into fraud and action must be taken to avoid such nuisance. Hope you will do the needful, thank you in advance

I ordered a product from the website trendy western but it delivered an entirely different product on 20 September 2020. And in their exchange policy it was given that costumers raise concern within 24 hour . This was the mistake of the website but still I raised concern the same day but now it has been a month and there is no response from the trendy western site. There is an email id of their customer care "[protected]@trendywestern.com" I tried contacting them many times, I emailed them many times but there was no response from there side at all.

I had placed an order from trendy western website (order number TWCOD5683) but I received wrong product (saree instead of a t-shirt). I have contacted them through email but no reply. They haven’t provided any contact number so can’t contact them telephonically.

I have contacted them on FB messenger but No reply. I posted a comment on their FB page, but they deleted my comment and blocked me from further posting any comment.

It is not my fault that they delivered the wrong product but still they are ignoring me.

I have ordered one dress from Trendy Western worth rupees 499 on 26 th sept.My order ID was #TW5404. Payment was done by debit card and money was deducted.One confirmation mail also came on that day. But till now order is not delivered. It can neither be tracked nor the seller is replying to any of my email. kindly look into the matter. Their advertisement is constantly there in social media platform and that is how they are going on cheating the customer .
