Order #TW1887, paid full amount of RS 499/. but 1 month gone they have not delivered the product till now. I have sent a mail asking about my product delivery @[protected]@trendywestern.com but nobody is replying. This company is a fraud who takes money illegally from people.

I had ordered two dresses on 16th september by paying online Rs 1490. But till now no revert. They are not replying on mail. Many others have also have complained on social media regarding this company.

Don't buy anything from this site, I ordered my dress on 4th Oct and still haven't received anything...I tried contacting them but no response. They just take money from you, u will never see the product u ordered.

This site is really a fraud. I paid to them an amount of 1400 INR and there is no contact from their end. I still have the email of the payment and it shows that my payment was received my plazoohouse in the email confirming the payment done by UPI. Please get to the bottom of this. No order shipped, no email answered. It's been more than 2 weeks now. There are so many complaints received against this company, I wish to sue them.

Product not delivered

I've placed order on 15th September 2020 at Trendy western on Facebook. All the products are prepaid. 1mnth have past, but I have not received the products and there are no communication from their end. I've mailed, messaged on fb messenger but any kind of help can't be found. Now I think its a fraud.

Placed order on 5th October and no update on order till date. Also they are not responding to any emails. Need refund

I ordered for Kurtha Rs. 2999. Paid through my creditcard. Order placed confirmation email received and after which there is no communication and no received my order also. This is a scam website please don’t order anything.

I have ordered a dress of Rs.499 and completed my payment also. They neither delivered my product until today nor they have sent any email regarding shipping or delivery date. I have emailed them but no response has been done regarding this issue. I would like to suggest people not to buy anything from trendy Western as this is a fake website i guess. I ordered Stylish mustard kurta with Sharara from www.trendywestern.com on September 14th, 2020 and paid the amount during ordering because there was no option of COD.
After 12days, delivery boy came to my door and telling to pay the amount again as it is showing COD in their end. I told them to speak to the company and give me the product but they are not doing. I sent many emails to the trendywestern.com support emails. but no response, i have sent more then 15-20emails and there is no response. I sent messages on their FB acount and no response. They do not have customer care number to be contacted. Only Support email is there on which they are not responding.
Order no #TW2473 on the name of "Neha Bajaj". It was ordered by NEHA BAJAJ.
I want trendywestern.com to respond to solve this issue by communicating with the delivery company "Shadow fox" and tell them to give me my product. The product is stuck in the delivery godown.

Looks like trendywestern is bogus company, who does not respond and have no respect for customers and are shameless.

On 30th Sep 2020, I ordered a kurti from Trendy Western (www.trendywestern.com) - This site popped up on my facebook account. I browsed through and it appeared genuine. As the did not have a Cash on Delivery option, I made payment using my credit card and post that I got a confirmation mail on my mail id. The mail read that they would update once the order is shipped. I waited for 8 to 10 days and I did not get any further updates, also, the only way to reach them is through a support mail id.
I mailed them and there is no response, and there is no other way to reach out to them or to cancel the order.

Request you to kindly look into this matter

I've ordered 3 items for rs. 1497/- on trendywestern.com. With
Order id #tw4671 on 20/09/2020 and paid by my credit card.

They confirmed the order through email but till date no shipping/tracking information has been given.

They do not respond over [protected]@trendywestern.com also.

It seems i have been cheated by scamsters.

Pls. Track this e-commerce fraud operating in india and if possible recover my hard earned money spent with this site.
