I have ordered a Designer Pretty Kurti - 015 (Order no 42558) in triviyaa.com and were delivered on 19 march 2018 very different and very cheap cloth of 3 peace. the delivered products were not as same which we have ordered. I m hurting this all loss my costly time. So i want to return the products and refund my money (Rs. 530/-) that i pay the delivery boy as soon as possible. Please inform me the right track for returning the products. If it possible then also inform me the exchange policy.
Kindly confirm about the replacement or refund of money otherwise i will go to consumer forum.

the total bill was Rs.1823.

I got 3 sarees instead of 4 long kurtis.

I had paid Rs.1823 on 2nd April 2018. I want to return 3 sarees and want my 4 kurtis back..Till when will i be getting them..

I got two sarees and they are in such a worst condition. I need to return it back and I need my money back. I paid 1177 rupees.

People please don't book anything on this website it's totally fake. I had ordered and got sarees instead and in the name of returning them they call and get Ur debit card no and withdraw cash from that. These people have done this to me so I kindly request all better be alert. I lost nearly 20000 for 1400 RS. If at all anyone gets call please complaint to cyber police immediately.

The product which i got was totally different from what i had ordered it's awb no. Is[protected] i tried to call the delivery company named delivery one executive attained my call and told her that i want to cancel my order because it is totally wortless and different from what i ordered so she gave me[protected] this no. I tried this no. Lot of times but it is showing out...

Product is so cheap quality..
And can't be purchased in dis site... I order wedding lehnga and my oder no is 46932 and invoice no is[protected]
But this company provides me two sarie it is very cheap quality and in future is no ready to purchase any item on that..

This sites can't have returns facility on that and no option to cancel and replace the product...

I have ordered 2 sarries on march 14th 2018, today (March 19th) i have received the products, when opened the products i just shocked, the products entirely different what i have ordered,
The sarees they delivered not even costs 100 rs, i paid 499 +499 + shipping charges.

I tried to call them but their numbers are not working also there is not proper address to communicate, not even a proper email id to send a mail.

I even dont know to which addres i have to return this products.

Please let me know if anybody knows address.

I have ordered on 11.03.18 pink green kurta - designer pretty kurti-002 - m, but i have received black saree of poor quality on 18.03.18. The email address mentioned in the invoice is wrong, no phone no is mentioned in website / invoice. Only return address mentioned. They have only cod facility. If i returned i that case i hav eto bear the delivery cost of wrong product and how to get back my money. The email address mentioned in website : [protected]@triviyaa.com : this is fake email id. I had received order details from [protected]@yourdomain.com, but this email id is also not woking.

I order from your site a lahnga (order no 44363)and today after 15 days I got something else instead of that lahnga. I got a plain duppatta and a peace of black cloth instead of wedding lahnga.now I am trying to mail you but I am unable to mail on ur email I’d there is no any other way to connect your company. No return and refund option are there I dnt know you people are running your business ... to just make people suffer and fool . I dnt want anything in return now kindly refund my amount and send your courier partner to pick up that poor item. Your prices are very less to just make people fool .
. Very late and poor service.never recommend to anyone.

I would like to return the product and i need the money back.. This is completely cheating as when i try to call the customer care given in the website it is triggering to vodafone customer care. Looks like this is a cheating website as they dont have online payment option, only cash on delivery available and no messages or mails once we book the product.
