Hi,

I have purchased saree from triviyaa.com and when i got the parcel i got to know that no where similar to what was shown in the website.

I would like to return the product and i need the money back.. This is completely cheating as when i try to call the customer care given in the website it is triggering to vodafone customer care. Looks like this is a cheating website as they dont have online payment option, only cash on delivery available and no messages or mails once we book the product.

This is a fake site. They gave me a wrong number. Which doesnot exist. And wrong email address so that we cannot contact with them. And return it. This is very bad and poor and fraud site. They take my money. And thei ph num which is [protected]. That is wrong num.. Being a ordinary house wife. I gatter some money to buy a good saree which is orange colour hand work. It is below graded. And very much low in price. Continiously sending msg. But no msg is delivered. I dont know what to do. How can i get my money. Will someone help me?

I had ordered designer pretty Kurti-005 ([protected], Ref-96965) buy was saree was delivered. There was no update by SMS or call for the order when placed. There is no customer care number which I can contact. This is very terrified situation for me. Even the application does not show any record of purchased product. This is absolutely ridiculous happening in India. People can cheat like anything. Please return and refund the money. Otherwise I will contact consumer forum and lodge FIR with POLICE

I am remya, i have not received the ordered product. Offer of triviyaa is 2999 saree only 499 and its shipment charges. I have received the very poor cloth and it is entirely different from ordered product.
This is cheating, triviyaa is also shameful to all online business

Dear sir I had ordered two designer kurtis from triviyaa. com on 10th March 2018 order no.47147
On 18th March I got the delivery in which the product is wrong. I got 2 bad quality sarees. I am not able to get any contact so that I can return the product.

But they have delivered saree and that too of very low quality material, hence i have received a very cheap product. Please provide the contact details so that i can return my product as the numbers shared by them in their site is all fake.. Kindly resolve the issue and do the needful
Also i have just now seen that many of the people are facing same kind of issues.. Hence i think so this is some kind of fraud.. Please take the corrective action so that this don't gets repeat.

My order no. Is 99253. I have ordered two sarees from triviyaa.com but i have got all total different sarees from my order and now i am not able to return this order.
On there site, there is no option to return the product, also i don't het any contact number to connect with them.

Please help on urgent basis.
My order was for 1177 rs., i lost my whole amount.

Also the quality of the product is pathetic. I am so disappointed with their service and i lost my money too and can't use those products.

I order langa from this website cost me 850 rs .but they send the product only a single plain dupatta ...such a worst people..we will sue you in consumer court...fake fake fake..we aware ladies they are fake only looting money..order is worst and no return policy...fake ...fake ..fake...scam people's of India ..stop this otherwise you people face a huge harassment case and scam money

I placed an order for designer pretty kurti-017 but i received a low quality saree. Neither the contact number of triviyaa is working nor the mail id.. I want to return this product and refund my money back. Else this would prove the website to be fake. Don't leave a wrong thought on online shopping in the minds of customers by not replying back. This is not acceptable.

I ordered a party wear stitched dress of total cart value 746. They showed a return policy and quality assurance. I also created an account on triviyaa.com
On 16.04.18 was delivered a cheap peace of worthless cloth which can only be thrown. Now they do not show any return policy. Customer care is of another agency, vodafone care. The address and phone no. On delivery is fake.
It is a case of fraud and cheating. It is a online crime case. Bann the site and catch the culprits. Customers need their hard earned money back.

I ordered a designer preety kurti-022 off rs 399+ (100) delivery fee+ (31.92) tax total (530.92). I received a wrong parcel for which i called but no one answered and was told to mail on this site... It is very dis-appointing and non satisfactory thing to happen... And instead of kurti am being delivered with a pink saree.
I want it to get changed or want my cash back or else I will give a complaint in consumer against the company.
Please reply as soon as you see the mail... Highly disappointing...
