I have ordered weddding lengha from triviyaa.com on 4th march. They have delivered two cheap quality saaree (Wrong product) with ref#no. 32161

I am not able to contact them their contact numbers are unreachable, neither they are responding through email. I am not able to return the product.

I feel like they are cheating people by delivering cheap products.

Please help me out with this, i want to return product and want my refund asap.

One lehenga and saree was ordered worth total 1400/-. But i have received 3 cheap sarees which cannot be worn at all. Such a cheater to display gud products but send cheaper ones. Worst website and will surely file a case against them at the consumer court. You better refund me and take your cheap products back. Not sure if they will even look at these complaints but expect some serious action against them.

I have order 3 different products from www.triviyaa.com two products is lehenga & one is saree in 21/02/2018. The product which i have received 3 product which is totally different from the product which i have order. They had put a costumer service number which is +[protected] when i try to call the number, that show invalid number.in parcel packet there is a email address which is give on return policy or product issue when i had mail to the address, that show this is not a correct address. The address is retun. [protected]@gmail.com. Please i request to you kindly return my cash or resend the correct product to us. Money is not plant able things. I request you please take a action on this. I again request please return my money. Yellow, green &blue pink colour product i have order which i have put in the box. The three product which is in video that is the product which i have received.

I have ordered 2 Kurtis and got 2 sarees delivered to me I paid rs960 and there is no way to contact them please help me get a refund the saree s are of poor quality, they have given a contact number, but it is not working, and there seems no way to get an exchange or refund, even if they can't refund let them do an exchange

I have placed the order for HANDLOOMS Designed Saree-02 and HANDLOOMS Designed Saree-028 but what I have received is totally different and is of very cheap quality.

I am deeply disappointed with the product mist importantly my major complain is that i have received a product that i have’nt even ordered... I have ordered two designer sarees with embroidery n here i get this low cheap quality plain sarees of two different colours but exactly d of same material both.
I have paid an amount of 1177/- for this completely cheap product that no even would even want to wear, and on trying your customer care service the number is invalid. I have all the details about ur product n my order n i want my money back because this is not even worth half of the that i paid.
