Hi.. This is pooja.. I ordered one saree in www.triviyaa.com... but the product which is delivered to me is totally different than which i ordered... And also quality is too poor... I'm trying to find customer service number i couldn't get... I dont have idea now, whom to contact... Plz help me with this... I need my money back.. I'm not happy with product. Awb no:[protected]....

I have ordered weddding lengha from triviyaa.com on 4th march. They have delivered two cheap quality saaree (Wrong product) with ref#no. 32161

I am not able to contact them their contact numbers are unreachable, neither they are responding through email. I am not able to return the product.

I feel like they are cheating people by delivering cheap products.

Please help me out with this, i want...

The order no is 37733. I want to order another product instead i ordered the first product. I wanted it to a traditional occasion i wanted it too urgently. The two r totally different so plz respond to it fast.

My name is shobha taparia. My complaint is about fake product. I ordered a designer preety kurti -018 on 26.2.2018 from the triviyaa side cost rs.530.
I got the delivery on 3.3.2018. The product which i got different from what i had ordered.
I tried to find some way to contact any person from triviyaa but unable to find.
Please help me i want refund for my product. They are fooling people.

One lehenga and saree was ordered worth total 1400/-. But i have received 3 cheap sarees which cannot be worn at all. Such a cheater to display gud products but send cheaper ones. Worst website and will surely file a case against them at the consumer court. You better refund me and take your cheap products back. Not sure if they will even look at these complaints but expect some serious action against them....

I ordered suit from the website triviyaa.com worth rs 530/- on 23 feb 2018. Today 3 march i got saree which is completely different product. I got very different type of and very poor quality product which has very less value. I received bill also. Which i got by delhivery service.
I want return this product. Please help realy disaapoint with this type of service quality...

I have order 3 different products from www.triviyaa.com two products is lehenga & one is saree in 21/02/2018. The product which i have received 3 product which is totally different from the product which i have order. They had put a costumer service number which is +[protected] when i try to call the number, that show invalid number.in parcel packet there is a email address which is give on return policy or product issue when i had mail...

I want to refund my money. Please cancel my order. 961 rs is not a joke. Order I'd 26497 invoice no WSSS26497. 1st time I am cheated by this fraud app. I need my money as soon as possible. I have placed 2 Maxy dresses with blue color but I have received 2 worst quality saree. I think my money is gone. Its a big mistake from my side. Only god knows money would be return or not....

I had ordered the perfect dulhan wedding lehenga for women’s-06 on 11.02.18 and received the product on 27.02.18 by paying cash of rs.854.92/- order no. Was #16455. But, after opening the packet, perfect dulhan wedding lehenga for women’s-06 was not there which i had ordered. Therefore, the authority of the company is requested to take return back the product by giving cash back to me immediately....

I collect my saree after taking this I saw the which I booked this is not that one. It's a very worst quality saree which I can't to give anyone also. And the main thing is there all numbers which they have given was switch off...

Myself arpita shome, i have ordered a designer pretty kurti 001 (Order no #25826) in triviyaa.com (Under fablulous) from my mail id [protected]@gmail.com and is delivered on 27th february 2018. Unfortunately the received products is a suit piece instead of a ready made kurti which i have ordered. So i want to return the products as soon as possible.

Please pick up the product from the delivered address & return my money in...

This is the worst experience I have faced in online shopping.

I have placed the order for HANDLOOMS Designed Saree-02 and HANDLOOMS Designed Saree-028 but what I have received is totally different and is of very cheap quality.

Also they don't have any customer care number on the site, what they have updated is +[protected]

I want my money back other wise I have to take any strict action against this....

Was #22223 (February 17, 2018) but, after opening the packet, designer kurti of brown and light colour was not there which i had ordered. My name is chaitali bose das. I ordered a fabulous pretty designer kurti -008-xxl. Blue and creme color with long jacket. Order no.20487. Date. 15/02/2018. Amount. 530.92/-. Yester day (22/02/2018) when i received the percel and open there was a saree. It's a very wrost quality saree which i can't give to anybody also.
This is first time i faced this type of fraud. Please help me the refund my product. And comeback my money....

Triviyaa is a fake company. I have ordered kurta here and they provide me sahree. Which i never ordered. There is not any return option. No one receive the phone call. They should be punished. Please help...

I am deeply disappointed with the product mist importantly my major complain is that i have received a product that i have’nt even ordered... I have ordered two designer sarees with embroidery n here i get this low cheap quality plain sarees of two different colours but exactly d of same material both.
