Fake site! They cheat people. They always show good collection of dresses but when we order they deliver wrong products. I recently ordered a lehenga n a saree but instead i received 3 sarees which were not worth 100 rs wherein i paid 1400 rs. They don't even have a contact number and they have provided an invalid email id. I had a very bad experience. Request you all not to buy any product from this site. My name is pooja upadhyay my complaint is about fake product. I ordered a handlooms designed saree-21 on (protected) from the triviyaa side cost rs.638.92. I got the delivery on (producted). The product which I got was totally different from what I had ordered, I tried to find some way to contact any person from triviyaa but unable to find contact.

I m from pune booked a designer dress. I collect my dress yesterday after taking this i saw the dress which i booked this is not that one. Its a very worst and low quality dress. Please stop this funk. There customer care no is also not responding. No return policy available on there website.

I have order 2 lahenga's from triviyaa but they sent very cheap product instead of 2 lahenga's they sent 2 sarees and those sarees also not good very cheap products. They are fraud people and taking money. I want to refund it and want my money back but there is no email id or no contact no. This company should be banned otherwise she will fraud many people's....

I ordered a saree on february, it is delhivered on march 5. I order blue and cream colour designer printed saree but i got a brown saree. I need my ordered item or please give my cash back. This is modern type of begging.. Plus ban this site at the earliest... When I called the customer care no. It is connecting to airtel customer care no.. This is a crime and cheating the customer.. Please take necessary action...

I have ordered kurtis (My order no.23664) it's colour is sandal and navy blue on 18-feb-2018. It was delivered on 05-mar-2018. When i see this product i was shocked because this product totally different from that product which i was ordered. I have ordered bridal lehenga & they sent some very cheap saree, its a very worst quality saree which i can't give to anyone also. Stop to do this type of fraud. This is really very unfortunate.
