I have ordered a kurti from triviyaa but they send a saree of low quality. There is no contact number and email provided by them is also wrong. These people are doing fraud and making fool their customers. Now i am not able to return it. If it is possible pls return it and return my money. Its really very disappointing.

I ordered products from this site, and paid 640rs on cod. But the product which i received is entirely different than what i ordered. They have delivered cheap quality sarees even not worth more than 150rs. They have giving one email id under contact us i. E [protected]@triviyaa.com but i am not able to sent the email on this email address. There no customer care no too. They totally fraud.

I ordered a saree of cost 1179 rupees from triviyaa.com. And i was unhappy with the saree as the colour of saree shown on website is much different than actual colour of saree, so i decided to contact triviyaa about return policy and terms and conditions but on their website the phone number as well as their email and other contact platforms were false and uncontactable....

Sir i have orderd the red colour gown but i got different colour gown and that cloth also not good so i want to return the product.
