UCO Bank Complaints & Reviews

The email ids given in the website o[censored]co banks website most of them don't work. Each time you send an email it will be sent back to you with a message saying the receipents mailbox is full and can't take emails anymore. Both my number and email i'd is registered with the bank. This issue came up when money was deducted from my account for a failed transaction.
And the staff of my branch is in complete daniel that there is no problem...

On 8th of july, 2020, amazon.in has claimed to have issued a refund of rs. 32, 510 /- against a uco bank debit card and confirmed the same with an rrn (Refund reference number): 1cw7mjl60000k19z4yat. The company further confirmed that the amount would be available in the savings account tentatively by 13th july. By far, almost two months have passed no money has been credited by the bank in the savings account.

Amazon refund the amount but refund reference no mantion in my bank account then I will call the UCO service center but is not help and disconnect the phone... Then I wil help you my refund amount is not pay...
