Hi. I have cancelled an order in amazon the day itself i purchased, i. E, on 4th march. They have already initiated the refund process (As i have made card payment) the very next day, on 5th march. But i have not received the amount yet. When asked, the amazon customer care proved their point with all the necessary details that they have processed the refund. But the process got stuck in the bank somewhere. They have asked me to contact bank. I did it. But the uco customer care made me wait for a long time n eventually no response. It would be a favour i[censored] help me to get my money back. The total amount is rs.748
