    My name is Sumit Dey and I had ordered a Product of RS. 499 Amount mrspares front screen outer touch glass cover panel lens for Gionee S6s : white in Amazon on 5th March and after 5th March I returned this order due to personal reason. And on 2020 to 14th march Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number # 74332740065006491375246 and told me to fill charge dispute form but Uco bank doesn't have such policy. So please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.

      My refund is stuck in your gateway and it’s not reflected in my actbut amazon is saying they have transferred it to my account but it has already been 3 months now and not a single thing have happened

        I had done the shopping at amazon.in on 23rd march, 2020. The amount of shopping was inr 10, 499. The order id is[protected]. The refund is still not initiated. Reference number is [protected] has been generated on 25 april, 2020. Please look into the concern soon. Bank is not responding. Amazon has clearly mentioned that the refund has been initiated from their side.

        sir/madam i had ordered a product from amazon on 17 january 2021 which was cash on delivery, but when that agent of amazon came to deliver the product, he sent me a link of amazon for online payment in which i paid from Amazon UPI Was online but that delivery agent did not receive payment there and 1999rs money was deducted from my bank account, whose transaction id is[protected], whose screenshot I am sending to you also, after that I cancelled the order and till now I have not received my refund yet, Please solve my problem by doing this. Thank you so Much

                        Hi. I have cancelled an order in amazon the day itself i purchased, i. E, on 4th march. They have already initiated the refund process (As i have made card payment) the very next day, on 5th march. But i have not received the amount yet. When asked, the amazon customer care proved their point with all the necessary details that they have processed the refund. But the process got stuck in the bank somewhere. They have asked me to contact bank. I did it. But the uco customer care made me wait for a long time n eventually no response. It would be a favour i[censored] help me to get my money back. The total amount is rs.748

                            Refund of my product rs 519.05 not appearing in my account till now. I purchased this product from amazon but some reason i returned it. Bank has also issue the noc to me. As on date it is reflect in the site as default. Due to this issue i am facing the problem. If any thing is pending at my end please feel to contact the same.                                 Refunded amount is: rs.5000.00 (Five thousand only).

                                Amazon pay service refunded amount to my uco bank account on dated 20th february 2020. Still not received the amount in my bank account. This is second time raised the complaint. Please check and arrange the amount. If not done in within three working days then i will going legal activity. Thanks for your understanding.

I cancelled yhe order on 4th march, they initiated the process of refund on 5th march. Still i have not received the money back
                                I got a 2000 ruppee note from uco bank atm at evening on 8 March 2020. I went to the attached branch o[censored]co bank to inform the problem. But they didn't cooperate and misbehaved with me. It was very annoying for me as an old customer of my favorite uco bank.
