Hi. I have cancelled an order in amazon the day itself i purchased, i. E, on 4th march. They have already initiated the refund process (As i have made card payment) the very next day, on 5th march. Refund of my product rs 519.05 not appearing in my account till now. I purchased this product from amazon but some reason i returned it. I transferred from my debit card which i pay 519.05 from it. And the amazon refund me amount in my debit card. But this amount not reflected in my account. I had already complaint in my branch. But they don't give me satisfied answer. By mistake, I was transferred Rs 9000/ in the wrong ICICI Bank account number on 04/01/2020 at 1:13:34 AM. I visited UCO Bank branch Noida sector 3 and submitted an application, also mailed on customer care email m banking email and talked with the Customer care agent but till the date, I didn't find any solution.
