Sir my name is aditya sharma s/o janardan sharma, has an account in uco bank with saving account no [protected] at lucknow university branch. I have done shopping through amazon site of worth rs 13999 on 28 sept 2019 with debit card (Transaction id is recom/prcr/[protected]/[protected]:58:39/npo) and due to some reasons i cancelled that item and the refund of 12999 was initiated by amazon on 30 sept 2019 but it has not been reflected in the account yet. I have visited to branch but they are not helping and saying that they could not do anything about it. And i contacted to amazon personal also, they are saying that they have initiated amount but it is fault from your bank side so contact to your bank with refund reference id 835300. Now sir please help me it has been 18 days approx. So far but the amount has not been yet reflected. Please sir solve this query and reflect the amount refunded by amazon. I have attached the transacted mini statement and the email forwarded by amazon. Please sir solve this query as soon as possible. Sir what uco bank is dealing with? A person is disturb since 18 days but no one is helping not even at home branch. They are simply putting a single statement that they don't know anything even the manager of the bank is saying this thing without checking anything. Sir please help with this issue so that i could rely on this bank services. The refund reference id given by amazon can not be generated if they have not initiated this. Please do something sir.

    My name is vishal siriya and i had ordered rolgo1 i7s tws mini twin portable wireless bluetooth earbuds amount 325rs in amazon on 24 september 2019 and after 3 october 2019 i returned this order due to personal reason. And on 3 october 2019 amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number amazon return id: dgc6bkqgrrma
    Order id:[protected] the shopping company is just claiming that the transaction is in transit and uco bank should be responsible for transactions update.
    Its been 12 days and i was supposed to get my money in 2 to 5 working days.
    It is really urgent sir please look into the matter.

        Refund reference id: 693366 which is an amount of rs.406
        Refund reference #[protected] of an amount 749.
        Above all amount till now didn't reflect in my bank account.
        And another transaction-id:[protected] of amount 2360 is also not proceeded and the amount has been deducted.

          Dear sir,
          Myself amit kumar, from vill katoria, dist banka, bihar have taken mudra loan but the bank staff passed some other type of loan which have higher interest.. And after that we used to do photostate for bank and the bill used to be paid in loan account, but when the bank staff miss behaved with us in bank, we left the photostate work for bank... And after that they starterd mentelly torcher and theretning per day, after that they asked for rs 6400 and i deposited rs 5910 and asked the bank staff to deposit rs 490 of photostate bill amount in my loan account to prevent it from being npa but theu didnot deosited the rest amount of photostate and my loan accont turned into npa so it was bank presonal problem with us and they did it..

              I haven't received my refund in my account from amazon the transaction is initiated from amazon but the money isn't in my account the transaction is done from upi i am not receiving the money back in my account i am trying to call in costumer care but the number is invalid i am not able to contact past 10 days. So kindly initiate my money of rs.269

                I ordered one item from amazon online shopping app. I returned that item after few days but i have not received any refund yet. But amazon executive is telling me that the deadline is already over and the deadline was 11.10.2019. As per thier advice i contacted to uco bank customer care. But the person simply deny to help me. I am not sure whether the whole process is known to him or not. He refused to help me in this regards. So it is my humble request to u to help me in this regards. I am also providing the refund reference number. Please check it and solve my issue as soon as possible. Refund reference number[protected].

                    Amazon shopping billing team has confirmed that we’ve issued a refund to your original payment method / bank account]for rs. 1049 on 22.09.2019 the amount should reflect in your bank account statement or credit card statement after refund date + 5 business days.                     But i didn't get my refund till now it's about 2 week... I use to transaction through upi
                    So plz solve my problem.. I also went to near by branch o[censored]co bank.. But they didn't know how to solve the issue.. So i request to u plz solve my issue..

                            Aftar few minute later come sms your transaction failed but my money reducted rs 2000 in my acount...

                                Without any transaction money has been deducted. I used my uco debit card for buying a phone in amazon. Transaction failed but money deducted. Straingh! Firstly it was showing pending. I called amazon. They told me your bank has hold the amount. Though amount is deducted. Uco customer care is unreachable. Please ask them to re deposit the amount as soon as possible.

                                Just now I tried to book a railway ticket through IRCTRC from Kotak Bank Gateway. The transaction showed an error and could retrieve the window. But received a message that my account has been debited with the amount of ticket cost Rs.1270/-, So please look into the matter and credit the amount back to my account.

                                  I ordered a product from amazon on 29th march 2018 for rs 1029 feom my uco bank account and returned it. Amazon claims that they have refunded the bank and provided me with a reference id:[protected].
                                  I went to the bank but the bank says they have not received any refund from amazon. I called amazon customer service they say that the refund is issued to the bank. It's been over a year since this took place. Please note and do the required

                                    I had paid for an amazon order, but cancelled it while it was on the way. But it has been a week and i still have not received my refund.
                                    I have talked with an amazon employee and he said me that they have issued the refund, and provided me a refund reference number. But after that i have called the bank customer care multiple times and they say they can't help me in this case.
                                    I have even visited the branch and they said we can't do anything with a reference number.
