Today i attemt 3 nos of sbi atm to withdraw rs.1000 but i am not successful in first two because the atm screen shows "transaction time out"after the feeding data. But it is regretted that the amount entered in atm have been debited from my account. So kindly look into the matter & do the need full for refund the amount to my account.

    Am complaing about the behaviour of cashier o[censored]co bank chitradurga branch karnataka., he dint know how to behave with customer. He is acting like owner of bank. Which make me close my sb account in uco bank.. And i was going to open a current account but by this behaviour i wl not going to do it... And i wil advice people to not to through uco bank because. Myself being a accountent i hav more then 30 ferms to whome current account have to b opened. I[censored] respond i can do with your bank

      I did an online purchase from @ebay. India on 16th july but my order was never shipped hence ebay told that my refund has been appoved and intiated by them on 10th august. They provided me with reference number jur[protected] but i stil did not get the refund. I mailed to ucobank but no response and its been eight days now and stil no refund. Please take notice of this and refund me at the earliest.

            I have transferred money for airtel mobile recharge of rs 1000 through uco mbanking although it was debited twice and deduction has also been done. Pls transfer my rs 1000 back to my account. Today 11 august i am recharging to airtel number of 1000, but trasaction session has been expired, after that i again make a transaction. But due to this my account ia debited with 2000 and recharge is of only amount 1000

                On 03/08/17 i (Debasish. Mukhopadhyay) dropped a. Cheque on cheque drop box
                (Uco bank,, station road garia,, kolkata84,, ifsc ucba0002288)
                Because they forced me to do that. I had to fill up the deposit slip. Then according to their instruction i attached deposit slip and cheque and dropped. Using the mobile number written on the deposit slip today they informed us that they are not processing the cheque since account number and mobile numbers are not written on the back side of the cheque.
                If i fill up the deposit slip then i have to write account no. As well as mobile no. On the back side of the cheque.
                This is just an example of harassment.
                They are not accepting the cheque through counters.
                Is there any such notification from the main office?

                      I had tried to withdraw rs 2000 sir, from central bank of india, kuchman city using my uco bank atm card. The transaction was declined (Txt no.37227). Later when i checked my bank account (No. [protected]) i noticed that the amount of rs.2000 was debited from my account. When i contacted uco bank, kuchamancity branch in this regard i was directed to contact bank the same. And submitted an application in this regard. They promised to credit the money back to my account. But have not done so till date.

                      [protected] इस टेलीफोन पर मैंने बहुत कॉल किए बैंक मैनेजर ने बोला मेरे को कि आपका पैसा आया हुआ पड़ा है आप अकेले जाओ मैं जब मैं गया तब मेरे को एक कागज पकड़ा दिया जिसमें 2000रु ही लिखा हुआ था 3 मई को Haqeeqat 3 मई को 2000रु मैंने निकाले थे और 2000रु किसने निकाली वह पता नहीं है ATM मेरी जेब में था मैंने किसी को नहीं दिया मेरे बैंक में से ₹2000 कहां गए उसका कोई पता नहीं
                      I am facing problem to update my passbook. They didn't perfect answer. They said that the computer has not been working for 7 days and they didn't have ATM form .they don't talk properly with their costomer.

                            We've booked ticket in paytm due to some technical problem and also internet connection failure the train ticket wasn't booked but money was deducted. We've waited for these days waiting for paytm help but after that we received a message stating to contact bank.. The transaction was success but no money was given by the atm machine and the amount had been deducted from my account i waited for long time to have the transaction complete but no cash was out... And i feel cheated and is in an urgent need of money..

                                Uco bank misguided / misrepresented banking ombudsman who did not bothered to cross verify. 1st changed maturity date without consent, wrongly calculated less interest and now not paying fixed deposit after maturity on written request, discharge and presentation - in violation of ni act.
                                Do i expect to get my due?
                                I closed the savings bank account in nov 2016 and balance was transferred in my other bank account by uco bank by neft. Fixed deposits remained with them due to maturity date issue.
                                My fixed deposits were booked by me for 24 months, maturing on 8th march. Uco bank, without my consent extended the date of maturity (Not-auto renewal) to 14th june and then to 8th july.
                                Uco bank deducted 2 times tds and not deposited same with income tax, calculated less interest (Wrongly) and on my protest chose not to respond. Issue was taken up to uco bank ho level - no relief, then to banking ombudsman, bangalore - uco bank gave misleading and wrong information to banking ombudsman (Bo) and bo did not chose to cross verify the facts.
                                On maturity of fixed deposit, fdrs were sent for collection through other bank savings account, after giving notice in writing and discharging on the back side of fdrs - uco bank refused to pay. Uco bank had made statement to banking ombudsman that on receipt of written request from depositor - maturity amount will be paid - but they refused to pay.
                                Is there some one to save the depositors from such high handedness and malpractice of bank? Or the sr citizen has to suffer like this - having own money but not paid by bank even after maturity, discharge in writing and presenting for encashment. If i go to court - the bank employee who are doing this wrong do not have to pay legal fee from their pocket for their wrong doing - is it not violation of negotiable instrument act? Is someone listening?
